Further, the first surface 8 and the protruding part 9 of the handle 4 comprise abutting surfaces 21 sliding towards each other, see Fig. 8 . At least part of the first surface 8 (the second surface part 17) is partly cylindrically-shaped, and a rectilinear generatrix extends parallel with the first axle 12.
  • the second surface part 17 and the protruding part 9 are adapted to be disengaged by turning the handle 4 from the erect position back to a turned down position.

Claims (13)

  1. Koffer zum Transport von Werkzeugauswahl oder dergleichen, der einen Boden (2), einen entsprechenden Deckel (3), einen an einer ersten Seite des Bodens (2) platzierten schwenkbaren Griff (4) umfasst, wobei jener Deckel (3) und Boden (2) über ein oder mehr Gelenke (6) miteinander verbunden sind, jener Koffer (1) weiter umfassend einen Verschluss (7) zum Zusammenschließen des Deckels (3) mit dem Boden (2), jener Verschluss (7) umfassend eine erste Oberfläche (8), wobei zumindest ein Teil der ersten Oberfläche mit einem vorstehenden Teil (9) des Griffs (4) wechselwirkt, wobei jener vorstehende Teil (9) zwischen einer ersten Position (10), in der der Verschluss (7) den Deckel (3) mit dem Boden (2) zusammenschließt, und einer zweiten Position (11), in der der Verschluss (7) angepasst ist, geöffnet zu werden, beweglich ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verschluss (7) drehbar an einer ersten Achse (12) angebracht ist, die auf dem Deckel (3) platziert ist, und weiter umfassend ein vorstehendes Kontaktierungsmittel (13), wobei jenes vorstehende Kontaktierungsmittel (13) angepasst ist, einen Schließschlüssel (14) zu kontaktieren, und ein Teil des Bodens (2) ist, wobei jener Kontakt stattfindet, wenn der vorstehende Teil (9) in seiner ersten Position (10) ist.
  2. Koffer gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Oberfläche (8) in der Richtung des vorstehenden Teils (9) konkav ist.
  3. Koffer gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vorstehende Teil (9) und der Griff (4) angepasst sind, sich um eine zweite Achse (15) zu drehen.
  4. Koffer gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Oberfläche (8) einen ersten Oberflächenteil (16) und einen zweiten Oberflächenteil (17) umfasst, wobei jener zweite Oberflächenteil (17) den vorstehenden Teil (9) während der Bewegung des vorstehenden Teils (9) zwischen der ersten und der zweiten Position kontaktiert, durch jenen Kontakt ist der Verschluss (7) angepasst, in der ersten Position (10) nicht drehbar zu sein.
  5. Koffer gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Oberfläche (8) einen ersten Oberflächenteil (16) und einen zweiten Oberflächenteil (17) umfasst, wobei jener erste Oberflächenteil (16) und der vorstehende Teil (9) keine oder sehr wenig Kraft gegeneinander ausüben, wodurch der Verschluss (7) frei beweglich und angepasst ist, in die zweite Position gedreht zu werden.
  6. Koffer gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verschluss (7) weiter eine Schließvertiefung (18) umfasst, wobei jene Schließvertiefung (18) auf einer Seite von dem vorstehenden Kontaktierungsmittel (13) begrenzt wird.
  7. Koffer gemäß Ansprüchen 3-5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Griff (4) u-förmig ist und einen Handgriffteil (19) und zwei im Wesentlichen parallele Griffbeine (20) umfasst, die an jedem Ende des Handgriffteils (19) platziert sind, wobei jene Griffbeine (20) sich um die zweite Achse (15) drehen und den vorstehenden Teil (9) umfassen.
  8. Koffer gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vorstehende Teil (9) des Griffs (4) und die erste Oberfläche (8) angrenzende Oberflächen (21), die sich gegeneinander verschieben, und ein Oberflächenteil der ersten Oberfläche (8) umfassen, der teilweise zylindrisch geformt ist durch eine geradlinige Mantellinie, die sich parallel zu der ersten Achse (12) erstreckt.
  9. Koffer gemäß Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Teil der ersten Oberfläche (8) teilweise zylindrisch geformt ist durch die geradlinige Mantellinie, die sich parallel zu der ersten Achse (12) erstreckt, die den zweiten Oberflächenteil (17) umfasst.
  10. Koffer gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Oberfläche (8) und der vorstehende Teil (9) angepasst sind, um sich voneinander zu lösen durch das Drehen des Griffs (4) weg von der hochgeklappten Position und zurück zu einer heruntergeklappten Position, während der Verschluss (7) mit dem Deckel (3) in Kontakt bleibt und den Boden (2) und Deckel (3) zusammenschließt.
  11. Koffer gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Koffer (1) mindestens ein Gelenk (6) umfasst, das den Deckel (3) und den Boden (2) verbindet, wobei jene(s) Gelenk(e) auf einer Oberfläche platziert ist verschieden von der Oberfläche, auf der der Griff platziert ist.
  12. Verfahren zum Bedienen eines Koffers gemäß Ansprüchen 1-9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Griff (4) heruntergeklappt wird, wodurch der vorstehende Teil (9) sich von einer ersten Position (10) in eine zweite Position (11) bewegt, an jener ersten Position (10) der vorstehende Teil (9) an einen zweiten Oberflächenteil (17) der ersten Oberfläche (8) anstößt, und an jener zweiten Position (11) der vorstehende Teil (9) die erste Oberfläche (8) nicht kontaktiert, und das Verfahren weiter umfassend Drehen des Verschlusses (7) um die erste Achse (12) im Uhrzeigersinn, wodurch das vorstehende Kontaktierungsmittel (13) sich vom Schließschlüssel (14) löst, wodurch Deckel (3) angepasst ist, sich in derselben Richtung zu öffnen, in die der Verschluss (7) gedreht wird.
  13. Verfahren zum Bedienen eines Koffers gemäß Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vorstehende Teil (9) sich von der zweiten Position in die erste Position bewegt, wodurch der vorstehende Teil (9) an den zweiten Oberflächenteil (17) anstößt und der Verschluss (7) sich um die erste Achse (12) gegen den Uhrzeigersinn dreht, wodurch das vorstehende Kontaktierungsmittel (13) den Schließschlüssel (14) kontaktiert und der Deckel verschlossen wird.
