Abstract

Bei einem Verfahren zum Betrieb eines Gasbackofens weist dieser eine Muffel mit einem unteren Gasbrenner und mit einem oberen Gasbrenner auf, wobei zu deren Steuerung eine elektronische Steuerung vorgesehen ist für eine Ansteuerung von zwei Gasventilen und zur Zündung der Gasbrenner sowie zur Flammüberwachung. Für einen Kombinationsbetrieb mit Oberhitze und Unterhitze in der Muffel werden der obere Gasbrenner und der untere Gasbrenner im Wechsel miteinander jeweils mit Heizphasen betrieben, vorteilhaft stets nur einer der beiden Gasbrenner zu einem Zeitpunkt, also nicht gleichzeitig.
