Claims (6)

  1. Bec verseur refermable pour un sachet en film élastique, le bec verseur refermable se composant d'un corps de bec verseur (2) pouvant être soudé au sachet, avec une bride (3), d'un dispositif de coupe (1) disposé dans le corps de bec verseur avec un système de coupe (4) du côté de la bride et d'un capuchon de fermeture (5) pouvant être posé sur le corps de bec verseur (2) et pouvant être vissé, le bec verseur étant pourvu de moyens pour faire tourner et déplacer le dispositif de coupe lors de la première ouverture du capuchon de fermeture dans la direction de la bride et pour ainsi couper le sachet dans la région de la bride et créer de la sorte une ouverture de déversement,
    - le système de coupe (4) du dispositif de coupe (1) présentant au moins un groupe de dents de coupe (11) s'étendant sur une partie d'une périphérie de coupe circulaire,
    le groupe de dents de coupe (11) présentant à chaque fois une pluralité de dents de coupe (12, 12a),
    caractérisé en ce que
    - les dents de coupe du groupe de dents de coupe (11) sont disposées de telle sorte qu'une dent de coupe (12a) conduisant dans une direction de coupe fasse saillie le plus loin dans une direction axiale (A) et que les autres dents de coupe (12) du groupe de dents de coupe (11) se raccordant à la dent de coupe d'attaque (12a) fassent saillie moins loin dans la direction axiale (A) en diminuant en continu,
    - la dent de coupe d'attaque (12a) dans le groupe de dents de coupe (11) présentant un méplat (13a) s'étendant parallèlement à la bride (3) et en ce que les autres dents de coupe (12) du groupe de dents de coupe (11) se raccordant à la dent de coupe d'attaque (12a) présentent des méplats (13) s'étendant de manière identique en devenant de plus en plus petits.
  2. Bec verseur refermable selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la dent de coupe (12a) conduisant dans la direction de coupe présente à l'avant dans la direction de coupe (S) un biseau incliné (14) au niveau du méplat (13a), lequel évite une pénétration prématurée à travers le film élastique.
  3. Bec verseur refermable selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le biseau (14) débouche en convergeant de manière plane dans une arête de coupe (15) s'étendant essentiellement parallèlement à l'axe de rotation du dispositif de coupe (1).
  4. Bec verseur refermable selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le système de coupe (4) du dispositif de coupe (1) présente, dans un secteur de la périphérie de coupe circulaire, un évidement d'écoulement.
  5. Bec verseur refermable selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le système de coupe (4) présente plusieurs groupes de dents de coupe (11) et ces groupes de dents de coupe sont disposés de manière répartie sur au moins trois quarts de la périphérie de coupe circulaire de manière à compenser au moins approximativement les forces agissant axialement lors de l'opération de pénétration.
  6. Bec verseur refermable selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de coupe (1) présente un corps cylindrique partiel (10) et l'arête de coupe (15) est située dans la surface extérieure du corps (10).
