  • the first opening indicator 50 is blocked at the attachment zones, the bridges 52 are torn off and the cap 32 is opened while the first opening indicator 50 falls by gravity into the free space 54 in contact with the thinned segment 35 of the fixing ring 34, as illustrated in FIGS. figures 11 and 15 to 17 .
  • This position is maintained during a subsequent closure of the cap 32, so as to inform the consumer of the opening of the container.

Claims (9)

  1. Verschlussvorrichtung (10), die auf dem Hals eines Behältnisses zu befestigen ist, wobei die Verschlussvorrichtung (10) folgendes umfasst:
    - ein erstes Teil (12), welches einen Sockel (16) zum Befestigen am Hals des Behältnisses und mindestens eine Befestigungsrille am Rand (20) aufweist;
    - ein zweites Teil (14), welches folgendes bildet: eine Kappe (32), ein Befestigungsring (34), der eine geometrische Bezugsachse (200) begrenzt, und ein Gelenk (36), das den Befestigungsring (34) mit der Kappe (32) verbindet, um die Kappe (32) im Verhältnis zum Befestigungsring (34) in eine geschlossene und eine offene Position zu führen, wobei der Befestigungsring (34) in die Befestigungsrille (20) des ersten Teils einrastet,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Teil (4) des Weiteren eine Erstöffnungsanzeige (50) und eine trennbare Verbindung (52) zwischen der Erstöffnungsanzeige (50) und einem umgebenden Randteil (42) der Kappe aufweist, wobei in geschlossener Position vor dem ersten Öffnen in axialer Richtung ein Freiraum (54) zwischen Befestigungsring (34) und der Erstöffnungsanzeige (50) erhalten wird und die Erstöffnungsanzeige (50) von mindestens einem Verrastungsbereich (30) des ersten Teils zurück gehalten wird, so dass sie von der Kappe (32) getrennt wird und bei der ersten Öffnung in den Freiraum (54) fällt.
  2. Verschlussvorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Teil (12) mindestens zwei Verrastungsbereiche (30) der Erstöffnungsanzeige (50) und mindestens einen Sichtausschnitt (26) aufweist, der die beiden Verrastungsbereiche (30) voneinander trennt und die Erstöffnungsanzeige (50) sowie den Freiraum (56) in geschlossener Position vor der ersten Öffnung sichtbar macht.
  3. Verschlußvorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mehr als zwei Verrastungsbereiche (30) gibt und diese vorzugsweise auf den gesamten Umfang des ersten Teils (12) verteilt und paarweise durch Einschnitte (26) getrennt sind, von denen mindestens einer ein Sichtausschnitt ist, welcher in geschlossener Position vor der ersten Öffnung die Erstöffnungsanzeige (50) und den Freiraum (56) sichtbar macht.
  4. Verschlussvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der oder die Verrastungsbereiche (30) des ersten Teils (12) mit der Erstöffnungsanzeige (50) so zusammenwirken, dass sie beim Herausziehen der Erstöffnungsanzeige (50) nach dem ersten Öffnen Widerstand leisten.
  5. Verschlußvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Erstöffnungsanzeige (50) kreisbogenförmig um die Bezugsachse (200) herum verläuft.
  6. Verschließvorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kreisbogen in einem Kreissektor größer 45° um die Bezugsachse herum verläuft und vorzugsweise kleiner als 180°, zum Beispiel 60°, 90° oder 120° ist.
  7. Verschließvorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kreisbogen in einem Kreissektor größer 180° um eine Bezugsachse herum verläuft, vorzugsweise von einem ersten Seitenrand (46) des Gelenks aus bis zu einem zweiten Seitenrand (48) gegenüber dem Gelenk.
  8. Verschlußvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gelenk (36) einen Materialstreifen aufweist, der am oberen Ende mit einem Anschlussbereich der Kappe (32) und am unteren Ende mit dem Befestigungsring (34) verbunden ist, sowie Seitenränder (46, 48) gegenüber den entsprechenden Seitenwänden der Kappe (32).
  9. Verschlußvorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gelenk (36) in geschlossener Position an einer Umfangswand des Verschlusses nicht vorspringt.
