Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif régulateur de la vitesse angulaire relative entre une structure magnétique (42) et un résonateur (46) couplés magnétiquement et formant un oscillateur (42) qui définit un échappement magnétique. La structure magnétique comprend au moins une piste annulaire (52) formée d'un matériau magnétique dont un paramètre physique est corrélé à l'énergie potentielle magnétique de l'oscillateur, le matériau magnétique étant agencé le long de la piste annulaire de sorte que ce paramètre physique varie angulairement de manière périodique. La piste annulaire comprend dans chaque période angulaire une zone (56) d'accumulation d'énergie potentielle magnétique dans l'oscillateur adjacente radialement à une zone d'impulsion. Le matériau magnétique, dans chaque zone d'accumulation, est agencé de manière que le paramètre physique de ce matériau magnétique augmente angulairement de manière progressive ou diminue angulairement de manière progressive.
