Claims (13)
- Hilfsvorrichtung (1) für die manuelle Sortierung von flachen Gegenständen (4) in einem Sortierfächer (8) umfassenden Sortierregaf (7), bei dem eine Regel-/Steuereinheit (12) ausgebildet ist zum Erzeugen eines Ortungssignals (100), das ein bestimmtes Sortierfach (8) des Sortierregals (7) bezeichnet, in welches ein zu sortierender flacher Gegenstand (4) abzulegen ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass sie umfasst:- ein Behältnis (2) zum Lagern der zu sortierenden flachen Gegenstände im Stapel,- eine Bildaufnahmeeinrichtung (11), die ausgebildet ist zum automatischen Erzeugen in einem bestimmten Takt von digitalen Bildern (14) der Oberseite des Stapels von Gegenständen (4) in dem Behältnis (2), wobei jedes digitale Bild (14) der Oberseite des Stapels eine auf dem Gegenstand (4) angebrachte Sortierangabe umfasst,- wobei die Regel-/Steuereinheit (12) ausgebildet ist zum automatischen Erzeugen, ausgehend von dem digitalen Bild (14) des Gegenstands (4) von der Oberseite des Stapels, des Ortungssignals (100) in dem Maße der Entnahme eines Gegenstands von der Oberseite des Stapels flacher Gegenstände,- wobei die Regel-/Steuereinheit (12) ferner ausgebildet ist zum Erfassen, dass der Gegenstand von der Oberseite des Stapels entnommen wurde, durch Erfassen eines Unterschieds zwischen zwei aufeinanderfolgenden digitalen Bildern (14) und in Reaktion auf diese Erfassung, durch Aktualisieren des dem Gegenstand (4) entsprechenden Ortungssignals (100). - Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ferner einen Anzeigebildschirm (13) zum Anzeigen des Ortungssignals (100) umfasst.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anzeigebildschirm (13) von taktiler Bauart ist.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ortungssignal (100) ein visuelles Signal ist.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das digitale Bild (14) des Gegenstands (4) auf dem Anzeigebildschirm (13) angezeigt wird.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ortungssignal (100) eine eine Zeile des Sortierregals (7) angebende erste Angabe und eine eine Spalte des Sortierregals (7) angebende zweite Angabe umfasst.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass voneinander verschiedene Leuchtanzeigen jeweils den Sortierfächern (8) des Sortierregals (7) zugeordnet sind, und dass das Ortungssignal (100) durch eine einem Sortierfach (8) zugeordnete Leuchtanzeige angezeigt wird.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ortungssignal (100) ein von einem Sprach-Synthesizer erzeugtes akustisches Signal ist.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Regel-/Steuereinheit (12) zugleich ein Ortungssignal (100) für einen laufenden zu sortierenden Gegenstand (4) und ein Vor-Ortungssignal (101) für einen anderen zu sortierenden Gegenstand (4), der dem laufenden Gegenstand (4) nachfolgt, erzeugt, wobei das Vor-Ortungssignal ein Sortierfach (8) des Sortierregals (7) bezeichnet, welches der in dem digitalen Bild (14) des anderen Gegenstands (4) erkannten Sortierangabe entspricht.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ortungssignale und die Vor-Ortungssignale visuell verschieden sind.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Regel-/Steuereinheit (12) jedes Mal dann ein akustisches Signal für die Verfügbarkeit erzeugt, wenn ein Vor-Ortungssignal erzeugt wird.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ausgehend von jedem digitalen Bild (14) eines Gegenstands (4) eine Bildsignatur errechnet wird, die als eindeutiger Identifikator für den Gegenstand (4) dient.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gegenstände (4) postalische Gegenstände sind, und dass die Sortierangabe eine Adressinformation der Verteilung ist.
