Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif de fabrication de plaques en matériau à base de bois, comportant
    (i) un moyen d'application (40) pour appliquer une résine contenant des particules en matériau dur, et
    (ii) une presse à chaud (10) pour plaques en matériau à base de bois, qui est agencée en aval du moyen d'application dans une direction de traitement (V), comprenant
    (a) au moins un élément de pressage (18) qui
    - présente un bord (22), et
    - délimite un intervalle de pressage (21) dans lequel est agencée une ébauche (20) de plaque en matériau à base de bois, à presser pendant le fonctionnement,
    caractérisé en ce que
    (iii) au voisinage du bord (22), l'élément de pressage (18) possède une saillie (24) qui s'étend dans l'intervalle de pressage (21), et
    (iv) la saillie (24) présente une hauteur (h) au maximum de 500 micromètres.
  2. Dispositif de fabrication de plaques en matériau à base de bois selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la saillie (24) présente une hauteur (h) au minimum de 20 micromètres.
  3. Dispositif de fabrication de plaques en matériau à base de bois selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la saillie (24) s'étend le long d'un rectangle à l'intérieur duquel l'élément de pressage (18) s'étend le long d'un plan d'élément de pressage (E).
  4. Dispositif de fabrication de plaques en matériau à base de bois selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la presse à chaud pour plaques en matériau à base de bois est une presse à cycle court.
  5. Dispositif de fabrication de plaques en matériau à base de bois selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de pressage (18) présente une structuration avec une profondeur de structure, de sorte qu'une surface à relief peut être réalisée sur l'ébauche de plaque en matériau à base de bois, et
    la hauteur de la saillie (24) est tout au plus le triple de la profondeur de structure.
  6. Procédé de fabrication d'une plaque en matériau à base de bois en utilisant un dispositif de fabrication de plaque en matériau à base de bois selon l'une des revendications1 à 4.
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par les étapes consistant à :
    - appliquer une première couche de résine supérieure (28) qui contient des particules en matériau dur (30) sur une couche en matériau à base de bois (26),
    - appliquer une seconde couche de résine supérieure (32) qui contient de la cellulose, et
    - appliquer une troisième couche de résine supérieure (34) qui contient des particules en verre (36), de sorte qu'il en résulte une ébauche de plaque en matériau à base de bois (20),
    - les couches de résine (28, 32, 34) ayant conjointement une épaisseur de couche (d) d'au moins 50 micromètres, et
    - presser l'ébauche de plaque en matériau à base de bois (20).
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que la presse à chaud (10) pour plaque en matériau à base de bois est une presse à cycle court.
  9. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisé en ce que l'on réalise un stratifié de plancher.
  10. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 6 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'une empreinte est imprimée dans l'ébauche de plaque en matériau à base de bois au moyen de l'élément de pressage, et
    la hauteur est au moins 0,8 fois une profondeur de structure et/ou au plus le triple de la profondeur de structure.
