Claims (10)

  1. Halterungselement (1) für wenigstens einen Fuß eines Zauns oder eines Sicherheitspaneels, wobei das Element wenigstens (a) ein Anlagemittel (10) umfasst, welches eine erste Fläche, welche dazu eingerichtet ist, an einem Untergrund oder einer Oberfläche in Anlage zu kommen, und eine zweite Fläche gegenüber der ersten Fläche aufweist, welche dazu eingerichtet ist, mit einem Ballastmittel (L) in Kontakt zu kommen oder in der Lage ist, mit einem oder mehreren Befestigungsmitteln zusammenzuwirken, und (b) ein
    Mittel (11) umfasst, welches dazu eingerichtet ist, mit dem Fuß (P) eines Zauns oder Sicherheitspaneels (C) zusammenzuwirken,
    wobei das Mittel (11), welches dazu eingerichtet ist, mit dem Fuß (P) zusammenzuwirken, (a) einen Teil (R) umfasst, welcher einen Hals (G) im Wesentlichen in U-Form mit einer longitudinalen Achse (A) definiert, wobei der Hals (G) einen Boden (F) aufweist, welcher ein Element oder eine Fläche (FI) aufweist oder ihm/ihr zugeordnet ist, welche/s dazu eingerichtet ist, gegen den Untergrund oder die Oberfläche in Anlage zu kommen, und (b) ein Stück (12) umfasst, welches an dem Teil (R) angebracht ist, von dem Boden (F) des Halses (G) verlängert ist und sich oberhalb des Halses (G) erstreckt, wenn das Element oder die Fläche (FI) an einer im Wesentlichen horizontalen Oberfläche in Anlage kommt, wobei das Stück (12) wenigstens eine Öffnung (12A, 12B) aufweist, welche oberhalb des Bodens (F) des Halses (G) angeordnet ist, wobei wenigstens eine Öffnung (12A, 12B) dazu eingerichtet ist, den Durchgang eines Teils des Fußes (P) eines Zauns oder Paneels zu erlauben, wohingegen der Hals (G) dazu eingerichtet ist, das Ende (PE) des Fußes (P) aufzunehmen, welches durch die wenigstens eine Öffnung (12A, 12B) hindurchtritt, wobei die wenigstens eine Öffnung (12A, 12B) und der Hals (G) jeweils eine Form aufweisen, welche dazu eingerichtet ist, wenigstens eine Schwenkbewegung des Fußes (P) bezüglich der longitudinalen Achse (A) des Halses (G) zu begrenzen, und
    wobei es wenigstens teilweise mit Hilfe eines Metallblechs hergestellt ist, vorzugsweise aus Stahl, welches derart gefalzt ist, dass es den Hals (G) und das Stück (12) bildet, welches die wenigstens eine Öffnung (12A, 12B) aufweist, welche oberhalb des Halses (G) angeordnet ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es aus einem gefalzten Blech gebildet ist, welches lediglich die folgenden Teile umfasst:
    - einen ersten Teil in U-Form, welcher den Hals (G) mit einem Boden (F) bildet, welcher sich in einer ersten Ebene (H) erstreckt, wobei sich Flügel (R1, R2) des ersten Teils jeweils in einer Ebene (V1, V2) im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu der ersten Ebene (H) erstrecken,
    - einen zweiten Teil, welcher das Stück (12) bildet, welches an einem (R2) der Flügel des ersten Teils angebracht ist, welches sich in einer Ebene (H 12) im Wesentlichen parallel zu der ersten Ebene (H) erstreckt und die eine oder die mehreren Öffnungen (12A, 12B) zum Aufnehmen des Endes (PE) des Fußes (P) eines Zauns oder eines Paneels (C) aufweist,
    - einen vierten Teil, welcher das Anlagemittel (10) bildet, welches sich in der ersten Ebene (H) erstreckt und mit dem ersten Teil oder dem zweiten Teil durch einen dritten Teil (15) verbunden ist, welcher sich in einer Ebene erstreckt, welche gegenüber der ersten Ebene (H) geneigt ist, wobei der vierte Teil dazu eingerichtet ist, mit dem Ballastmittel (L) in Kontakt zu kommen oder an dem Ballastmittel (L) angebracht zu sein, und
    - vorzugsweise einen fünften Teil (10A), welcher mit dem vierten Teil verbunden ist und sich in einer Ebene (H10A) erstreckt, welche gegenüber der ersten Ebene (H) geneigt ist.
  2. Halterungselement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vierte Teil, welcher das Anlagemittel (10) des gefalzten Blechs bildet, welches dazu eingerichtet ist, in Kontakt mit dem Ballastmittel (L) zu kommen, wenigstens ein Loch (10X) aufweist.
  3. Element nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweiten Teil, welcher das Stück (12) bildet, wenigstens zwei Öffnungen (12A, 12B) aufweist, welche jeweils dazu eingerichtet ist, den Durchgang eines Teils des Fußes (P) eines Zauns oder Paneels (C) zu erlauben.
  4. Element nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es wenigstens ein Mittel 50 umfasst, welches gegebenenfalls fest oder lösbar bezüglich dem Element montiert ist, um es einem longitudinalen Profil oder einer Planke oder einem Führungsmittel (100) zuzuordnen.
  5. Element nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Flügel (R2) des halsförmigen Teils (G) benachbart zu dem zweiten Teil, welcher das Stück (12) und/oder den zweiten Teil bildet, einem Mittel in Form eines Hakens oder einer Klammer (30) zugeordnet ist oder in der Lage ist, ihm zugeordnet zu werden, oder es umfasst, vorzugsweise wenigstens zwei Mitteln in Form eines Hakens oder einer Klammer (30), wobei der/die eine oder die mehreren Haken oder Klammern (30) sich entlang der Fläche des Flügels (R2) erstrecken oder in der Lage sind, sich zu erstrecken, gegenüber diesem sich in Richtung der inneren Schiene (R) des Halses drehen (G) und von dem vierten Teil verlängert sind, welcher das Anlagemittel (10) bildet, wobei das Mittel in Form eines Hakens (30) vorzugsweise eine Blechlasche ist, welche wenigstens in L-Form gefalzt ist, welche an dem zweiten Flügel (R2) angebracht ist oder in der Lage ist, daran angebracht zu werden, wobei ein Teil der gefalzten Lasche gemäß einer bevorzugten Form eine Platte (30A) bildet oder dazu eingerichtet ist, diese zu bilden, welche sich im Wesentlichen parallel zu dem Flügel (R2) erstreckt oder dazu eingerichtet ist, sich zu erstrecken, und vorzugsweise eine oder mehrere Öffnungen (30X) aufweist.
  6. Element nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die gefalzten Blechteile das eine bezüglich dem anderen zwischen einander eine gekrümmte Zone (ZC) aufweisen.
  7. Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Halterungselements nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Verfahren wenigstens die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    - Schneiden eines zu falzenden Blechabschnitts in einem Metallblech;
    - Bilden einer oder mehrerer Öffnungen in dem Blechabschnitt;
    - anschließendes Schneiden des zu falzenden Blechabschnitts, um eine oder mehrere zu falzende Laschen zu bilden;
    - Falzen des zu falzenden Blechabschnitts, um ein Metallstück zu bilden, welches die folgenden Teile umfasst:
    - einen ersten Teil in U-Form, welcher den Hals (G) mit einem Boden (F) bildet, welcher sich in einer ersten Ebene (H) erstreckt, wobei sich die Flügel (R1, R2) des ersten Teils jeweils in einer Ebene (V1, V2) im Wesentlichen rechtwinklig zu der ersten Ebene (H) erstrecken,
    - einen zweiten Teil, welcher das Stück (12) bildet, welches an einem (R2) der Flügel des ersten Teils angebracht ist, welches sich in einer Ebene (H 12) im Wesentlichen parallel zu der ersten Ebene (H) erstreckt und die eine oder die mehreren Öffnungen (12A, 12B) zum Aufnehmen des Endes (PE) des Fußes (P) eines Zauns oder eines Paneels (C) aufweist,
    - einen vierten Teil, welcher das Anlagemittel (10) bildet, welches sich in der ersten Ebene (H) erstreckt und mit dem ersten Teil oder dem zweiten Teil durch einen dritten Teil (15) verbunden ist, welcher sich in einer Ebene erstreckt, welche gegenüber der ersten Ebene (H) geneigt ist, wobei der vierte Teil dazu eingerichtet ist, mit dem Ballastmittel (L) in Kontakt zu kommen oder an dem Ballastmittel (L) angebracht zu werden, und
    - vorzugsweise einen fünften Teil (10A), welcher mit dem vierten Teil verbunden ist und sich in einer Ebene (H10A) erstreckt, welche gegenüber der ersten Ebene (H) geneigt ist.
  8. Verfahren nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abschnitt des Blechs gefalzt wird, um wenigstens ein Mittel in Form eines Hakens oder einer Klammer (30) zu bilden, vorzugsweise wenigstens zwei Mittel in Form eines Hakens oder einer Klammer (30), welches sich entlang der Fläche des Flügels (R2) gegenüber diesem sich in Richtung der inneren Schiene (R) des Halses dreht (G) und von dem vierten Teil verlängert ist, welcher das Anlagemittel (10) bildet, wobei jedes Mittel in Form eines Hakens oder einer Klammer (30) eine Blechlasche ist, welche wenigstens in L-Form gefalzt ist, welche an dem zweiten Flügel (R2) angebracht ist, wobei ein Teil der gefalzten Lasche (30) gemäß einer bevorzugten Form eine Platte (30A) bildet, welche sich im Wesentlichen parallel zu dem Flügel (R2) erstreckt und vorzugsweise eine oder mehrere Öffnungen (30X) aufweist.
  9. Vorrichtung zum Schützen einer Baustelle, wobei die Vorrichtung eine Reihe von Paneelen oder Zäunen (C), eine Reihe von Halterungselementen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 zum Haltern des Fußes (P) von einem Paneel oder Zaun (C) oder den Füßen von zwei benachbarten Paneelen oder Zäunen, sowie eine Reihe von Ballastmitteln (L) und/oder Befestigungsmitteln am Untergrund oder einer Oberfläche umfasst, wobei jedes Halterungselement einem oder mehreren Ballastmitteln zugeordnet ist oder an dem Untergrund oder der Oberfläche befestigt ist.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halterungselemente Elemente nach Anspruch 5 sind, und dass sich Profile oder Planken zwischen zwei Laschen der beiden Halterungselemente erstrecken, um ein Führungsmittel (100) entlang dem unteren Rand eines Paneels oder Zauns (C) zu bilden.
