Abstract

Ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Profilträgers (1) aus Stahlblech mit einer erhöhten Biegefestigkeit, welcher wenigstens eine erste Kraftangriffsfläche (40a) aufweist, an der wenigstens ein erster und ein zweiter im Winkel zur Kraftangriffsfläche (40a) verlaufender Steg (60a, 60b) angeordnet sind, die sich über die Länge des Profilträgers (1) hinweg erstrecken, zeichnet sich durch die folgenden Verfahrensschritte aus:
Abwalzen von Stahlband (2) mit einer im Wesentlichen konstanten Dicke auf unterschiedliche Dicken derart, dass ein der ersten Kraftangriffsfläche (40a) zugeordneter Bereich (4a) mit vergrößerter Materialdicke und ein erster und ein zweiter sich beiderseits an diesen Bereich (4a) anschließender, dem ersten und zweiten Steg (60a, 60b) zugeordneter Bereich (6a, 6b) mit verringerter Materialdicke entsteht, und räumliches Umformen des gewalzten Stahlbandes (2) derart, dass die Bereiche (6a, 6b) mit verringerter Materialdicke zur Bildung der Stege (60a, 60b) parallel zueinander und im rechten Winkel zum Bereich (4a) mit vergrößerter Materialdicke verlaufen.
