- Broyeur à cylindres comprenant deux unités de cylindre (2, 3) disposées dans un bâti de machine (1), lesquelles comprennent respectivement un cylindre broyeur (20, 30) monté à rotation dans deux blocs de palier (22, 23, 32, 33), dans lequel- les deux cylindres broyeurs (20, 30) sont disposés en regard et sont accouplés respectivement à un entraînement (4, 5) servant à l'entraînement en sens inverses des cylindres broyeurs,- un système d'application de force (50) servant à produire une force de broyage étant prévu entre le bâti de machine (1) et au moins une unité de cylindre (3), la force de broyage étant transmise aux cylindres broyeurs (20, 30) par le biais du bâti de machine (1) et des blocs de palier (22, 23, 32, 33),- une unité de cylindre (3) étant supportée en tant que cylindre mobile et l'autre unité de cylindre (2) étant supportée en tant que cylindre fixe dans le bâti de machine (1), le système d'application de force (50) étant disposé entre le bâti de machine (1) et l'unité de cylindre (3) fonctionnant en tant que cylindre mobile et- le bâti de machine (1) étant constitué de plusieurs parties de bâti, à savoir au moins une partie de bâti inférieure (10, 11), au moins une partie de bâti supérieure (12, 13) et quatre barres de pression (14-17) reliant les parties de bâti supérieures et inférieures, deux barres de pression (14, 16) servant de butée pour l'une des unités de cylindre (3) et les deux autres barres de pression (15, 17) servant de butée pour l'autre unité de cylindre (2),- les parties de bâti supérieures et inférieures (10, 11, 12, 13) étant reliées aux quatre barres de pression (14-17) par respectivement une liaison par complémentarité de forme libérable présentant deux surfaces de liaison (15a, 12a) pressées l'une contre l'autre pour transmettre la force de broyage,caractérisé en ce que- au moins deux des surfaces de liaison pressées les unes contre les autres comportent un revêtement (8, 9) produisant une complémentarité de forme à l'échelle micrométrique et- la liaison par complémentarité de forme des parties de bâti reliées les unes aux autres est complètement supprimée par séparation des deux surfaces de liaison l'une de l'autre d'au maximum 4 mm.
- Broyeur à cylindres comprenant deux unités de cylindre (2, 3) disposées dans un bâti de machine (1), lesquelles comprennent respectivement un cylindre broyeur (20, 30) monté à rotation dans deux blocs de palier (22, 23, 32, 33), dans lequel- les deux cylindres broyeurs (20, 30) sont disposés en regard et sont accouplés respectivement à un entraînement (4, 5) servant à l'entraînement en sens inverses des cylindres broyeurs,- un système d'application de force (50) servant à produire une force de broyage étant prévu entre le bâti de machine (1) et au moins une unité de cylindre (3), la force de broyage étant transmise aux cylindres broyeurs (20, 30) par le biais du bâti de machine (1) et des blocs de palier (22, 23, 32, 33),- une unité de cylindre (3) étant supportée en tant que cylindre mobile et l'autre unité de cylindre (2) étant supportée en tant que cylindre fixe dans le bâti de machine (1), le système d'application de force (50) étant disposé entre le bâti de machine (1) et l'unité de cylindre (3) fonctionnant en tant que cylindre mobile,- le bâti de machine (1) étant constitué de plusieurs parties de bâti (10, 11, 12, 13), à savoir au moins une partie de bâti inférieure (10, 11), au moins une partie de bâti supérieure (12, 13) et deux barres de pression (14, 16), les deux barres de pression (14, 16) étant reliées à la partie de bâti supérieure et à la partie de bâti inférieure (10-13) et servant de butée pour l'unité de cylindre (3) fonctionnant en tant que cylindre mobile,- une liaison par complémentarité de forme libérable présentant deux surfaces de liaison (15a, 12a) pressées l'une contre l'autre pour transmettre la force de broyage étant prévue entre au moins deux parties de bâti reliées les unes aux autres et/ou entre au moins une partie de bâti et l'un des blocs de palier,caractérisé en ce que- l'unité de cylindre (2) fonctionnant en tant que cylindre fixe et dotée de ses blocs de palier associés (22, 23) est reliée à la partie de bâti supérieure et à la partie de bâtie inférieure (10-13) par le biais de la liaison par complémentarité de forme libérable présentant deux surfaces de liaison (15a, 12a) pressées l'une contre l'autre,- au moins deux des surfaces de liaison (15a, 12a) pressées l'une contre l'autre comportent un revêtement (8, 9) produisant une complémentarité de forme à l'échelle micrométrique et- la liaison par complémentarité de forme de la partie de bâti (10, 11, 12, 13) et du bloc de palier (22, 23) étant complètement supprimée par séparation des deux surfaces de liaison l'une de l'autre d'au maximum 4 mm.
- Broyeur à cylindres selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que des moyens de serrage sont prévus, afin de presser l'une contre l'autre les deux surfaces de liaison (15a, 12a).
- Broyeur à cylindres selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de serrage sont formés par une pluralité de liaisons par vissage (6, 7).
- Broyeur à cylindres selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les deux surfaces de liaison (15a, 12a) sont réalisées de manière plane.
- Broyeur à cylindres selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le revêtement (8, 9) produisant une complémentarité de forme à l'échelle micrométrique est formé par un revêtement de particules de matière dure.
- Broyeur à cylindres selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les blocs de palier sont guidés de manière mobile et coulissante sur les parties de bâti supérieure et inférieure (10, 11, 12, 13).
- Broyeur à cylindres selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins l'une des surfaces de liaison comprenant le revêtement (8, 9) produisant une complémentarité de forme à l'échelle micrométrique est appliquée sur un élément intermédiaire.
