Claims (11)

  1. Procédé de traitement thermique de produits semi-finis en acier pourvus d'un revêtement, avec au moins un four continu chauffant (2) muni d'au moins un dispositif de transport (3) pour les produits semi-finis en acier (1), dans lequel le dispositif de transport (3) présente des éléments de transport (4) et les produits semi-finis en acier (1) reposent dans le four continu (2) sur les éléments de transport (4), dans lequel au moins une section de découplage (5) du four continu (2) présente au moins deux groupes d'éléments de transport (6, 7), chaque groupe d'éléments de transport (6, 7) présente au moins un élément de transport (4) et le produit semi-fini en acier (1) repose dans la section de découplage (5) soit sur les éléments de transport (4) du groupe d'éléments de transport (6) soit sur les éléments de transport (4) du deuxième groupe d'éléments de transport (7), caractérisé en ce que des produits semi-finis en acier (1) revêtus de AlSi reposent sur les éléments de transport (4) du premier groupe d'éléments de transport (6) et des produits semi-finis en acier (1) revêtus avec un autre système de revêtement à base organique ou inorganique, qui conviennent pour la déformation à chaud, reposent sur les éléments de transport (4) du deuxième groupe d'éléments de transport (7).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que des produits semi-finis en acier (1) revêtus à base de zinc reposent sur les éléments de transport (4) du deuxième groupe d'éléments de transport (7).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de transport sont réalisés sous forme de rouleaux (4).
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de transport sont réalisés sous forme de supports de produits semi-finis reliés par une chaîne transporteuse.
  5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le premier groupe d'éléments de transport (6) est disposé dans une première chambre de four (8) de la section de découplage (5) et le deuxième groupe d'éléments de transport (7) est disposé dans une deuxième chambre de four (9) de la section de découplage.
  6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que dans une chambre de four de la section de découplage (5), le premier groupe d'éléments de transport (6) est réalisé sous la forme d'un premier train de rouleaux et le deuxième groupe d'éléments de transport (7) est réalisé sous la forme d'un deuxième train de rouleaux.
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une chambre de four (10) du four continu est déplaçable en hauteur et/ou déplaçable latéralement.
  8. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'un aiguillage de four est disposé avant et/ou après la section de découplage (5).
  9. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de transport des premier et deuxième groupes d'éléments de transport (6, 7) sont réglables en hauteur l'un par rapport à l'autre.
  10. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le four continu (2) présente une section d'homogénéisation (11) qui suit la section de découplage (5) dans la direction de transport.
  11. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce qu'une zone de sortie du four continu (2) est associée à une presse de déformation (12).
