Claims (11)

  1. Zuschnitt (1) aus Pappe oder Wellpappe mit einer Reihe von vier Flügeln (3, 4, 5, 6), die paarweise miteinander über erste Faltlinien (7, 8, 9) verbunden sind, und zwar zwei Endflügeln (3, 6), die durch zwei Zwischenflügel (4, 5) getrennt sind und beidseitig einen Satz (10, 11) von rechteckigen Umklappteilen aufweisen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass ein Zwischenflügel (5) mindestens eine Ausnehmung (13) umfasst, die an eine erste Faltlinie (9) zur Verbindung mit einem Endflügel (6) angrenzt, wobei der Endflügel (6) auf seinem der ersten Faltlinie (9) entgegengesetzten umlaufenden Rand mindestens eine komplementär zu der Ausnehmung (13) gebildete Lasche (16) aufweist, die lotrecht (17) zu der Ausnehmung angeordnet ist und mit dem Flügel über eine zweite Faltlinie (18) verbunden ist, die parallel zu den ersten Faltlinien verläuft.
  2. Zuschnitt nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der Zwischenflügel zwei Ausnehmungen (13) aufweist, die an die erste Faltlinie (9) angrenzen und der Endflügel zwei entsprechende Laschen (16) aufweist.
  3. Zuschnitt nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Laschen jeweils durch einen rechteckigen oder trapezförmigen Abschnitt aus Pappe gebildet sind.
  4. Zuschnitt nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die kumulierte mittlere Breite der Laschen in der Querrichtung des Zuschnitts größer ist als 1/3 der Breite L der Flügel in der Querrichtung und geringer als 3/5 der Breite L ist.
  5. Zuschnitt nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Ausnehmung, welche die Faltlinie (9) teilweise überlappt, einen ausgeschnittenen Rand (14) aufweist, der parallel und in einem bestimmten Abstand d zu der ersten Faltlinie (9) angeordnet ist, an die er angrenzt.
  6. Zuschnitt nach Anspruch 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass d zwischen einer und zwei Dicken der Pappe liegt.
  7. Schachtel (19, 19') aus Pappe oder Wellpappe, welche durch einen Zuschnitt (1) gebildet ist, der eine Reihe (2) von vier Flügeln (3, 4, 5, 6) umfasst, die über erste Faltlinien (7, 8, 9) miteinander verbunden sind, wobei zwei der Flügel den Boden und den Aufsatz der Schachtel bilden und die zwei weiteren zwei erste einander gegenüberliegende Seitenwände bilden, wobei die Reihe auf einer Seite mit einem ersten Satz von Umklappteilen (10) und auf der anderen Seite mit einem zweiten Satz von Umklappteilen (11) versehen ist, wobei die Sätze die zwei weiteren Seitenwände bilden, die an die ersten einander gegenüberliegenden Wände angrenzen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der den Boden (5) bildende Flügel mindestens eine (13) aufweist, die an eine erste Faltlinie (9) angrenzt, und dass der den Aufsatz bildende Flügel mindestens eine Lasche (16) aufweist, die mit der angrenzenden Wand (6) über eine zweite Faltlinie (18) verbunden ist und auf den Aufsatz lotrecht zu der Ausnehmung geklebt und komplementär zu der Ausnehmung gebildet ist.
  8. Schachtel nach Anspruch 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der Boden zwei Ausnehmungen (13) aufweist, die an die erste Faltlinie (9) angrenzen, und dass der Aufsatz zwei entsprechende Laschen (16) aufweist.
  9. Schachtel nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 7 und 8,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Laschen (16) jeweils durch einen rechteckigen oder trapezförmigen Abschnitt aus Pappe gebildet sind.
  10. Schachtel nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 7 bis 9,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Ausnehmung die erste Faltlinie teilweise überlappt.
  11. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Verpackungsschachtel aus mindestens einem Zuschnitt aus einem Pappen- oder Wellpappenblattmaterial nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass nach Entnahme des Zuschnitts (1) aus einem Magazin der Zuschnitt automatisch um die zu verpackenden Produkte oder um eine Spindel gewickelt wird, indem die zuvor mit Kleber bestrichenen Laschen (16) über den umlaufenden Rand des Endflügels (6) umgeklappt werden, mit dem sie verbunden sind, und auf die entsprechende Oberseite des angrenzenden Endflügels (3) aufgelegt werden, um diese darauf zu kleben, und gleichzeitig oder im Wesentlichen gleichzeitig durch Umlegen um die Endfläche der Produkte oder der Spindel einer der Sätze von Umklappteilen gebildet wird, um eine der Wände der Schachtel vor deren endgültigem Verschließen mit dem anderen Satz von Umklappteilen oder vor Auswurf der derart gebildeten Schachtel zu bilden, um sie anschließend mit den Produkten zu füllen.
