Abstract
L'invention concerne un brûleur à récupération muni d'un échangeur de chaleur supplémentaire. L'invention vise à améliorer le rendement de brûleurs à récupération, de préférence au-delà de 80 %. A cet effet, un brûleur à récupération (10) est équipé d'un échangeur de chaleur supplémentaire (26) qui entoure le récupérateur (22), à la fois le récupérateur et l'échangeur de chaleur étant réalisés sous la forme d'un pur échangeur de chaleur à contre-courant, l'air étant amené à l'échangeur de chaleur supplémentaire (26) sur le côté faisant face à la paroi (11) de four. La surface spécifique d'échange de chaleur de l'échangeur de chaleur supplémentaire présente de préférence une puissance de combustion supérieure à 0,04 m2/kW. Le carter (15) entourant l'échangeur de chaleur supplémentaire (26) peut de plus être refroidi de l'intérieur par de l'air froid. Au moins optionnellement, l'air peut en outre être amené au refroidisseur de bride (45) pour protéger la zone de la bride (16) de la température encore élevée de l'effluent gazeux. Ceci est particulièrement avantageux en cas d'utilisation dans des tubes radiants (18). Le tube céramique de récupérateur (26) est de manière avantageuse comprimé élastiquement contre une surface (35) de l'échangeur de chaleur supplémentaire (26) côté sortie, et rendu étanche, ce qui facilite l'entretien. L'échangeur de chaleur supplémentaire (26) comporte de manière avantageuse des canaux d'air (39) de préférence en forme de fente, qui sont de préférence ménagés dans des tubes aplatis (40).
