Claims (10)

  1. Schnellmontagekran (1) ohne Ballastierung, der folgendes umfasst:
    - ein Fahrgestell (2),
    - einen Mast (4) aus zwei Teilen, genannt unterer (4a) und oberer (4b), die um eine erste waagrechte Achse drehbar miteinander verbunden sind,
    - einen Ausleger (9), der mit dem Oberteil (4b) des Mastes (4) um eine zweite waagrechte Achse drehbar verbunden ist, der Ausleger (9) ist an seinem freien Ende mit Ladungshebemitteln (12) ausgestattet,
    - eine Basis (6), die um eine senkrechte Drehachse drehbar auf das Fahrgestell (2) montiert ist, wobei die Basis (6) einen Ballaststützbereich (6a) umfasst, um einen Ballast (8) aufzunehmen, das Unterteil (4a) des Mastes (4) ist mit der Basis (6) um eine dritte waagrechte Achse drehbar verbunden,
    - Mittel zum Ein- und Ausfahren (13), die konfiguriert sind, um selektiv den Kran (1) in eine Transportposition zu platzieren, in der die oberen Teile (4b) und unteren Teile (4a) des Mastes (4) und der Ausleger (9) eingefahren wurden, oder in eine aufrechte Lage, bei der der Mast (4) und der Ausleger (9) ausgefahren wurden, um senkrecht bzw. waagrecht zu sein,
    wobei die erste, zweite und dritte waagrechte Drehachse parallel sind,
    ein Kran (1), bei dem in der Transportposition ein Endbereich (4c) des Oberteils (4b) des Mastes (4) sich oberhalb des besagten Ballaststützbereichs (6a) erstreckt und sich verlängert, um überhängend im Verhältnis zu besagtem Ballaststützbereich (6a) zu sein,
    wobei der Kran (1) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass in besagtem Endbereich (4c) Ballastlademittel (15, 20, 23) mit Ballastgreifmitteln (23) vorgesehen sind, die geeignet sind, einen Ballast (8) zu ergreifen und abzusetzen, und Ballastbewegungsmittel (15, 20), die konfiguriert sind, um die Ballastgreifmittel (23) zwischen einer ersten Position zu verlagern, genannt Greifposition, in der die Ballastgreifmittel (23) überhängend im Verhältnis zu besagtem Ballaststützbereich (6a) sind, um einen Ballast (8) greifen zu können, und einer zweiten Position, Absetzposition genannt, in der die Ballastgreifmittel (23) über besagtem Ballaststützbereich (6a) gelegen sind, um besagten Ballast (8) in besagtem Ballaststützbereich (6a) absetzen zu können.
  2. Kran (1) nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die Ballastbewegungsmittel (15, 20) ein Fahrwerk (15) umfassen, das entlang dem Oberteil (4b) des Mastes (4) durch eine Betätigungsvorrichtung (20) verschiebbar ist.
  3. Kran (1) nach Anspruch 2, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass das Oberteil (4b) des Mastes (4) einen damit verbundenen Weg (19) umfasst, der Weg (19) ist geradlinig und in der Längsrichtung des Oberteils (4b) des Mastes (4) ausgerichtet, das Oberteil (4b) des Mastes (4) umfasst in besagter Transportposition zwei senkrechte ebene Seiten, das Fahrwerk (15) umfasst Mittel (18), die mit dem Weg (19) zwecks Verschiebung des Fahrwerks (15) im Verhältnis zum Weg (19) zusammenwirken.
  4. Kran (1) nach Anspruch 3, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass der Weg (19) durch zwei Rippen (19) gebildet ist, die mit den genannten zwei Seiten, senkrecht in Transportposition, des besagten Oberteils (4b) des Mastes (4) verbunden sind, das Fahrwerk (15) umfasst Räder (18), die rotierend auf diese montiert und geeignet sind, auf der Oberseite der Rippen (19) zu rollen.
  5. Kran (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die Betätigungsvorrichtung (20) einen Zylinder (20) umfasst, dessen Kopf oder Körper mit besagtem Oberteil (4b) des Mastes (4) verbunden ist, und der andere der beiden ist mit dem Fahrwerk (15) verbunden.
  6. Kran (1) nach Anspruch 3 oder einem der Ansprüche 4 und 5, die von Anspruch 3 abhängig sind, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass das Fahrwerk (15) zwei parallele, insgesamt trapezförmige Platten (16) umfasst, die miteinander verbunden sind, in dem Bereich der kleineren Basis des Trapezes, die auf einer Seite des Mastes übersteht (4), durch mindestens einen Stab (17), der sich somit neben dem Mast (4) erstreckt, die Mittel (18), die mit dem Weg (19) zusammenwirken, sind in dem Bereich der großen Basis des Trapezes jeder Platte (16) angeordnet, wobei die Mittel (18) einer Platte (16) der anderen Platte (16) zugewandt sind.
  7. Kran (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die Greifmittel (23) Schlingen (23) umfassen, die konfiguriert sind, um den Ballast (8) und die Bewegungsmittel (15, 20) zu verbinden, wenn ein Ballast (8) von den Bewegungsmitteln (15, 20) getragen wird.
  8. Kran (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die Greifmittel eine Winde umfassen, die konfiguriert ist, um den Ballast (8) und die Bewegungsmittel (15, 20) zu verbinden, wenn ein Ballast (8) von den Bewegungsmitteln (15, 20) getragen wird.
  9. Kran (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass der Ballaststützbereich (6a) durch zwei Arme (6b) gebildet wird, die sich ausgehend von dem zentralen Bereich der Basis (6) erstrecken, auf dessen Höhe die Basis (6) mit dem Fahrgestell (2) verbunden ist.
  10. Kran (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass das Fahrgestell (2) mindestens einen Unterwagen (3) umfasst.
