Claims (15)
- Élément de radiateur (4) traversé par un fluide d'échange de chaleur et pourvu d'une extrémité ouverte (12),
l'élément (4) comprenant un capuchon de fermeture (16) faisant face et scellé de manière étanche à l'eau sur ladite extrémité ouverte (12),
dans lequel le capuchon de fermeture (16) comprend une portion de fermeture (20) insérée au moins partiellement dans ladite extrémité ouverte (12), et un collier de couplage (24) plié au moins partiellement sur une arête avant (28) de ladite extrémité ouverte (12),
dans lequel entre l'extrémité ouverte (12) et le capuchon de fermeture (16) des moyens d'étanchéité étanches à l'eau (32) sont positionnés pour assurer l'étanchéité hydraulique du capuchon de fermeture (16) sur l'extrémité ouverte (12),
caractérisé en ce que
le capuchon de fermeture (16) est couplé selon un couplage formé sur l'extrémité ouverte (12),
les moyens d'étanchéité (32) comprennent, d'un seul tenant avec ceux-ci, une membrane (36) délimitée par une lèvre périmétrique (40), dans lequel la membrane (36) fait face à la portion de fermeture (20) du capuchon de fermeture (16), ladite lèvre périmétrique (40) étant influencée en compression entre le capuchon de fermeture (16) et l'extrémité ouverte (12) et formant le joint hydraulique du capuchon de fermeture (16),
dans lequel entre la membrane (36) et la portion de fermeture (20) un intervalle (44) ou espacement est présent, séparé fluidiquement du fluide de l'élément de radiateur (4). - Élément de radiateur (4) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la lèvre périmétrique (40) comprend un périmètre relevé (42) qui constitue une épaisseur périmétrique de ladite membrane (36).
- Élément de radiateur (4) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel la membrane (36) et la lèvre périmétrique (40) sont posées de manière amovible sur le capuchon de fermeture (16) sans interposition de moyens de collage.
- Élément de radiateur (4) selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, dans lequel la lèvre périmétrique (40) comprend un périmètre relevé (42) qui constitue une épaisseur périmétrique de ladite membrane (36), dans lequel ledit périmètre relevé (42) est un joint torique, en une pièce avec la membrane (36).
- Élément de radiateur (4) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la portion de fermeture (20) est concave vers l'extrémité ouverte (12) de sorte à pénétrer au moins partiellement dans ladite extrémité ouverte (12) et à atteindre un centrage du capuchon de fermeture (16) sur l'extrémité ouverte (12).
- Élément de radiateur (4) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel, dans une configuration d'assemblage, la membrane (36) présente une forme convexe vers l'intérieur de ladite extrémité ouverte (12).
- Élément de radiateur (4) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la lèvre périmétrique (40) comprend un périmètre relevé (42) qui constitue un épaississement périmétrique de ladite membrane (36), dans lequel la lèvre périmétrique (40) est positionnée dans l'extrémité ouverte (12) de l'élément de radiateur (4) de sorte à buter contre une paroi latérale intérieure (48) de ladite extrémité ouverte (12), recouverte du fluide.
- Élément de radiateur (4) selon la revendication 7, dans lequel la portion de fermeture (20) du capuchon de fermeture (16) présente au moins un siège périmétrique (52) formé par une restriction radiale, ledit siège périmétrique (52) logeant la lèvre périmétrique (40) et la supportant contre la paroi latérale intérieure (48) de ladite extrémité ouverte (12).
- Élément de radiateur (4) selon la revendication 7 ou 8, dans lequel l'extrémité ouverte (12) présente un évasement sensiblement conique (56) formé de manière antagoniste au moins partiellement par rapport à la portion de fermeture (20) du capuchon de fermeture (16), ladite lèvre périmétrique (40) s'arrêtant en butée contre l'évasement (56) du côté d'une paroi latérale intérieure (48) de l'extrémité ouverte (12).
- Élément de radiateur (4) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'extrémité ouverte (12) comprend une protubérance (60) sur une paroi latérale extérieure (64) de l'extrémité ouverte (12), ladite protubérance (60) définissant une contre-dépouille (68) pour la préhension du collier de couplage (24) du capuchon de fermeture (16).
- Élément de radiateur (4) selon la revendication 10, dans lequel la lèvre périmétrique (40) bute contre ladite protubérance (60) sur la paroi latérale extérieure (64) de l'extrémité ouverte (12) de sorte à être compressée entre la protubérance (60) et le collier de couplage (24).
- Élément de radiateur (4) selon la revendication 10 ou 11, dans lequel ladite protubérance (60) présente une forme tronconique qui s'effile vers le capuchon de fermeture associable (16) et dans laquelle la lèvre périmétrique (40) bute contre une portion tronconique (72) de la protubérance (60).
- Élément de radiateur (4) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la lèvre périmétrique (40) bute en compression entre le capuchon de fermeture (16) et l'arête avant (28).
- Élément de radiateur (4) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel lesdits moyens d'étanchéité (32) se composent d'un joint d'étanchéité réalisé en matériau polymère tel qu'un caoutchouc EPDM, un caoutchouc VITON ou un caoutchouc de silicone.
- Élément de radiateur (4) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'élément de radiateur (4) s'étend dans une direction axiale principale (X-X) et dans lequel ladite extrémité ouverte (12) et ledit capuchon de fermeture (16) sont symétriques axialement par rapport à ladite direction axiale principale (X-X).
