Claims (12)

  1. Ensemble de fixation comprenant une pièce structurelle (2) devant être fixée à une paroi (3), des éléments de fixation (6) et une platine de montage (1) dévolue à la fixation, à ladite paroi (3), de ladite pièce structurelle (2) se présentant notamment comme une banne, la platine de montage (1) comportant des alésages traversants (8, 9, 10, 11) conçus pour recevoir les éléments de fixation (6) destinés à fixer la platine de montage (1) à la paroi (3), et un dispositif (12) affecté à la fixation de la pièce structurelle (2) à ladite platine de montage (1),
    au moins deux alésages traversants (10, 11) étant inclinés par rapport à la platine de montage, et au moins deux alésages traversants (8, 9) étant perpendiculaires à ladite platine de montage,
    sachant qu'au moins l'un desdits alésages traversants (8, 9, 10, 11) est muni d'une butée (15) assignée à la venue en contact d'une tête (17) d'un élément de fixation (6), et sachant que, sous l'effet de la venue en contact de la tête (17) dudit élément de fixation (6), des forces sont transmises par complémentarité de formes entre ladite tête (17) et la butée (15),
    caractérisé par le fait
    que la tête (17), en applique contre la butée (15), est située dans l'affleurement du côté de la platine de montage (1), disposée sur la paroi (3), qui est tourné à l'opposé de ladite paroi (3) ; et
    par le fait que la pièce structurelle (2), fixée à la platine de montage (1), est en applique contre l'extrémité de l'élément de fixation (6) qui est tournée à l'opposé de la paroi (3), si bien que la tête (17) dudit élément de fixation (6) est bloquée à demeure entre la butée (15) et la pièce structurelle (2), par complémentarité de formes, de façon telle que des forces de traction et de pression puissent être induites, par la platine de montage (1), dans ledit élément de fixation (6).
  2. Ensemble de fixation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait qu'au moins la moitié des alésages traversants (8, 9, 10, 11) est pourvue d'une butée (15) assignée à la venue en contact d'une tête (17) d'un élément de fixation (6).
  3. Ensemble de fixation selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la tête (17) est une tête de vis dotée d'un biseau tronconique avec lequel la butée (15) est en concordance.
  4. Ensemble de fixation selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la pièce structurelle (2) est en applique contre l'extrémité postérieure de l'élément de fixation (6), qui est tournée à l'opposé de la paroi (3).
  5. Ensemble de fixation selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que les alésages traversants (10, 11) inclinés présentent une obliquité en opposition mutuelle.
  6. Ensemble de fixation selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la distance maximale, entre les alésages traversants (10, 11) inclinés, est plus petite que la distance maximale entre les alésages traversants (8, 9) perpendiculaires à la platine de montage (1).
  7. Ensemble de fixation selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que les alésages traversants (10, 11) inclinés sont interposés, sur la platine de montage (1), entre les alésages traversants (8, 9) perpendiculaires.

  12. Ensemble de fixation selon la revendication 11, caractérisé par le fait que la platine de montage (1) est fixée, à la base d'ancrage (5), par des vis pour constructions en bois qui couvrent l'étendue du système composite (4) d'isolation thermique, de façon telle que ladite platine de montage (1) soit espacée de ladite base d'ancrage (5) et soit en applique contre la face visible plane (7) de la paroi (3).
