Claims (13)

  1. Dispositif pour une machine de préparation à la filature, par exemple une carde, carde à rouleaux, nettoyeuse, machine de peignage ou similaire, dans lequel le dispositif comporte au moins un élément de cardage (24), lequel en la condition installée est agencé à l'opposé d'un rouleau garni à une distance et s'étend sur toute la largeur du rouleau, dans lequel le dispositif comporte un corps de support longitudinal (14), lequel comprend une part de pied (14b) et une part de dos (14a), dans lequel une garniture (18) est attachable à la part de pied du corps de support par liaison par la force et dans laquelle garniture est prévu au moins un espace creux (14c ; 27 ; 41) pour établir la liaison par la force, caractérisé en ce que l'espace creux (14c; 27; 41) est sous pression négative et la liaison par la force entre le corps de support (14 ; 14b) et la garniture (24, 25) se fait par pression négative, dans lequel au moins une étanchéification est prévue entre l'espace creux (14c ; 27 ; 41) et la garniture (24, 25) ou le corps de support (14 ; 14b).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'étanchéification est un élément d'étanchéification (30 ; 40 ; 42) ou se fait sans un élément d'étanchéification (30 ; 40 ; 42) séparé.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la pression négative exerce une force de traction sur la garniture ou sur le corps de support.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'espace creux est associé au corps de support et/ou est prévu dans le corps de support, respectivement intégré à celui-ci.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'espace creux est associé à un élément de maintien pour la garniture, par exemple une bande de garniture, cassette, et/ou est prévu dans l'élément de maintien, respectivement est intégré à celui-ci.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un insert en caoutchouc avec des ouvertures, respectivement des pochettes, est collé sur le profilé du corps de support, dans lequel le profilé de support est aménagé de telle façon qu'il possède des compartiments creux le long de l'axe longitudinal.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un premier espace creux aménage un compartiment à pression négative et un deuxième espace creux est aménagé par l'intermédiaire d'une pluralité d'ouvertures continues, par exemple perçages, fraisages, ou similaire, ou un chenal ou similaire avec des ouvertures continues, lesquels permettent un effet de pression négative.
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'un élément d'indication est associé au compartiment à pression négative, lequel élément affiche le changement de pression dans le compartiment à pression négative.
  9. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins deux espaces creux sont prévus, lesquels sont connectés par pression négative l'un à l'autre par un chenal ou similaire à la face frontale du corps de support.
  10. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'espace creux comprend une ouverture en forme de fente le long de la longueur du corps de support et/ou de l'élément de maintien pour la garniture.
  11. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une vanne, par exemple une vanne à air, est raccordée audit au moins espace creux.
  12. Dispositif selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que la vanne est raccordable à une source d'aspiration, par exemple une pompe à vide.
  13. Dispositif selon la revendication 11 ou 12, caractérisé en ce que la vanne permet une compensation de la différence de pression entre la pression négative dans le corps creux et la pression atmosphérique.
