Definitions
- the invention relates to a mobile high-pressure cleaning device with a vehicle trailer, on the chassis at least two wheels are rotatably supported about a common axis of rotation for moving the high-pressure cleaning device, and with a motor and a motor-driven pump having high-pressure cleaning device for pressurizing water, the one to cleansing object can be addressed, as well as with at least one water storage tank for storing water for the high-pressure cleaner.
- the high-pressure cleaning device By means of such a high-pressure cleaning device, water can be pressurized and directed to an object to be cleaned.
- the high-pressure cleaning device has a high-pressure cleaning device with a pump which is driven by a motor.
- the document WO 2011/018661 A1 discloses a mobile high-pressure cleaning device according to the preamble of claim 1.
- the high-pressure cleaning device can be used at different locations, especially on construction sites. If a water supply network is available at the places of use, the high-pressure cleaning device can be supplied with water from the water supply network. However, a water supply network is not available at all locations.
- the high-pressure cleaning device therefore has at least one water storage tank for storing water for the high-pressure cleaning device.
- the water storage tank may have a volume of several 100 liters, for example, a volume of 300 liters or 500 liters.
- the at least one water storage tank can be filled with water at a collection point and then the high pressure cleaning device can be moved to a desired location. At the place of use, the high-pressure cleaning device can be supplied with water from the at least one water storage tank.
- Object of the present invention is to develop a mobile high-pressure cleaning device of the generic type such that the high-pressure cleaner water can be optionally provided from the at least one water storage tank or from a water supply network, with no risk that the water supply network removed water can be returned to the water supply network ,
- the high-pressure cleaning device has a decoupling tank with at least one inlet which is connectable to a water supply network, and at least one outlet connected to the high-pressure cleaning device and at least one user operable Shut-off valve is connected to at least one water supply tank.
- the water taken from the water supply network does not pass directly into a water storage tank or to the high-pressure cleaning device, but it first passes into a decoupling tank. From the decoupling tank, the water can then flow to the high-pressure cleaner. In addition, the water from the decoupling tank can also get to a water supply tank, which requires that the user opens a shut-off, which in the closed state, the connection between the decoupling tank and the water storage tank interrupts. If the obturator is open, the water storage tank can be filled via the decoupling tank.
- the high-pressure cleaning device can be connected directly to the water supply network via the decoupling tank without the flow connection between the high-pressure cleaning device and the water supply network having to take place via a water storage tank. It is therefore not absolutely necessary for the use of the high-pressure cleaning device to fill the at least one water storage tank. A filling is only required if there is no water supply network at the site and thus the at least one water storage tank already at a collection point, for example, on a building yard, must be filled via the decoupling tank with water.
- a level-dependent valve is arranged at the inlet of the decoupling tank, for example a float valve.
- the supply of water from the water supply network to the decoupling tank via the level-dependent valve can be ensured in a structurally simple manner that water can only be withdrawn from the water supply network until the decoupling tank has reached a maximum fill level.
- the decoupling tank advantageously forms a water tank, which decouples the high-pressure cleaning device and the at least one water storage tank from the water supply network. From the water supply network, the water first flows into the decoupling tank, wherein its inlet is located above the maximum level of the decoupling tank, so that the water located in the decoupling tank can no longer flow back to the inlet and via this to the water supply network.
- the decoupling tank is integrated in a water storage tank. This allows a particularly compact design of the high-pressure cleaning device.
- a water storage tank has a depression which forms the decoupling tank.
- the decoupling tank is thus formed in a water storage tank.
- the decoupling tank is configured together with a water storage tank as a one-piece plastic molding.
- the high-pressure cleaning device has a vehicle trailer and can be pulled by a towing vehicle.
- the trailer has, as usual, a drawbar with which it can be coupled to the towing vehicle, and a chassis on which the at least one water storage tank and the high-pressure cleaner are arranged.
- the high-pressure cleaning device to a first and a second water storage tank, which are spaced from one another on a longitudinal side of the vehicle trailer and connected to each other via a line assembly, the two water storage tanks sit on the chassis and the high-pressure cleaning device between the two Water supply tanks is positioned on the chassis.
- the two water storage tanks Before driving the high-pressure cleaning device to a place of use, the two water storage tanks can be filled with water. In many cases, however, this is not necessary because at the desired location a water supply network is available to which the high-pressure cleaner can be connected via the decoupling tank. If the two water storage tanks are not filled with water while driving the high pressure cleaning device, they have a relatively low weight and the position of the center of gravity of the high pressure cleaning device is essentially determined by the location of the high pressure cleaning device. Since the high-pressure cleaning device preferably occupies a position between the two water storage tanks on the chassis, the high-pressure cleaning device has a relatively low center of gravity.
- the use of two spaced apart Wasservorratstanks also has the advantage that the water storage tanks can be inexpensively manufactured in molding processes of plastic material, the water storage tanks can be removed from the transverse direction to the longitudinal direction of the chassis. The removal in the transverse direction makes it easier to mold receptacles for accessories and operating components of the high-pressure cleaning device in the water storage tanks, the receptacles preferably open into the facing sides of the water storage tanks.
- the two water storage tanks can be produced, for example, in a rotary sintering process.
- Another advantage of the arrangement of the two water storage tanks each on one longitudinal side of the vehicle trailer on the chassis and the positioning of the high-pressure cleaner and optionally other components of the high-pressure cleaning device between the two water storage tanks on the chassis is that the high-pressure cleaner and possibly other components of the high-pressure cleaning device the user and possibly also the service personnel in a simple manner for the operation of the high-pressure cleaning device and for maintenance measures are accessible.
- the assembly of the high pressure cleaning device is simplified.
- the decoupling tank is integrated in the first water storage tank and connected via a supply line to the high-pressure cleaner and a lockable first connection line to the second water storage tank, and if the second water storage tank is connected via a second connecting line to the first water storage tank.
- a water supply network is available at the place of use of the high-pressure cleaning device, the inlet of the decoupling tank can be connected to the water supply network via a supply hose. From the decoupling tank, the water taken from the water supply network can be provided to the high-pressure cleaning device via a supply line.
- a first connecting line which connects the decoupling tank with the second water storage tank, can be shut off, so that the second water storage tank is not in fluid communication with the water supply network.
- the first connection line can be released, so that the water flowing into the decoupling tank can be made available to the second water storage tank via the first connection line and also to the first water storage tank via a second connection line.
- the water from the water supply tanks can reach the high-pressure cleaning device via the two connection lines and the supply line.
- the decoupling tank via the first connecting line in fluid communication with the second water storage tank, which in turn is connected via a second connecting line to the first water storage tank, the decoupling tank and the two water storage tanks form a communicating system and the level of the decoupling tank is connected to the Level of the two water storage tanks identical, as long as the flow connection between the decoupling tank and the second water storage tank is released.
- the space between the two water storage tanks both on the front of the high pressure cleaning device, ie in the direction of travel front, as well as on the back of the high pressure cleaning device, that is in the direction of travel behind, is directly accessible.
- the chassis on a frame on which sit the two water storage tanks has two longitudinal beams, which are aligned parallel to the direction of travel of the high-pressure cleaning device and on each of which a water storage tank is directly seated.
- the two longitudinal beams can be rigidly connected to each other via transverse bars of the frame.
- a particularly low center of gravity and thus a particularly good driving behavior is achieved in an advantageous embodiment of the invention in that the two water storage tanks extend over the entire length of the chassis.
- the large longitudinal extent of the two water storage tanks makes it possible to provide a relatively large tank volume at low altitude. Despite a considerable tank volume, a low center of gravity can be achieved.
- the two water storage tanks each have a front tank area and a rear tank area relative to the direction of travel, the volume of the front tank area being less than the volume of the rear tank area.
- the front tank area may extend from the forward end of the water storage tanks to about the common axis of rotation of the two wheels, and the rear tank area may connect to the front tank area and extend to the rear end of the water storage tanks.
- the provision of a smaller volume for the Front tank area makes it possible to keep the vertical load of the projecting in the direction of travel from the chassis forward drawbar even with filled water storage tanks relatively low. It can be provided, for example, that the vertical load of the drawbar is no more than 75 kg, even with filled water storage tanks.
- the front and the rear tank area have the same width, that is, the horizontal extent transverse to the direction of the high pressure cleaning device is the same for the two tank areas, but the vertical extent of the front tank area is less than the vertical extent of the rear tank area.
- the provision of two water storage tanks arranged at a distance from one another makes it possible to easily remove the water storage tanks transversely to the direction of travel. This makes it possible, in particular, to mold recesses for accessories and / or operating components into the water storage tanks, with the recesses of one water storage tank facing the other water storage tank.
- the recesses may be configured as depressions.
- At least one of the two water storage tanks, facing the other water storage tank has at least one recess which forms a receptacle for an accessory.
- the recess may, for example, form a receptacle for storing a jet pipe, a spray gun, a jet pipe extension, an operating manual, a protective helmet and / or a hose.
- the pressurized, to be addressed to the object to be cleaned water can be heated.
- the high pressure cleaning device according to the invention in an advantageous embodiment, a heating unit for heating the pressurized by the pump water, wherein the heating unit between the two water storage tanks on the chassis is arranged.
- the heating unit can have a considerable weight, and by the positioning of the heating unit between the two water storage tanks, a low center of gravity can be achieved for the mobile high-pressure cleaning device despite the use of the heating unit, through which the driving behavior can be improved.
- the heating unit is advantageously designed as a fuel-operated instantaneous water heater.
- Such water heaters are the expert, for example from the WO 2012/152313 A1 known.
- a fuel tank, a detergent tank and / or an antifreeze tank are arranged between the two water storage tanks.
- fuel for example diesel fuel or light fuel oil
- a liquid detergent for example, a soap solution
- the cleaning agent can be added to the pumped by the pump of the high-pressure cleaner water to increase the cleaning effect.
- An antifreeze agent can be stored in the antifreeze tank with which the water-absorbing components of the high-pressure cleaning device, in particular the high-pressure cleaning device and high-pressure and / or inlet hoses connected thereto, can be protected from frost damage if the high-pressure cleaning device is put out of operation in the cold season.
- the fuel tank, the detergent tank and / or the antifreeze tank can be placed in the area between the two water storage tanks. For example, it may be provided that the fuel tank, the detergent tank and / or the antifreeze tank can be parked on a base plate, which sits directly on the chassis. The said tanks are easily accessible to the user.
- the fuel tank, the detergent tank and / or the antifreeze tank are accessible to the user from the back of the high-pressure cleaning device.
- a wound on a hose reel high pressure hose and / or wound on a hose reel inlet hose are arranged between the two water storage tanks.
- the high-pressure hose may be connected to an outlet of the pump of the high-pressure cleaning device, so that the pressurized water can be directed onto an object via the high-pressure hose.
- a spray lance or a spray gun can be connected to the free end of the high-pressure hose.
- the inlet hose may be used to connect the inlet of the decoupling tank to a water supply network.
- the high-pressure hose and the inlet hose can each be wound onto a hose drum which can be positioned between the two water supply tanks.
