  • heatable high-pressure cleaning devices water can be pressurized using a pump and heated using a heatable heat exchanger.
  • the heated and pressurized water can be directed at an object to be cleaned.
  • the heat exchanger is usually operated with the aid of a liquid fuel, for example heating oil or diesel fuel, and can have a coiled tube that is heated by a burner and through which the water is passed.
  • the liquid fuel to operate the heat exchanger is stored in a fuel tank.
  • heatable high-pressure cleaning devices are, for example, from WO 2012/119641 A2 known.
  • Heated high-pressure cleaning devices of the type in question are used, among other things, on construction sites and other harsh environmental conditions and should therefore have a high level of mechanical stability.
  • the high-pressure cleaning devices should be as cost-effective as possible to produce.
  • a heatable high-pressure cleaning device which has a chassis on which several wheels are rotatably mounted.
  • a heat exchanger and a motor are arranged on the chassis, as well as a fan and a pump that are driven by the motor.
  • a fuel tank in combination with a storage tank for cleaning agent concentrate, forms a housing that encloses the heat exchanger and the other functional units of the high-pressure cleaning device on the opposite long sides and the top, whereby the Inner contour of the inner walls of the fuel tank and the storage tank for cleaning agent concentrate is adapted to the heat exchanger and the other functional units.
  • the chassis has a support frame that forms impact protection that partially surrounds the fuel tank.
  • the high-pressure cleaning device can be connected, for example, to a public water supply network.
  • a public water supply network When connecting to a public water supply network in this way, the network operator is often required to take appropriate measures to ensure that water taken from the water supply network cannot be unintentionally returned to the water supply network. This is to ensure that the water supply network does not come into contact with potentially contaminated water.
  • the object of the present invention is therefore to develop a heatable high-pressure cleaning device of the type mentioned in such a way that it has a high level of mechanical stability and can be produced inexpensively, ensuring that water taken from a water supply network cannot be unintentionally returned to the water supply network.
  • the heatable high-pressure cleaning device is characterized, among other things, by the use of a fuel tank, which not only takes on the function of storing liquid fuel, but also forms the lower housing part in which the motor and the pump driven by the motor are arranged.
  • the fuel tank is designed as a one-piece hollow plastic body and therefore has an internal volume for holding liquid fuel, for example for holding heating oil or diesel fuel.
  • the fuel tank is designed as a seamless hollow body. This gives the fuel tank considerable mechanical stability.
  • the design of the fuel tank in the form of a one-piece hollow plastic body makes it possible to produce the fuel tank cost-effectively.
  • the fuel tank which is designed as a one-piece hollow plastic body, is held on a rigid support frame.
  • the support frame has the function of supporting the fuel tank, on the other hand it forms a shock protection for the fuel tank, whereby it at least partially surrounds the fuel tank in the circumferential direction and thereby protects against impacts in the event of an unintentional impact on an obstacle.
  • the high-pressure cleaning device has a decoupling tank which has an inlet that can be connected to a water supply network and is in flow connection with the pump. Water taken from the water supply network can first flow into the decoupling tank and then to the pump.
  • the inlet of the decoupling tank is conveniently arranged at the top, so that although water can get from the water supply network into the decoupling tank, it is not possible for the water to easily get from the decoupling tank back to the water supply network.
  • the fuel tank designed as a one-piece hollow plastic body has a recess which forms the decoupling tank, which has an inlet that can be connected to the water supply network and is in flow connection with the pump.

  • At least one swivel roller is also rotatably mounted on the chassis.
  • the support frame protrudes over a front and a back of the fuel tank in relation to a main direction of movement of the high-pressure cleaning device. This ensures that even if the high-pressure cleaning device hits an obstacle from the side, the associated mechanical load is absorbed by the support frame.
  • the support frame has two rigid side frame parts, which are on opposite long sides of the Fuel tanks are arranged.
  • the rigid side frame parts give the support frame a particularly high level of mechanical stability and protect the fuel tank from mechanical loads that act on the high-pressure cleaning device in the area of the long sides of the fuel tank.
  • the side frame parts are preferably each designed as self-contained support frame side sections.
  • the self-contained design of the support frame side sections gives the support frame a particularly high level of mechanical stability in the area of the side frame parts.
  • the self-contained support frame side sections can, for example, extend along the entire circumference of a preferably flat geometric figure, in particular along the circumference of a circle, oval or polygon, especially a polygon with rounded corners.

  • the at least one rear frame part also protrudes over the back of the heat exchanger, provided this is related to the main direction of movement of the high-pressure cleaning device is arranged behind the fuel tank.
  • the support frame has two rigid rear frame parts, which are arranged at a distance from one another and protrude over the back of the fuel tank and preferably also over the back of the fuel tank and each form a handle of the high-pressure cleaning device.

This gives the user the opportunity to attach a crane hook or a lifting strap to the hanging frame part 156 of the support frame 110 without having to expose the hanging frame part 156, for example by removing the upper housing part 14 from the lower housing part 12.
  • the upper housing part 14 has a substantially rectangular opening 178, on which a control panel 180 is arranged, which carries a main switch 182 on its upper side for switching the electric motor 76 on and off.
  • the upper housing part 14 On its back 184, the upper housing part 14 forms a winding hook 186 onto which, for example, a pressure hose and/or an electrical cable can be wound.
  • the winding hook 186 is arranged between the first handle 164 and the second handle 168.
  • the high-pressure cleaning device 10 is characterized by low manufacturing costs and high mechanical stability. Both the lower housing part 12 and the upper housing part 14 are manufactured by rotation molding and form one-piece, seamless plastic hollow bodies.
  • the lower housing part 12 is formed by the fuel tank 32, which is carried by the support frame 110 and which not only forms the chassis 24 of the high-pressure cleaning device 10 but also a shock protection that prevents damage to the fuel tank 32 when the high-pressure cleaning device 10 hits an obstacle.
