Description

    Technisches Gebiet
  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren und Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von elastischem Coregarn entsprechend dem Oberbegriff der unabhängigen Ansprüche.
  • Stand der Technik
  • Bei der Herstellung von Coregarn wird ein Endlosfaden durch Stapelfasern umsponnen. Dadurch können Eigenschaften eines bestimmten Endlosfadens auf ein fertiges Garn übertragen und mit den Eigenschaften der verwendeten Stapelfasern kombiniert werden. Der Endlosfaden dient dabei als Kern des fertigen Garns. Um diesen Kern entsteht in der Folge im Spinnprozess eine Hülle aus Stapelfasern. Auf diese Art und Weise ist es möglich, einen elastischen Baumwollfaden herzustellen. Als Kern wird dazu ein elastischer Endlosfaden, beispielsweise Elastan, verwendet, welcher mit Baumwollfasern umsponnen wird.
  • Vorrichtungen und Verfahren zur Herstellung von Coregarn sind aus dem Stand der Technik bekannt, beispielsweise offenbart die EP1561845 eine Vorrichtung, bei welcher ein Corefaden einer Faserlunte zugeführt wird, bevor die Faserlunte durch Drehung verfestigt wird. Der Corefaden wird der Faserlunte zugeführt, bevor die Faserlunte das Ausgangswalzenpaar des Streckwerks passiert.
  • Einem Streckwerk einer Ringspinnmaschine wird eine Faserlunte bzw. ein Faserverband zugeführt. Beim Durchlaufen des Streckwerks, welches aus mehreren Walzenpaaren besteht, wird der Faserverband durch unterschiedliche Geschwindigkeiten der Walzenpaare verzogen. Dieser verzogene Faserverband verlässt das Streckwerk durch ein Ausgangswalzenpaar. Vor dem Verlassen des Ausgangswalzenpaars wird dem Faserverband ein elastischer Endlosfaden zugeführt. Der Endlosfaden wird dabei von einer Spule abgespult und über ein Lieferwalzenpaar zum Faserverband transportiert. Das Lieferwalzenpaar ist in seiner Umfangsgeschwindigkeit derart auf die Umfangsgeschwindigkeit des Ausgangswalzenpaars abgestimmt, dass der Endlosfaden zwischen dem Lieferwalzenpaar und dem Ausgangswalzenpaar gedehnt wird. In der Folge verlassen der Faserverband und der gedehnte Endlosfaden das Ausgangswalzenpaar und werden über einen Fadenführer zu einem Läufer geführt und über den auf einem Ring umlaufenden Läufer auf eine sich drehende Spule aufgewickelt.   • US3243950 offenbart beispielweise ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines elastischen Coregarns.
  • Es hat sich nun gezeigt, dass auf Ringspinnmaschinen, bei welchen ein Spulenwechsel automatisch vorgenommen wird, eine zuverlässige Trennung des auf die Spule aufgewickelten Garnes nicht möglich ist, bedingt durch die Elastizität des gesponnen Garns.
  • Die automatische Vorrichtung für den Spulenwechsel trennt das Garn dadurch, dass die Spule von der Spindel abgezogen und dabei das Garn über eine Messerkante gezogen wird. Bei einem elastischen Garn wird jedoch das Garn in die Länge gezogen und durch das Messer nicht zuverlässig getrennt. Die führt regelmässig zu Störungen im automatischen Betrieb der Ringspinnmaschine, wobei in Betracht zu ziehen ist, dass an bis zu 2'000 Spinnstellen ein Spulenwechsel gleichzeitig erfolgt.
  • Darstellung der Erfindung
  • Der Erfindung liegt somit die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Verfahren sowie eine Vorrichtung dazu bereitzustellen, welche eine störungsfreie Trennung des gesponnen elastischen Garns bei einem Spulenwechsel ermöglichen.
  • Zur Lösung der Aufgabe wird nunmehr ein Verfahren vorgeschlagen, bei welchem beim Abspinnen einer vollen Spule ein Umfangsgeschwindigkeitsverhältnis zwischen dem Ausgangswalzenpaar und dem Lieferwalzenpaar derart angepasst wird, dass die Dehnung des Endlosfadens reduziert wird.
  • Die Umfangsgeschwindigkeit des Lieferwalzenpaares bestimmt die Geschwindigkeit, mit welcher das elastische Filament von der Spule abgespult wird. Die Umfangsgeschwindigkeit des Ausgangswalzenpaares des Streckwerks bestimmt, mit welcher Geschwindigkeit der Faserverband zusammen mit dem elastischen Endlosfaden an die Spinneinrichtung weitergegeben wird. Das Verhältnis zwischen diesen beiden Geschwindigkeiten ist im Betriebsfall auf das verwendete Material des Endlosfadens abgestimmt. Bei Verwendung eines elastischen Endlosfadens ist die Umfangsgeschwindigkeit des Auslaufwalzenpaares höher als die Umfangsgeschwindigkeit des Lieferwalzenpaares und damit das genannte Verhältnis erheblich grösser als 1. Die Grösse des Verhältnisses bestimmt die Dehnung des Endlosfadens, mit welcher dieser das Ausgangswalzenpaar verlässt.
  • Wird nun das Umfangsgeschwindigkeitsverhältnis zwischen dem Ausgangswalzenpaar und dem Lieferwalzenpaar beim Abspinnen reduziert, wird der Endlosfaden mit weniger Dehnung an die Spinneinrichtung weitergegeben. Entsprechend ist das fertige Coregarn ebenfalls weniger elastisch, da die um das Endlosgarn herumgesponnenen Fasern selbst keine Dehnung ermöglichen. Das Coregarn kann nur soweit gedehnt werden, bis der Zustand wieder erreicht ist, bei welchem der Faserverband mit dem Endlosfaden die Spinneinrichtung durchlaufen hat. Dadurch ergibt sich ein besseres Trennverhalten beim Abziehen des Coregarns über eine Messerklinge beim automatischen Spulenwechsel.
  • In einer vorteilhaften Ausführung wird beim Abspinnen das Umfangsgeschwindigkeitsverhältnis zwischen dem Ausgangswalzenpaar und dem Lieferwalzenpaar auf unter 3, vorzugsweise auf zwischen 1 bis 2.5, weiter vorzugsweise auf zwischen 1 bis 1.5 reduziert. Besonders vorteilhaft ist es, wenn beim Abspinnen das Umfangsgeschwindigkeitsverhältnis zwischen dem Ausgangswalzenpaar und dem Lieferwalzenpaar auf eins reduziert wird. Dies bedeutet, dass durch die Spinneinrichtung ein Coregarn hergestellt wird, welches trotz der Verwendung eines elastischen Endlosfadens als Kern in seinen Eigenschaften einem Garn entspricht, das ohne einen elastischen Endlosfaden hergestellt würde. Auf diese Art können für die Trennung des gesponnen Fadens bei einem automatischen Spulenwechsel die gleichen technischen Einrichtung verwendet werden, wie bei einem Stapelfasergarn, welches ohne Zuführung eines elastischen Kerns hergestellt wurde. Da die zu einem Garn umgebildeten Stapelfasern eine stark eingeschränkte Elastizität aufweisen, reisst das Garn schon bei kleinsten Dehnungen. Auf dieses Verhalten hat ein elastischer Kern keinen Einfluss, wenn dieser nicht in einem gedehnten Zustand umsponnen wurde.
  • Ebenfalls ist eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung eines elastischen Coregarns mit einem Streckwerk zum Verziehen eines Faserverbandes vorgesehen, wobei das Streckwerk ein Ausgangswalzenpaar aufweist, und ein Lieferwalzenpaar zur Zuführung eines elastischen Endlosfadens zum Ausgangswalzenpaar vorgesehen ist. Zur Einbindung des elastischen Endlosfadens in den Faserverband ist eine Ringspinnvorrichtung vorgesehen, wobei ein Umlaufgeschwindigkeitsverhältnis zwischen dem Ausgangswalzenpaar und dem Lieferwalzenpaar beim Abspinnen reduziert ist.
  • In einer vorteilhaften Ausführung ist beim Abspinnen das Umfangsgeschwindigkeitsverhältnis zwischen dem Ausgangswalzenpaar und dem Lieferwalzenpaar auf unter 3, vorzugsweise auf zwischen 1 bis 2.5, weiter vorzugsweise auf zwischen 1 bis 1.5 reduziert. Besonders vorteilhaft ist es, wenn beim Abspinnen das Umfangsgeschwindigkeitsverhältnis zwischen dem Ausgangswalzenpaar und dem Lieferwalzenpaar auf eins reduziert ist.
  • Die beiden Umfangsgeschwindigkeiten sind vorteilhaft mit einer elektronischen oder mechanischen Kopplung versehen. Es ist in einer vorteilhaften Ausführung eine Steuerung vorgesehen, welche es ermöglicht, die Umfangsgeschwindigkeit des Lieferwalzenpaares an eine sich beim Abspinnen verändernde Umfangsgeschwindigkeit des Ausgangswalzenpaares anzupassen. Es ist jedoch auch denkbar, dass die Antriebe des Lieferwalzenpaares und des Ausgangswalzenpaares mechanisch verbunden sind und beim Abspinnen in dieser Verbindung eine Umschaltung erfolgen kann, um das Umfangsgeschwindigkeitsverhältnis zu reduzieren.
  • Kurze Beschreibung der Figur
  • Im Weiteren wird die Erfindung anhand von der einzigen Figur näher erläutert. Diese zeigt in einer schematischen Darstellung eine Spinnstelle zur Herstellung von elastischem Coregarn. Es werden nur die für die Erfindung wichtigen Elemente gezeigt.
  • Wege zur Ausführung der Erfindung
  • In der einzigen Figur ist eine Spinnstelle einer Ringspinnmaschine gezeigt. Die Spinnstelle umfasst ein Streckwerk 1 mit einem Ausgangswalzenpaar 3. Das Streckwerk 1 ist beispielhaft mit einem Eingangswalzenpaar 13 und einem mit jeweils einem Riemchen 15 umschlungenen Mittelwalzenpaar 14. Der in das Streckwerk 1 einlaufende Faserverband 2 wird bedingt durch die unterschiedlichen Drehzahlen der Walzenpaare beim Durchlaufen des Streckwerks 1 verzogen. Vor dem Ausgangswalzenpaar 3 wird dem Faserverband 2 ein elastischer Endlosfaden 8 zugeführt. Die Zuführung erfolgt über ein Lieferwalzenpaar 9, welches den Endlosfaden 8 von einer Vorratsspule 10 abspult. Der Faserverband 2 und der Endlosfaden 8 werden über einen Fadenführer 4 zu einem Läufer 5 geführt. Der Läufer 4 rotiert auf einem Ring 6 um eine sich drehende Spule 7. Durch die Drehbewegungen von Läufer 4 und Spule 7 wird der Faserverband 2 zusammen mit dem Endlosfaden 8 zu einem fertigen Coregarn umgebildet und gleichzeitig auf der Spule 7 aufgewickelt. Der Ring 6 ist auf einer Ringbank 11 befestigt, welche sich entlang der Spulenachse 12 hin und her respektive auf und ab bewegt, was sich in einer gleichmässigen Aufwicklung des Coregarns auf der Spule 7 auswirkt.
  • Die Umgangsgeschwindigkeit des Lieferwalzenpaares 9 steht in einem bestimmten Verhältnis zur Umfangsgeschwindigkeit des Ausgangswalzenpaares 3, welches im Betrieb durch das verwendete Material des Endlosfadens 8 bestimmt wird.
  • In einer vorteilhaften Ausführung wird beim Abspinnen das Umfangsgeschwindigkeitsverhältnis zwischen dem Ausgangswalzenpaar 3 und dem Lieferwalzenpaar 9 auf unter 3, vorzugsweise auf zwischen 1 bis 2.5, weiter vorzugsweise auf zwischen 1 bis 1.5 reduziert. Besonders vorteilhaft ist es, wenn beim Abspinnen das Umfangsgeschwindigkeitsverhältnis zwischen dem Ausgangswalzenpaar und dem Lieferwalzenpaar auf eins reduziert wird. Dies bedeutet, dass durch die Spinneinrichtung ein Coregarn hergestellt wird, welches trotz der Verwendung eines elastischen Endlosfadens als Kern in seinen Eigenschaften einem Garn entspricht, das ohne einen elastischen Endlosfaden hergestellt würde. Auf diese Art können für die Trennung des gesponnen Fadens bei einem automatischen Spulenwechsel die gleiche technische Einrichtung verwendet werden, wie bei einem Stapelfasergarn, welches ohne Zuführung eines elastischen Kerns hergestellt wurde. Da die zu einem Garn umgebildeten Stapelfasern eine stark eingeschränkte Elastizität aufweisen, reisst das Garn schon bei kleinsten Dehnungen. Auf dieses Verhalten hat ein elastischer Kern keinen Einfluss, wenn dieser nicht in einem gedehnten Zustand umsponnen wurde.
  • Die beiden Umfangsgeschwindigkeiten sind mit einer Kopplung 16 versehen. Dies kann elektronisch oder mechanisch ausgeführt sein. Es ist in einer vorteilhaften Ausführung eine Steuerung vorgesehen, welche es ermöglicht, die Umfangsgeschwindigkeit des Lieferwalzenpaares an eine sich beim Abspinnen verändernde Umfangsgeschwindigkeit des Ausgangswalzenpaares anzupassen. Es ist jedoch auch denkbar, dass die Antriebe des Lieferwalzenpaares und des Ausgangswalzenpaares verbunden sind und beim Abspinnen in dieser Verbindung eine Umschaltung erfolgen kann, um das Umfangsgeschwindigkeitsverhältnis zu reduzieren.

Claims (14)

  1. Verfahren zur Herstellung von elastischem Coregarn mit einer Ringspinnmaschine,
    • wobei einem Streckwerk (1) ein Faserverband (2) zugeführt wird, der Faserverband (2) beim Durchlaufen des Streckwerks (1) verzogen und durch das Ausgangswalzenpaar (3) das Streckwerk (1) verlässt, und über einen Fadenführer (4) zu einem Läufer (5) geführt und über den auf einem Ring (6) umlaufenden Läufer (5) auf eine sich drehende Spule (7) aufgewickelt wird,
    • wobei dem Faserverband (2) beim Einlauf in das Ausgangswalzenpaar (3) ein elastischer Endlosfaden (8) über ein Lieferwalzenpaar (9) zugeführt wird,
    • wobei der Endlosfaden (8) durch ein entsprechendes Umfangsgeschwindigkeitsverhältnis zwischen dem Lieferwalzenpaar (9) und dem Ausgangswalzenpaar (3) gedehnt wird und nach Verlassen des Ausgangswalzenpaares (3) durch die Wirkung von Läufer (5) und Spule (7) in den Faserverband (2) eingesponnen und der Faserverband (2) mit dem gedehnten Endlosfaden (8) zu einem elastischen Garn umgebildet wird,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    beim Abspinnen einer vollen Spule (7) das Umfangsgeschwindigkeitsverhältnis zwischen dem Ausgangswalzenpaar (3) und dem Lieferwalzenpaar (9) derart angepasst wird, dass die Dehnung des Endlosfadens (8) reduziert wird.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beim Abspinnen das Umfangsgeschwindigkeitsverhältnis zwischen dem Ausgangswalzenpaar (3) und dem Lieferwalzenpaar (9) auf unter 3 reduziert wird.
  3. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beim Abspinnen das Umfangsgeschwindigkeitsverhältnis zwischen dem Ausgangswalzenpaar (3) und dem Lieferwalzenpaar (9) auf 1 bis 2.5 reduziert wird.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beim Abspinnen das Umfangsgeschwindigkeitsverhältnis zwischen dem Ausgangswalzenpaar (3) und dem Lieferwalzenpaar (9) auf 1 bis 1.5 reduziert wird.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beim Abspinnen das Umfangsgeschwindigkeitsverhältnis zwischen dem Ausgangswalzenpaar (3) und dem Lieferwalzenpaar (9) auf 1 reduziert wird.
  6. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umfangsgeschwindigkeit durch eine elektronische Steuerung angepasst wird.
  7. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Umfangsgeschwindigkeitsverhältnis durch eine mechanische Umschaltung reduziert wird.
  8. Vorrichtung zur Herstellung eines elastischen Coregarns mit einem Streckwerk (1) zum Verziehen eines Faserverbandes (2),
    • wobei das Streckwerk (1) ein Ausgangswalzenpaar (3) aufweist, und mit einem Lieferwalzenpaar (9) zur Zuführung eines elastischen Endlosfadens (8) zum Ausgangswalzenpaar (3),
    • wobei ein Umfangsgeschwindigkeitsverhältnis zwischen dem Ausgangswalzenpaar (3) und dem Lieferwalzenpaar (9) während des Betriebs bestimmt ist; und
    • wobei zur Einbindung des elastischen Endlosfadens (8) in den Faserverband (2) eine Ringspinnvorrichtung mit einem Fadenführer (4), einem Läufer (5) und einer sich drehenden Spule (7) vorgesehen ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das Ausgangswalzenpaar (3) und das Lieferwalzenpaar (9) mit einer elektronischen oder mechanischen Kopplung (16) versehen sind, um das Umfangsgeschwindigkeitsverhältnis zwischen dem Ausgangswalzenpaar (3) und dem Lieferwalzenpaar (9) beim Abspinnen zu reduzieren.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beim Abspinnen das Umfangsgeschwindigkeitsverhältnis zwischen dem Ausgangswalzenpaar (3) und dem Lieferwalzenpaar (9) auf unter 3 reduziert ist.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beim Abspinnen das Umfangsgeschwindigkeitsverhältnis zwischen dem Ausgangswalzenpaar (3) und dem Lieferwalzenpaar (9) auf 1 bis 2.5 reduziert ist.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beim Abspinnen das Umfangsgeschwindigkeitsverhältnis zwischen dem Ausgangswalzenpaar (3) und dem Lieferwalzenpaar (9) auf 1 bis 1.5 reduziert ist.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beim Abspinnen das Umfangsgeschwindigkeitsverhältnis zwischen dem Ausgangswalzenpaar (3) und dem Lieferwalzenpaar (9) auf 1 reduziert ist.
  13. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Steuerung vorgesehen ist, welche es ermöglicht, die Umfangsgeschwindigkeit des Lieferwalzenpaares (9) an eine sich beim Abspinnen verändernde Umfangsgeschwindigkeit des Ausgangswalzenpaares (3) anzupassen.
  14. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebe des Lieferwalzenpaares (9) und des Ausgangswalzenpaar mechanisch verbunden sind, und beim Abspinnen in dieser Verbindung eine Umschaltung erfolgen kann, um das Umfangsgeschwindigkeitsverhältnis zu reduzieren.
