Claims (10)
- Eine Garnrückgewinnungsvorrichtung, die einen Träger (14) und eine motorisierte Garnwickelspule (18) umfasst, die in Rotation mit Bezug auf den Träger (14) mitgeführt wird und axial durch eine vordere Endfläche (18a) und eine hintere Endfläche (18b) begrenzt ist; dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger (14) integral eine erste Garnführungsbuchse (20) und eine zweite Garnführungsbuchse (22) trägt, die einen geraden Pfad bestimmen, welcher schräg durch die Spule (18) mit Bezug auf die Achse (A) derselben verläuft; und dadurch, dass die Spule (18) mindestens eine radiale Vertiefung (24) hat, die sich zu der vorderen Endfläche (18a) hin öffnet und ausgebildet ist, um von dem Garn durchquert zu werden, das durch die erste Garnführungsbuchse (20) und die zweite Garnführungsbuchse (22) eingeführt wird; wobei die radiale Vertiefung (24) mit der ersten Garnführungsbuchse (20) und der zweiten Garnführungsbuchse (22) zusammenwirkt, um die Rückgewinnung des Garns durch Aufwickeln auf die Garnwickelspule (18) zu ermöglichen, wenn Letztere in eine Richtung zum Drehen gebracht wird.
- Die Garnrückgewinnungsvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Garnführungsbuchse (20) und die zweite Garnführungsbuchse (22) so angeordnet sind, dass der durch sie bestimmte gerade Pfad auf einer Ebene liegt, die die Achse (A) der Spule (18) enthält.
- Die Garnrückgewinnungsvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spule (18) eine Vielzahl der radialen Vertiefungen (24), in gleichen Winkeln um ihre Achse beabstandet, hat.
- Die Garnrückgewinnungsvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spule (18) einen Rahmen umfasst, der mit einer Nabe (28) und einer Vielzahl von Speichen (30) ausgestattet ist, von deren äußeren Enden entsprechende Arme (32) abstehen, die im Wesentlichen parallel zur Achse der Nabe (28) sind, wobei jede der radialen Vertiefungen (24) zwischen zwei benachbarten Speiche-Arm-Paaren bestimmt ist.
- Die Garnrückgewinnungsvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Speichen (30) und die Arme (32) in Rotationsrichtung ein aerodynamisches Profil haben.
- Die Garnrückgewinnungsvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Speichen (30) ein bikonvexes Querschnittsprofil haben und die Arme (32) ein Querschnittsprofil haben, das an der Außenfläche konvex und an der Innenfläche konkav ist.
- Die Garnrückgewinnungsvorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spule (18) aus synthetischem Material (26) geformt ist.
- Die Garnrückgewinnungsvorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich im Verbindungsbereich zwischen den Speichen (30) und den dazugehörigen Armen (32) entsprechende Vorsprünge (34) befinden, die ausgebildet sind, um das auf die Spule aufgewickelte Garn zu halten.
- Die Garnrückgewinnungsvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorsprünge (34) mit Bezug auf die Achse der Spule (18) schräg nach außen ragen, in die den Armen (32) entgegengesetzte Richtung.
- Die Garnrückgewinnungsvorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die freien Enden der Arme (32) mit einem Versteifungsring (36) verbunden sind, der den Rahmen (26) auf der Seite, die der vorderen Endfläche (18a) gegenüberliegt, begrenzt.
