Claims (10)
- Dispositif de récupération de fil, comportant un support (14) et une bobine d'enroulement de fil motorisée (18) qui est entraînée en rotation par rapport au support (14) et est délimitée axialement entre une face d'extrémité avant (18a) et une face d'extrémité arrière (18b), caractérisé en ce que ledit support (14) porte d'un seul tenant une première bague de guidage de fil (20) et une seconde bague de guidage de fil (22) qui définissent un trajet rectiligne qui passe en oblique à travers la bobine (18) par rapport à l'axe (A) de celle-ci, et en ce que ladite bobine (18) a au moins un évidement radial (24) qui débouche sur ladite face d'extrémité avant (18a) et est adapté pour être traversé par le fil inséré à travers ladite première bague de guidage de fil (20) et ladite seconde bague de guidage de fil (22), ledit évidement radial (24) coopérant avec lesdites première bague de guidage de fil (20) et seconde bague de guidage de fil (22) afin de permettre au fil d'être récupéré par enroulement sur ladite bobine d'enroulement de fil (18) lorsque cette dernière est amenée à tourner dans un sens.
- Dispositif de récupération de fil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite première bague de guidage de fil (20) et ladite seconde bague de guidage de fil (22) sont agencées de telle sorte que ledit trajet rectiligne défini par elles se situe sur un plan contenant l'axe (A) de la bobine (18).
- Dispositif de récupération de fil selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que ladite bobine (18) a une pluralité desdits évidements radiaux (24) espacés à angles égaux autour de son axe.
- Dispositif de récupération de fil selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que ladite bobine (18) comporte une armature pourvue d'un moyeu (28) et d'une pluralité de rayons (30), à partir des extrémités extérieures desquelles font saillie des bras (32) respectifs qui sont sensiblement parallèles à l'axe du moyeu (28), chacun desdits évidements radiaux (24) étant défini entre deux paires de rayons-bras adjacentes.
- Dispositif de récupération de fil selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que lesdits rayons (30) et lesdits bras (32) ont un profil aérodynamique dans le sens de rotation.
- Dispositif de récupération de fil selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que lesdits rayons (30) ont un profil de section transversale biconvexe et lesdits bras (32) ont un profil de section transversale qui est convexe sur la face extérieure et est concave sur la face intérieure.
- Dispositif de récupération de fil selon l'une des revendications 4 à 6, caractérisé en ce que ladite bobine (18) est moulée à partir d'une matière synthétique (26).
- Dispositif de récupération de fil selon l'une des revendications 4 à 7, caractérisé en ce que dans la zone de liaison entre les rayons (30) et les bras (32) correspondants, il y a des saillies (34) respectives adaptées pour retenir le fil enroulé sur la bobine.
- Dispositif de récupération de fil selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que lesdites saillies (34) font saillie en oblique vers l'extérieur par rapport à l'axe de la bobine (18) dans la direction opposée par rapport auxdits bras (32).
- Dispositif de récupération de fil selon l'une des revendications 4 à 9, caractérisé en ce que les extrémités libres desdits bras (32) sont reliées à un anneau raidisseur (36) qui délimite l'armature (26) sur le côté opposé par rapport à la face d'extrémité avant (18a).
