Claims (21)

  1. Verfahren zum kostengünstigen Herstellen einer Anzeige- oder Zeigerkomponente (1) für Uhren, die mindestens eine Ansichtsoberfläche (2) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nacheinander die folgenden Schritte ausgeführt werden:
    - Auswählen eines ersten Materials, das für die Herstellung eines Rohlings (3) durch Verformen und/oder abtragendes Bearbeiten und/oder Spritzen und/oder Gießen und/oder galvanisches Wachsen einfach formbar ist;
    - Herstellen eines Rohlings (3) aus dem ersten Material;
    - Auswählen eines zweiten Materials, das eine amorphe Metalllegierung ist oder eine nanokristalline Struktur aufweist oder Nickel oder Nickel-Phosphor enthält, oder das ein reines Metall oder eine Gold- und/oder Silber- und/oder Kupfer- und/oder Rhodium- und/oder Titan- und/oder Aluminiumlegierung ist, für die Herstellung jeder Ansichtsoberfläche (2);
    - Überziehen des Rohlings (3) mindestens auf den Oberflächen, die dazu bestimmt sind, auf der Komponente in ihrer Betriebsposition sichtbar zu bleiben, mit einer Deckschicht (4) mit einer anfänglichen Dicke (E) größer oder gleich 20 Mikrometer aus dem zweiten Material;
    - abtragendes bis einen Brillantenglanz mit einem Werkzeug Diamantbearbeiten mindestens einer Ansichtsoberfläche (2), die dazu bestimmt ist, sichtbar zu bleiben, indem mindestens ein Teil der Deckschicht (4) aus dem zweiten Material abgetragen wird.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Deckschicht (4) aus dem zweiten Material mit einer Dicke größer oder gleich 50 Mikrometer hergestellt wird.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Anzeige- oder Zeigerkomponente (1) mit mindestens einer Ansichtsoberfläche (2) hergestellt wird, die durch eine vorstehende Kante (9) begrenzt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorstehende Kante (9), die die Ansichtsoberfläche (2) begrenzt, bei der Diamantbearbeitung hergestellt wird.
  4. Verfahren einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass während des Diamantbearbeitungsvorgangs sämtliche Ansichtsoberflächen (2), die dazu bestimmt sind, sichtbar zu bleiben, diamantbearbeitet werden, indem ein Teil der Deckschicht (4) aus dem zweiten Material abgetragen wird, und dass sämtliche vorstehenden Kanten (9), die die Ansichtsoberflächen (2) begrenzen, sofern die Anzeige- oder Zeigerkomponente (1) sie aufweist, diamantbearbeitet werden.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass während des Diamantbearbeitungsvorgangs mindestens eine Ansichtsoberfläche (2), die dazu bestimmt ist, sichtbar zu bleiben, diamantbearbeitet wird, indem ein Teil der Deckschicht (4) aus dem zweiten Material abgetragen wird, wobei ein Oberflächenzustand im Bereich von 2 nm RA bis 100 nm RA liegt.
  6. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass während des Diamantbearbeitungsvorgangs an jeder Ansichtsoberfläche (2) eine Restdicke (ER) der Deckschicht (4) aus dem zweiten Material, die größer oder gleich 5 Mikrometer ist, beibehalten wird.
  7. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass während des Diamantbearbeitungsvorgangs mindestens 50 % der anfänglichen Dicke (E) der Deckschicht (4) aus dem zweiten Material abgetragen werden.
  8. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine galvanische oder PVD- oder CVD- oder ALD-Färbung mit geringer Dicke von weniger als 5 Mikrometer mindestens der Ansichtsoberflächen (2), die dazu bestimmt sind, sichtbar zu bleiben, nach dem Diamantbearbeitungsvorgang ausgeführt wird.
  9. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Material aus Kupfer- und/oder Aluminium- und/oder Zinklegierungen ausgewählt wird.
  10. Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für das erste Material Messing ausgewählt wird.
  11. Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für das erste Material eine Aluminiumlegierung ausgewählt wird.
  12. Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für das erste Material eine Zinklegierung ausgewählt wird.
  13. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für das erste Material POM oder PS oder PC oder ein Polymer ausgewählt wird.
  14. Verfahren nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein geladenes erstes Material ausgewählt wird, um es elektrisch leitend zu machen.
  15. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Material verschieden von dem ersten Material ausgewählt wird.
  16. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für das zweite Material Nickel-Phosphor ausgewählt wird.
  17. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rohling (3) der Deckschicht (4) aus dem zweiten Material durch chemische Massenabscheidung überzogen wird.
  18. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rohling (3) der Deckschicht (4) aus dem zweiten Material durch galvanische Abscheidung überzogen wird.
  19. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rohling (3) durch Verformung oder Pressen oder Ziehen hergestellt wird.
  20. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rohling (3) hohl und/oder mit mindestens einem Befestigungsfuß (10) hergestellt wird.
  21. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anzeige- oder Zeigerkomponente (1) in Form eines Zeigers (11) oder einer Verzierung (12) oder einer Ziffer (13) oder eines Symbols (14) oder eines Monogramms (15) oder eines Anzeigers (16) oder einer Markierung (17) oder einer Fensterumrandung (18) hergestellt wird.
