Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de levage approprié pour un poste d'usinage industriel, en particulier une table élévatrice appropriée pour le transport d'une carrosserie brute dans la fabrication en série de véhicules automobiles, le dispositif de levage étant configuré pour le transport d'une pièce sur un cadre supérieur (8) déplacé dans une direction uniquement verticale. Le dispositif de levage comprend, en tant que premier guide vertical, au moins un mécanisme bielle-manivelle isocèle (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) actionné par un élément d'entraînement motorisé (13+6, 7, 9, 12). Le mécanisme bielle-manivelle isocèle constitué d'un bras oscillant à palier fixe (6) pourvu de son palier de bras oscillant (4), d'un bras (3) pourvu de son guide de bras (5), d'une articulation centrale de bras (2) et d'un bras à palier fixe (1) relié au cadre supérieur (8) est réalisé de telle sorte qu'il est déplacé par l'actionnement du tirant (9) agissant sur le bras oscillant à palier fixe (6). On obtient, grâce à l'utilisation d'un mécanisme bielle-manivelle isocèle, connu également dans la littérature sous le nom de "mécanisme Scott-Russell", une variante simple et efficace d'un système de guidage vertical, laquelle permet d'obtenir des hauteurs totales faibles tout en assurant une fabrication simplifiée.
