Claims (9)

  1. Machine (1) servant à coller des éléments constitués de plusieurs feuilles de matière telle que le cuir ou le similicuir, le tissu ou le carton (2), comprenant :
    - un poste d'alimentation (1a) servant à alimenter lesdits éléments (2) à coller ;
    - un poste de collage (1b) pour coller lesdits éléments (2) ;
    - une bande transporteuse (3) adaptée pour transporter une pluralité desdits éléments (2) le long d'une direction de progression (T) entre ledit poste d'alimentation (1a) et ledit poste de collage (1b),
    - un distributeur (4) de matière collante mobile au-dessus de ladite bande transporteuse (3) et adapté pour distribuer la matière collante sur une zone de collage (4a) lorsque lesdits éléments (2) traversent ledit poste de collage (1b),
    - au moins un dispositif d'alignement (7) desdits éléments (2) qui identifie une zone de positionnement (2a) et définit des points de référence pour aligner manuellement lesdits éléments (2) sur ladite bande transporteuse (3) et comportant une extension supérieure ou égale à ladite zone de collage (4a), caractérisée en ce que ledit dispositif d'alignement (7) comprend un projecteur (7a) adapté pour projeter un faisceau lumineux (8) sur ladite bande transporteuse (3) pour identifier ladite zone de positionnement (2a) ; ledit projecteur (7a) peut tourner autour d'un axe de rotation (X) parallèle à la direction de progression (T) de ladite bande transporteuse (3) ; ledit axe de rotation (X) définit un mouvement d'oscillation (R) entre un premier extrême (15a) et un second extrême (15b), permettant ainsi à l'opérateur de positionner correctement ledit élément (2) entre ledit premier extrême (15a) et ledit second extrême (15b), ladite machine comprenant une unité de commande (16) du projecteur (7a) et du distributeur (4) adaptée à commander le mouvement du projecteur (7a) pour régler le mouvement dudit distributeur (4) ou vice versa.
  2. Machine (1) selon la revendication précédente, dans laquelle le projecteur (7a) est positionné en amont dudit distributeur (4) dans une position haute par rapport à ladite bande transporteuse (3), de sorte à projeter le faisceau lumineux (8) en correspondance dudit poste d'alimentation (1a).
  3. Machine (1) selon la revendication précédente, dans laquelle ledit projecteur (7a) exécute, autour dudit axe de rotation (X), une oscillation limitée à l'intérieur d'une course angulaire, de préférence, de 90°.
  4. Machine (1) selon la revendication précédente, dans laquelle ladite oscillation est limitée entre un premier extrême (15a) et un second extrême (15b) compris entre ladite course angulaire et coïncidant avec les extrêmes desdits éléments (2) ; ledit mouvement d'oscillation alternant entre ledit premier extrême (15a) et ledit second extrême (15b).
  5. Machine (1) selon la revendication précédente, dans laquelle ledit projecteur (7a) projette ledit faisceau lumineux (8) sous forme d'une ligne (14) ;
    ladite ligne (14) étant projetée de façon alternée sur la bande transporteuse (3) en correspondance dudit premier (15a) ou dudit second (15b) extrême.
  6. Machine (1) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications de 1 à 4, dans laquelle ledit projecteur (7a) projette ledit faisceau lumineux (8) sous forme de profils (17).
  7. Machine (1) selon la revendication précédente, dans laquelle chacun desdits profils (17), projeté sur la bande transporteuse (3), est une figure compacte ou un ensemble de lignes configuré(e) pour reproduire un périmètre de l'élément (2) sur lequel la matière collante est à appliquer.
  8. Machine (1) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle ledit projecteur (7a) est un pointeur laser (10) ou un pointeur à LED.
  9. Machine (1) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, comprenant deux ou plusieurs projecteurs (7a, 7b) positionnés au-dessus de ladite bande transporteuse (3).
