Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a window / door security device for securing a, in particular outwardly opening, wing of a window or a door in a closed position, in which the wing rests on a frame of the window or the door.
  • the fitting provided for mounting the sash on the frame already has a locking function.
  • the security of the lock in particular against violent breaking open or prying open, such as in the event of a break-in, can, however, be significantly improved by the additional provision of one or more window / door security devices.
  • Window / door locks are therefore typically only retrofitted to existing windows or doors.
  • a window / door security device can comprise, for example, a base body and a counterpart, which can optionally be locked on the base body.
  • the base body is fastened to the frame and the counterpart to the wing, the wing can then be secured in the closed position by locking the counterpart to the base body. It is advantageous to provide the generally heavier and more voluminous base body on the frame and the generally more compact counterpart on the wing.
  • the window / door security device is expediently mounted on the inside of the window or door so that it is not directly accessible from the outside when attempting to break open.
  • the wings Open to the outside as is common for windows in Scandinavia, the area that can be used on the inside of the frame and in particular the sash for fastening the window / door lock is generally very limited. This is because, in the closed position, the sash lies against the fixed frame from the outside, so that a large part of the sash frame is covered by the frame on the inside and is therefore not available for fastening the window / door lock.
  • the base body of the window / door security device can be specially designed for attachment to the frame, in particular have a mounting surface that is essentially flat in order to be able to be laid flat against a corresponding surface of the frame.
  • the mounting surface for interaction with fasteners, such as Screws can be formed, by means of which the base body can be attached to the frame. Due to the shape, size and arrangement of such a mounting surface on the base body, the possibilities for positioning and aligning the base body on the frame can be limited.
  • An actuating element can be provided on the base body in order to release the counterpart from the base body and possibly also to lock the counterpart on the base body (which can also be done automatically).
  • the actuating element is then expediently located at a location which is readily accessible to a person standing in front of the window or door when the base body is arranged in a predetermined position and orientation.
  • such an ideal position of the actuating element can depend, for example, on whether the respective wing opens on the left (the hinges are therefore right) or opens on the right (the hinges are therefore left). If, for example, the window / door lock is designed for an arrangement on a left-opening wing, this window / door lock may not be attached to a right-opening wing or the actuating element is then in a poorly accessible place.
  • a window / door lock according to the preamble of claim 1 is out WO 2015/077827 A1 known.
  • the base body of the window / door security device has two mounting surfaces, so that the base body can optionally be placed and fastened to the frame with one of the mounting surfaces, the two mounting surfaces being oriented perpendicular to one another.
  • two mounting surfaces are provided on the base body, which can optionally be used for fastening the base body to the frame of the window or the door and which extend at least essentially along a respective extension plane, these two extension planes being at an angle of 90 ° are aligned with each other. It can thus be selected for the mounting of the base body on the frame, with which of the two mounting surfaces the base body is to be attached to it.
  • the mutually perpendicular alignment of the two mounting surfaces makes it possible to mount the window / door lock at an angle between the frame and the sash, whereby when the sash is closed, one mounting surface rests on the frame and the other mounting surface rests on the sash so that it does not mounting surface used for fastening the base body can be used for interaction with the counterpart.
  • the angled alignment of the mounting surfaces also enables flexible positioning of the window / door locking device on a left-opening sash as well as on a right-opening sash, because by appropriate selection of the mounting surface used for fastening, an alignment of the base body regardless of whether the window / Door lock is attached to the left or right, can essentially be retained, so that an actuating element optionally provided on the base body can be accessible from the same direction in both cases.
  • the mounting surface used for the fastening the direction from which the actuating element is to be actuated can also be changed, so that e.g. With a window / door lock on the left, you can freely choose whether the actuating element should be operable from above or from below.
  • the window / door lock can not only be attached to vertical sides of a window or door, but also on horizontal sides.
  • the base body has a receptacle, that is to say a receptacle space, for receiving a locking section of the counterpart.
  • the base body and the counterpart are expediently attached to the frame or the wing in such a way that the locking section of the counterpart is received in the receptacle of the base body in the closed position of the wing.
  • a latch can be provided on the base body, for example, which engages behind the latch section, as will be explained below.
  • the base body preferably has a single, common receptacle for receiving the locking section of the counterpart, irrespective of which of the two mounting surfaces is used for fastening the base body to the frame.
  • the two mounting surfaces each have a receiving opening through which the locking section can penetrate the receptacle.
  • a respective mounting surface can thus alternatively be used, on the one hand, to fasten the base body to the frame, and, on the other hand, to lock the counterpart in the base body, in that the mounting surface provides a receiving opening through which the locking section of the counterpart into the receiving means can get where it can then be locked. If one mounting surface is used for fastening, the other is available for interaction with the counterpart, and vice versa.
  • the base body is fastened to the frame of the window or the door with the one of the two mounting surfaces, the receiving opening of the other of the two mounting surfaces can be exposed, so that the locking section of the counterpart through this exposed receiving opening into the receiving part of the base body can penetrate.
  • the fact that it is not specified in advance which mounting surface is used for fastening and which mounting surface interacts with the counterpart contributes to the flexibility of using the window / door lock.
  • the two mounting surfaces are symmetrical to each other.
  • Such symmetry contributes to the fact that it makes no functional difference which of the mounting surfaces is chosen for the attachment of the base body to the frame and which one for the interaction with the counterpart. Since neither of the two options is preferred over the other, the window / door security device can be mounted particularly flexibly essentially only with regard to a desired position and orientation on the window or on the door.
  • the two mounting surfaces can in particular be symmetrical to one another with respect to a plane that extends at a 45 ° angle to each of the two mounting surfaces.
  • Both variants of the invention are based on providing two mounting surfaces which correspond to one another in functional or structural terms, so that one or the other of the two mounting surfaces can be used for the mounting, as required.
  • Each of the two variants thus contributes to the flexible use of the window / door security.
  • the window / door security device can in particular be designed both according to the first and second variants of the invention.
  • the receiving opening in particular in the middle, is arranged between two screw bushings of the respective mounting surface.
  • the screw bushings and the receiving opening can be arranged distributed along a longitudinal axis of the window / door lock, the receiving opening being between two screw bushings.
  • the window / door security device in such an embodiment is designed to be particularly stable. Because then the receptacle for receiving the locking section of the counterpart is located in an area between two screw bushings over which the base body is attached to the frame.
  • the two mounting surfaces oriented perpendicular to one another can adjoin one another, as a result of which the window / door security device is designed to be particularly compact and can be fitted well between the sash and frame.
  • the window / door security device can be arranged at an angle between the frame and the sash in such a way that one mounting surface faces the frame and the other mounting surface faces the sash and the edge between the mounting surfaces sits deep at an angle.
  • the window / door security device has an elongated shape along a longitudinal axis parallel to both mounting surfaces, the mounting surfaces then preferably having a greater extension in the direction of the longitudinal axis than transverse to it.
  • the extension in the direction of the longitudinal axis is at least twice as large, preferably at least three times as large as the extension transverse to the longitudinal axis.
  • Such a window / door security device can then also be installed at particularly narrow angles between the frame and the sash frame, as is the case in particular with sashes opening outwards.
  • the two mounting surfaces each have at least one screw bushing, preferably at least two screw bushings, through which a screw can be passed in each case for fastening the base body to the frame.
  • the Base body are screwed through one of the mounting surfaces to the frame. If this is done with at least two screws, the attachment is also secured against rotation.
  • the base body is designed to be used as a drilling template for fastening the counterpart to the wing, while the base body is attached to the frame.
  • the base body is designed so that it can serve as a drilling template for drilling the mounting holes for the counterpart by stopping on the frame and sash.
  • the counterpart can have one or more screw bushings through which a screw can be guided in order to fasten the counterpart to the wing, the arrangement of the screw bushings of the counterpart corresponding to the arrangement of the screw bushings of a respective mounting surface of the base body.
  • the fastening of the window / door lock can then e.g. be carried out as follows.
  • the base body is placed at a suitable location with one of its mounting surfaces on the frame, the other mounting surface facing the sash. Bores for the screws can then be drilled into the frame or the screws can be screwed directly into the frame through the screw bushings of the mounting surface lying against the frame.
  • the screw bushings of the other mounting surface of the base body facing the wing are then arranged in such a way that bores for the screws securing the counterpart to the wing in the wing can be drilled through them or at least the corresponding positions can be marked. In this way, the counterpart can be easily and precisely positioned using the base body.
  • the window / door lock comprises one on the base body between a release position and a locking position movably mounted bolt, via which the counterpart can be locked to the base body.
  • the locking of the counterpart on the base body can take place in particular in that, in the closed position of the wing, a locking section of the counterpart is received in a receptacle formed on the base body and that the lock in the locking position blocks the locking portion of the counterpart in the mounting, preferably in a form-fitting manner blocked, for example by reaching behind the latch section.
  • the receptacle mentioned here and the latch section mentioned here can correspond in particular to the receptacle described above and the latch section described above.
  • the bolt can be particularly well supported and the bolt portion can be spatially restricted against evasion from a blocking engagement or underhanding, which increases the reliability of the Interlocking contributes.
  • the bolt is aligned and / or movable parallel to the two mounting surfaces.
  • the bolt is preferably designed as an elongated bolt, which is oriented parallel to the mounting surfaces and is movable with its longitudinal extent.
  • the bolt can be mounted so that it can move in a straight line.
  • Such a bolt can be integrated particularly well into a correspondingly elongated window / door security device, so that it can be made compact overall.
  • the locking section of the counterpart is accommodated in the receptacle of the base body in particular through a receiving opening formed in the respective mounting surface and thus at least substantially perpendicular to the respective mounting surface.
  • the bolt movable parallel to the mounting surface blocks, in particular engages behind, the bolt portion of the counterpart, consequently, perpendicular to its direction of movement, which additionally contributes to the reliability of the locking.
  • the bolt is arranged in the locking position in such a way that it blocks screws which are guided through screw bushings of the mounting surfaces and with which the base body is fastened to the frame, against loosening.
  • the bolt can be arranged on the base body in such a way that in the locking position the bolt covers at least one screw leadthrough of the respective mounting surface.
  • the bolt Is arranged close enough to the mounting surfaces, in particular at a distance that is less than the length of the screws used, the screws are blocked by the bolt against removal from the respective screw bushing. If the distance is sufficiently small, the bolt heads can also be covered by the bolt in such a way that they cannot be reached by a screwdriver. In this way, the bolt not only locks the counterpart to the base body in the locking position, but also secures the assembled window / door security device against unauthorized loosening.
  • the window / door security comprises a locking mechanism which is arranged on the base body and is designed to selectively lock the bolt in the locking position against moving into the release position.
  • a locking mechanism can secure the bolt against unauthorized actuation by locking the bolt in the locking position and only releasing it for movement into the release position when the locking mechanism is released.
  • the locking mechanism can only be released by someone and the bolt can thus be released, which has a specific locking secret, which can be, for example, a number code or a key.
  • a further locking position can be defined which the bolt can assume in a stable manner, but without being able to be locked by the locking mechanism.
  • the locking section of the counterpart is prevented from leaving the receptacle of the base body by the bolt, as in the locking position mentioned, so that the counterpart is also secured to the base body in the further locking position.
  • screws used to fasten the base body are blocked by the bolt against loosening.
  • the functional difference between the mentioned and the further locking position essentially consists in the fact that only the mentioned locking position, but not also the further locking position, can also be locked by the locking mechanism for improved security.
  • the further locking position is preferably between the release position and said lockable locking position of the bolt. In this way, depending on the need for security, it can be selected whether the bolt is either simply moved from the release position into the further locking position in order to lock the counterpart on the base body, this locking can be released again comfortably without a secret, or else in the lockable locking position is shifted in order to additionally secure the locking against unauthorized release by the locking mechanism.
  • the locking of the bolt in the lockable locking position is preferably carried out automatically when the lockable locking position is reached, which can be achieved, for example, by prestressing the locking mechanism in a state that locks the bolt.
  • the locking mechanism comprises a locking cylinder, the cylinder axis of which is oriented at an angle of 45 ° to the two mounting surfaces.
  • the cylinder axis can in particular correspond to an axis of rotation of a rotatable cylinder core of the locking cylinder.
  • the locking cylinder can be actuated by means of an assigned key in order to release the locking of the bolt.
  • the key insertion direction is then aligned parallel to the cylinder axis of the locking cylinder and thus also at an angle of 45 ° to the two mounting surfaces. If the window / door lock is installed at an angle between the frame and the sash, the locking cylinder or key is in the direction of the bisector of the window / door lock. This means that the key is easily accessible even in tight spaces, which simplifies the operation of the window / door lock.
  • the locking cylinder is preferably a locking cylinder with disc tumblers.
  • a locking cylinder of this type only allows a limited angle of rotation (compared to a locking cylinder with pin tumblers, for example).
  • a limited angle of rotation can, however, be sufficient to lock the said bolt in the locking position, and at the same time it can offer better protection against so-called picking.
  • such a locking cylinder particularly with regard to the expansion in the direction of the cylinder axis, enables a multiplicity of different locks (i.e. different locking secrets to which the locking cylinder can be coded) in a comparatively compact design.
  • the window / door security device has an actuating mechanism by means of which the bolt can be moved in the manner of the expression on a ballpoint pen.
  • the bolt can then, for example, be biased in the direction of the release position and be displaceable from the release position in the direction of the locking position and slightly beyond by pressing an actuating pin. If it is displaced so far, this activates a limit stop which blocks the bolt from returning to the release position driven by the pretension and thereby holds the bolt in the locking position. If the bolt is then moved again slightly beyond the locking position by pressing the actuating pin, the limit stop is deactivated again, so that the bolt is then returned to the release position by the pretension.
  • Such a mechanism enables the latch to be operated particularly intuitively and comfortably.
  • the locking position of the bolt can be read directly from the position of the actuating pin.
  • the actuating mechanism can be clipped onto the base body.
  • locking means can be provided, which engage when the actuating mechanism is pressed against the base body.
  • an outer cover of the window / door security device can be clipped onto the base body separately from the actuating mechanism or together with it.
  • the base body generally has a hard metal as the material.
  • the actuation mechanism and / or the outer cover can comprise a plastic as a material.
  • the counterpart has a locking section which interacts with the base body for locking the counterpart on the base body and is designed as an eyelet.
  • Such an eyelet can then be gripped by a latch provided on the base body, in particular simply to lock the counterpart on the base body, that the bolt is guided through the eyelet.
  • Forming the latch section as an eyelet is comparatively simple in terms of construction, but at the same time enables stable locking.
  • the counterpart preferably has a T-shape with a shaft and a cross strut, the shaft of the T-shape or a part of the shaft forming a locking section which interacts with the base body for locking the counterpart on the base body, and wherein the cross strut of the T- Form has a contact surface for fastening the counterpart to the wing.
  • a counterpart can be particularly compact, for example by the shaft and the cross strut of the T-shape are each formed as flat sections.
  • the shaft can be designed as an eyelet or have an eyelet so that it can interact with a locking bar on the base body.
  • the contact surface preferably has one or more screw bushings, in particular a screw bushing on both legs of the cross strut, so that the counterpart can be fastened to the wing by means of screws guided through the screw bushings. Since the function of the counterpart can be limited to being securely attachable to the wing and providing a locking section for locking on the base body, the counterpart can be made very compact, so that the shaft and the cross strut of the T-shape are only very short .
  • the counterpart can be designed, for example, as a one-piece investment casting.
  • the counterpart can also be a base plate, e.g. a sheet metal, which form the contact surface of the counterpart or the cross strut of the T-shape and with a (at least initially) separate component, for example a short tube piece, which then forms the locking section or the shaft of the T-shape, e.g. can be connected by welding, screwing, riveting or plugging together.
  • the counterpart is at least in two parts and comprises two, preferably structurally identical, angle elements, in particular angle plates, each with two legs oriented perpendicular to one another, the angle elements being partially cut in at the edge where the two respective legs meet, so that the angle elements can be inserted into one another in such a way that the two angle elements together have a T-shape, one leg of one angle element and one leg of the other angle element abutting one another and forming the shaft of the T-shape and the other two legs forming the two legs the cross strut form the T-shape.
  • Such a counterpart can be manufactured particularly easily and inexpensively, in particular if the two angle elements are constructed identically, but has a comparatively high stability and flexural rigidity under tensile load, since the two angle elements get caught in one another under tension.
  • the window / door security device for fastening the counterpart to the sash comprises a fastening means which has a base section, at least one, in particular pin-shaped, extension which extends away from the base section and is preferably designed in the manner of a threaded sleeve or a screw shaft , as well as an anti-rotation device, wherein the fastening means is designed to be arranged with the base section on one side of the wing and to extend with the extension so far into or through the wing that the counterpart on the opposite side of the wing can be connected to the extension, and thereby be secured against rotation by the anti-rotation device.
  • the sides of the wing mentioned are in particular the inside or the outside of the wing.
  • the base section is preferably arranged on the outside of the wing, so that the counterpart can be attached to the inside of the wing.
  • the anti-rotation device in particular prevents the fastening means from being able to rotate about the extension mentioned in the assembled state. This is particularly important when the extension is designed as a threaded sleeve, as a screw shank or other element with an internal or external thread, which is connected by screwing to the counterpart, so that this screw connection cannot be released from the side of the base section.
  • the anti-rotation device is preferably designed as at least one further, in particular pin-shaped, extension which extends away from the base section and likewise extends into the wing. Such an extension is thus not accessible from the side of the base section, but prevents the fastener from rotating around the other extension.
  • the further extension can only serve to prevent rotation and, for this purpose, is fundamentally completely different, in particular also considerably shorter, than the other extension serving to connect to the counterpart.
  • the further extension can only be formed by a short tooth-shaped projection.
  • the further extension can alternatively also be very similar to the other extension and also extend so far into or through the wing that the counterpart can also be connected to the further extension.
  • the further extension can also have a thread and in particular be designed in the manner of a threaded sleeve or a screw shaft.
  • the invention also relates to a window / door security device for securing a, in particular outwardly opening, wing of a window or a door in a closed position, in which the wing is attached, regardless of the configuration of the base body, in particular regardless of the arrangement of respective mounting surfaces of the base body abuts a frame of the window or the door, the window / door security device comprising a base body and a counterpart which can optionally be locked on the base body, so that when the base body is fastened to the sash and the counterpart to the frame or vice versa, the base body the frame and the counterpart on the wing can be secured by locking the counterpart on the base body of the wing in the closed position, the counterpart having two, preferably identical, angle elements, in particular angle plates, each with two legs oriented at an angle of 90 ° to one another summarizes, the angle elements are each partially cut at the edge where the two respective legs meet, so that the angle elements can be inserted into one another such that the two angle elements together have a T-shape
  • the invention also relates to a window / door security device for securing a, in particular outwardly opening, wing of a window or a door in a closed position, in which the wing, regardless of the design of the base body, in particular regardless of the arrangement of the respective mounting surfaces of the base body abuts a frame of the window or the door, the window / door security device comprising a base body and a counterpart, which can optionally be locked on the base body, so that when the base body is fastened to the sash and the counterpart on the frame or vice versa, the base body can be secured to the frame and the counterpart on the wing by locking the counterpart to the base body of the wing in the closed position, the window / door locking device for fastening the counterpart or the base body to the wing comprising a fastening element which has a base section st comprises an extension, in particular pin-shaped, extending from the base section, which is preferably designed in the manner of a threaded sleeve or a screw
  • a window / door security device 11 each have an elongated shape which extends along a longitudinal axis L and which are on the two end faces 13 of their longitudinal extent and on the two in FIG 1 and 2 visible side surfaces 15, 15 'is limited to the outside by a cover 17. While the transition between the two side surfaces 15, 15 'covered by the cover 17 is rounded, the transitions to the two further side surfaces 19, 19' are shown in FIGS 1 and 2 are not visible, and the transition between these two side surfaces 19, 19 'is formed as rectangular edges. • the lock 37 in the locking position locks the counterpart 47 on the base body 39, as a result of which the wing 27 is then secured in its closed position.
  • a further locking position can be provided between the two positions shown, in which the actuating element 33 protrudes only slightly beyond the end face 13.
  • the bolt 37 protrudes through the eyelet 43, so that the counterpart 47 locks on the base body 39 and the wing 27 is thus secured in the closed position.
  • the actuating mechanism 35 can then be effective between the release position and this further locking position in the manner of a ballpoint pen, the in FIG Fig. 1 locking position shown is then achieved in that the actuating element 33 is pressed completely beyond the further locking position in the end face 13.
  • the bolt 37 is then held in cooperation with the locking cylinder 23, by which it is locked against leaving the locking position.
  • an annular groove of the bolt 37 is engaged by a locking element interacting with the locking cylinder 23, as in the sectional view of FIG Fig. 8 is shown. From the the Fig. 1 Corresponding locking position, the bolt 37 can therefore only reach the release position if the locking cylinder 23 is actuated by the assigned key 25. • the in the 1 to 4 Shown embodiment of the window / door security 11 is in the 6 to 8 shown from further angles, so that in particular the mounting surfaces 19, 19 'can be seen.
  • the mounting surfaces 19, 19 ' are primarily defined by corresponding surfaces of the base body 39. Since the cover 17 also covers the actuating mechanism 35 in the extension of the base body 39, the area enlarged by this extension can also be viewed as the respective mounting surface 19, 19 ', so that the base body 39 and cover 17 together define the mounting surfaces 19, 19'.
  • the two mounting surfaces 19, 19 ' are at least essentially flat, so that they can rest against the wing 27 or the frame 29 of a window 31 or a door.
  • two screw bushings 51 are formed in each of the two mounting surfaces 19, 19 'on the base body 39, so that the base body 39 and the elements connected thereto via one of the mounting surfaces 19, 19 'can be screwed to the frame 29.

  • the 6 and 7 show a possible embodiment of the counterpart 47, in which the counterpart 47 has a T-shape, on the shaft of which the locking section 45 is formed with the eyelet 43 and whose cross strut forms a contact surface 55 with two screw bushings 51.
  • the counterpart 47 with the contact surface 55 can be reliably screwed to the wing 27, have a projecting and stably fastened locking section 45 and at the same time be of very compact design.
  • the counterpart 47 is formed as a one-piece investment casting. An alternative embodiment to this is in Fig. 10 shown.
  • the basic structure of the in Fig. 10 Embodiment of the counterpart 47 shown corresponds to that of the in the 6 and 7 shown embodiment.
  • counterpart 47 has a T-shape with locking section 45 and contact surface 55.
  • the counterpart 47 is formed in two parts and comprises two identical angular elements 57 of identical construction. At the edge at which the legs of a respective angular element 57 adjoin one another, the angular elements 57 are each cut to the middle, so that the angular elements 57 can be inserted one into the other as shown and the counterpart 47 thus formed then has a T-shape.
  • the shaft of the T-shape is formed by two abutting legs, which are part of a different angle element 57.
  • the abutting legs can jointly form the locking section 45 (which is advantageously reinforced by the double thickness) with the eyelet 43, while the other two legs are aligned in one plane and together the contact surface 55 form two screw bushings 51 for fastening the counterpart 47 to the wing 27.

  • the fastening means has a base section 61, from which a pin-shaped extension 63 extends, which is designed as a threaded sleeve with an internal thread.
  • the fastening means 59 can then be guided with the extension 63 through the wing frame of the wing 27 in order to fasten the counterpart 47 by means of a screw which is screwed into the extension 63.
  • the extension does not have to extend completely through the casement.
  • the fastening means 59 can also have further corresponding extensions 63, in particular also designed as a threaded sleeve. Since a plurality of extensions 63 then extend through the wing frame, the fastening means 59 is thereby secured against rotation, so that the screw connection cannot be screwed on from the wing side against which the base section 61 rests.
  • an anti-rotation device 65 in the form of a further pin-shaped extension on the base section 61.
  • This further extension 65 then does not need to have a thread and can be considerably shorter than the extension 63 cooperating with the counterpart 47.
