Claims (12)

  1. Module d'éclairage de phare de véhicule automobile (12) avec une source lumineuse à semi-conducteurs (28) et une lentille de projection (14) qui est disposée dans un faisceau lumineux qui part de la source lumineuse à semi-conducteurs (28) et qui produit, à partir du faisceau lumineux, une répartition de lumière dans laquelle un bord (28.3) d'une surface de sortie de lumière de la source lumineuse à semi-conducteurs (28) est reproduit comme coupure (50), la lentille de projection (14) comprenant une première zone partielle (42) qui produit une première répartition de lumière partielle et une deuxième zone partielle (44) qui produit une deuxième répartition de lumière partielle qui se chevauche avec la première répartition de lumière partielle, la lentille de projection (14) comprenant une troisième zone partielle (46) située entre la première zone partielle (42) et la deuxième zone partielle (44) et qui est agencée pour produire une troisième répartition de lumière partielle qui, lors d'une utilisation conforme du module d'éclairage de phare de véhicule automobile (12), est délimitée vers le haut par la coupure (50) engendrée comme image du bord (28.3) de la source lumineuse à semi-conducteurs (28) et qui se chevauche avec la première répartition de lumière partielle et la deuxième répartition de lumière partielle, la première répartition de lumière partielle et la deuxième répartition de lumière partielle étant situées en-dessous d'une ligne (50') qui, lors d'une utilisation conforme du module d'éclairage de phare de véhicule automobile (12), est située en-dessous de la coupure (50) produite par la troisième zone partielle (46) et présente une distance d'au moins 0,5° à au 2° maximum de la première coupure (50), une surface d'entrée de lumière (30) orientée vers la source lumineuse à semi-conducteurs (28), de la lentille de projection (14) étant lisse et ne comportant pas d'étagement, caractérisé en ce que la surface de sortie de lumière (22) de la lentille de projection est également lisse et ne comporte pas d'étagement.
  2. Module d'éclairage (12) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la première zone partielle (42) et la deuxième zone partielle (44) sont situées sur des côtés différents d'un axe optique (48) de la lentille de projection (14).
  3. Module d'éclairage (12) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que, lors d'une utilisation conforme du module d'éclairage (12), la première zone partielle (42) est située au-dessus de l'axe optique (48) et la deuxième zone partielle (44) en-dessous de l'axe optique (48).
  4. Module d'éclairage (12) selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le centre de la troisième zone partielle est situé sur l'axe optique.
  5. Module d'éclairage (12) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, lors d'une utilisation conforme du module d'éclairage (12), les trois répartitions de lumière partielle sont d'égale largeur en direction horizontale.
  6. Module d'éclairage (12) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, lors d'une utilisation conforme du module d'éclairage (12), la première répartition de lumière partielle et la deuxième répartition de lumière partielle sont plus larges en direction verticale que la troisième répartition de lumière partielle.
  7. Module d'éclairage (12) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la surface d'entrée de lumière (30) de la lentille de projection (14) orientée vers la source lumineuse à semi-conducteurs (28) est divisé horizontalement en trois surfaces partielles qui se suivent sans étagement et sans brisure notable.
  8. Module d'éclairage (12) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la lentille de projection (14) ne fait qu'un bloc avec un cadre (16) servant de support de lentille.
  9. Module d'éclairage (12) selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la lentille de projection (14) et le cadre (16) sont constitués du même matériau.
  10. Module d'éclairage (12) selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce qu'il est agencé une extrémité du cadre (16) détournée de la lentille de projection (14) en direction de l'axe optique (48) pour fixer une platine (29), comprenant la source lumineuse à semi-conducteurs (28), et une tôle de refroidissement (31).
  11. Module d'éclairage (12) selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le cadre (16) comprend des structures à complémentarité de forme qui, avec en plus des structures à complémentarité de forme complémentaires de la platine (29) et/ou de la tôle de refroidissement (31), déterminent la position de la source lumineuse à semi-conducteurs (28) par rapport à la lentille de projection (14) en direction de l'axe optique (48) et transversalement à l'axe optique (48).
  12. Module d'éclairage (12) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la source lumineuse à semi-conducteurs (28) comprend au moins deux surfaces de sortie de lumière disposées l'une à côté de l'autre qui sont situées l'une à côté de l'autre dans une direction transversale à l'axe optique (48) et sont limitées par des bords alignés le long de cette direction.
