Claims (10)

  1. Foyer (1), en particulier poêle-cheminée ou poêle en faïence, insert de cheminée ou appareil similaire servant à la combustion de combustibles solides comme des bûches de bois, des pièces de bois compressé comme des briquettes ou des granulés, ou bien à la combustion de combustibles minéraux comme du charbon ou de l'anthracite, ayant un corps de foyer dans lequel il est prévu une chambre de combustion (1.3) délimitée par des parois latérales (1.2), une paroi arrière (1.4), un fond (1.5) ainsi que par une porte de chambre de combustion (1.1), et ayant un conduit d'évacuation des fumées (7) raccordé à la chambre de combustion (1.3), conduit qui peut être disposé, de préférence, au moins en partie à l'intérieur d'un dôme d'évacuation des fumées (2), où un module de catalyseur (4) est associé au conduit d'évacuation des fumées (7), où le module de catalyseur (4) présente plusieurs éléments de catalyseur (4.1), où les éléments de catalyseur (4.1) sont disposés les uns par rapport aux autres en ayant des intervalles au moins de 5 mm et au maximum de 40 mm, et lesdits éléments de catalyseur présentent entre eux un espace de circulation pour des fumées, de sorte qu'il y a un interstice de circulation pour des gaz de fumée, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de catalyseur (4.1) sont conçus en étant poreux.
  2. Foyer (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le module de catalyseur (4) est prévu entre la chambre de combustion (1.3) et l'entrée dans le conduit d'évacuation des fumées (7).
  3. Foyer selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de catalyseur (4.1) sont conçus comme des éléments poreux se composant de mousse céramique ou d'un treillis de fil métallique.
  4. Foyer selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de catalyseur (4.1) sont recouverts ou enduits d'un matériau catalytiquement actif.
  5. Foyer selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de catalyseur (4.1) sont disposés les uns par rapport aux autres en ayant des intervalles au moins de 10 mm à 20 mm.
  6. Foyer selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de catalyseur (4.1) sont conçus comme des plaques de catalyseur.
  7. Foyer selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de catalyseur (4.1) sont disposés dans un dispositif support (5).
  8. Foyer selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif support (5) peut être monté et démonté par des fermetures rapides.
  9. Foyer selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif support (5) peut être fixé sur un dôme d'évacuation des fumées (2) du foyer (1), par une fermeture à baïonnette.
  10. Foyer selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif support (5) peut être fixé dans le dôme d'évacuation des fumées (2), par un assemblage à emboîtement (6).
