Claims (5)
- Stoppanordnung einer Öffnungs- und Schließtür (4) eines Raums wie der Laderaum eines Fahrzeugs in ihrer Öffnungsposition des Typs, umfassend einen festen Basisteil (10), der zur Anbringung unter der Karosserie (3) des Fahrzeugs geeignet ist, der die Stützstruktur der Tür (4) bildet, einen Stopphebel (14), der auf der festen Basis (10) angebracht ist, zwischen einer Ruheposition und einer Stoppposition der Tür (4) in ihrer Öffnungsposition schwenkend, einen Betätigungsgriff (16) des Schwenkens des Hebels (14), wobei der Griff (16) in Form eines separaten Teils ausgebildet ist, das auf dem Hebel (14) angebracht ist, um eine auf dem Hebel (14) vorgesehene Achse (24) schwenkend, in eine Verriegelungsposition des Griffs (16) auf der festen Basis (10), gegen die Rückstellfeder (26) wenn der Hebel (14) in seiner Stoppposition der Tür (4) ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Rückstellmittel des Hebels (14) in seine Ruheposition umfasst und dass die Rückstellmittel von Kompressionsrückstellfedermitteln (18) gebildet sind, die in einem kreisförmigen Gehäuse (39) angebracht sind und sich mit einem Ende auf einer Anschlagfläche (41) abstützen, die mit der festen Basis (10) fest verbunden ist, und einer Anschlagoberfläche (40), die mit dem Hebel (14) fest verbunden ist, wobei das Schwenken des Hebels (14) in seine Stoppposition die Kompression der Kompressionsrückstellfedermittel (18) bewirkt.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Griff (16) einen unter der Wirkung von Federmitteln (26), die zwischen dem Griff (16) und dem Hebel (14) angeordnet sind, auf einem Schnabel (22) der festen Basis (10) verriegelbaren Haken (20) umfasst, dank einer relativen Schwenkbewegung zwischen dem Griff (16) und dem Hebel (14), und dass der Griff (16) und der Hebel (14) beim Schwenken zwischen der Stopp- und der Ruheposition des Hebels (14) rotatorisch fest verbunden sind.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stopphebel (14) durch den Griff (16) in seine Stoppposition gegen Rückstellmittel (18, 18a, 18b) und aus seiner Stoppposition in seine Ruheposition durch diese Rückstellmittel (18, 18a, 18b) verlagerbar ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Federmittel (26) des Griffs (16) von Torsionsfedermitteln gebildet sind, die der Rotationsachse (24) des Griffs zugeordnet sind.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einheit, die von dem Hebel (14) und von dem Griff (16) in der Ruheposition gebildet wird, sich unter der Karosserie des Fahrzeugs befindet.
