Claims (6)
- Verfahren zum Rückführen von im Wesentlichen entleerten Wickelwellen (3) von einem Abwickler (UW) eines Faservlieses zu einem Wickler eines Faservlieses nach dem Entleeren, wobei die Wickelwellen (3, 4) an der Seite der Bahn zurückgeführt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wickelwelle (3), nachdem sie von dem Abwickler (UW) zu der Seite transferiert wurde, mittels einer ersten, an dem Abwickler (UW) angeordneten Dreheinrichtung (11) in der horizontalen Ebene um im Wesentlichen 90 Grad gedreht wird, so dass sie vor dem Rücktransfer parallel zur Bahn in einer der Bahnrichtung (A) entgegengesetzten Richtung liegt, und die leere Wickelwelle (4) vor der Rückführung zum Wickler (W) mittels einer zweiten, am Wickler (W) angeordneten Dreheinrichtung (12) in der horizontalen Ebene nochmals um im Wesentlichen 90 Grad gedreht wird und in einer Richtung senkrecht zur Bewegungsrichtung (A) der Bahn zur Bahn zurückgeführt wird, und wobei der Transfer in einer parallelen Ausrichtung bezüglich der Bahn mittels zumindest eines Transferwagens (6), der zwischen den Dreheinrichtungen (11, 12) an den Wickelstationen hin- und herfährt, erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das über der Wickelwelle (3) übrig gebliebene Faservlies zwischen Wickelwelle-Drehstationen (11, 12) entfernt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das restliche Vlies auf der Wickelwelle während eines Transfers in einen in einem Wagen (6) angeordneten Container (7) entfernt wird und der Container während einer Fahrt an einer Entleerungsstation (E) entleert wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Entleeren des restlichen Vlieses durch Abwickeln ausgeführt wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Rückführen von im Wesentlichen entleerten Wickelwellen (3) von einem Abwickler (UW) eines Faservlieses zurück zu einem Wickler (W) eines Faservlieses, wobei die Wickelwellen (3, 4) an der Seite der Bahn durch ein Transportmittel zurückgeführt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung eine erste Dreheinrichtung (11) am Abwickler (UW) zum Drehen der Wickelwellen (3) in der horizontalen Ebene um im Wesentlichen 90 Grad, so dass die Welle parallel zur Bahn liegt, und eine zweite Dreheinrichtung (12) am Wickler (W) zum Drehen leerer Wickelwellen (4) in der horizontalen Ebene um im Wesentlichen 90 Grad, so dass die Welle quer zur Richtung der Bahn liegt, umfasst, und wobei das Transportmittel eingerichtet ist, die Wickelwellen in Längsrichtung und in einer parallelen Ausrichtung bezüglich der Bahn zu transferieren, und ferner das Wickelwellen-Transportmittel zwischen den mit den Dreheinrichtungen (11, 12) vorgesehenen Drehstationen zumindest ein hin- und herfahrender Transferwagen (6) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dreheinrichtung (11) an einem Ende schwenkbar mit einem Rahmen (15) verbunden ist, und dass am anderen Ende eines Drehrahmens eine Energieeinrichtung (18) angebracht ist, deren Abtriebswelle mit einem Tragrad (19) vorgesehen ist, das sich beim Drehen auf einem Ring (20) abstützt.
