Claims (6)
- Procédé pour faire retourner des arbres d'enroulement (3) sensiblement vidés d'un dérouleur (UW) d'une bande fibreuse à un enrouleur d'une bande fibreuse après leur vidage, les arbres d'enroulement (3, 4) étant retournés au niveau du côté de la piste, caractérisé en ce que, après leur transfert au côté à partir du dérouleur (UW), l'arbre d'enroulement (3) est tourné au moyen d'un premier dispositif de rotation (11) situé au niveau du dérouleur (UW) dans le plan horizontal de sensiblement 90 degrés pour se situer parallèlement à la piste avant le transfert retour dans une direction opposée à la direction (A) de la piste, et, avant d'être retourné à l'enrouleur (W), l'arbre d'enroulement (4) vide est à nouveau tourné au moyen d'un deuxième dispositif de rotation (12) situé au niveau de l'enrouleur (W) de sensiblement 90 degrés dans le plan horizontal et il est retourné à la piste dans une direction perpendiculaire à la direction (A) de déplacement de la piste, et dans lequel le transfert est réalisé dans une orientation parallèle par rapport à la piste au moyen d'au moins un chariot de transfert (6) effectuant un mouvement de va-et-vient entre les dispositifs de rotation (11, 12) au niveau des stations d'enroulement.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la bande fibreuse laissée sur l'arbre d'enroulement (3) est retirée entre les stations de rotation d'arbre d'enroulement (11, 12).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la bande restante sur l'arbre d'enroulement est retirée pendant le transfert à l'intérieur d'un contenant (7) situé dans un chariot (6), et le contenant est vidé pendant le déplacement au niveau d'une station (E) de vidage.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le vidage de la bande restante est réalisé par déroulement.
- Appareil pour faire retourner des arbres d'enroulement (3) sensiblement vidés d'un dérouleur (UW) d'une bande fibreuse à un enrouleur (W) d'une bande fibreuse, les arbres d'enroulement (3, 4) étant retournés au niveau du côté de la piste par un moyen de transport, caractérisé en ce que l'appareil comprend un premier dispositif de rotation (11) au niveau du dérouleur (UW) pour tourner les arbres d'enroulement (3) dans le plan horizontal de sensiblement 90 degrés de sorte que l'arbre se situe parallèlement à la piste, et un deuxième dispositif de rotation (12) au niveau de l'enrouleur (W) pour tourner les arbres d'enroulement (4) vides dans le plan horizontal de sensiblement 90 degrés de sorte que l'arbre se situe transversalement par rapport à la direction de la piste, et dans lequel les moyens de transport sont configurés pour transférer les arbres d'enroulement longitudinalement et dans une orientation parallèle par rapport à la piste, et en outre, le moyen de transport d'arbre d'enroulement entre les stations de rotation pourvues des dispositifs de rotation (11, 12) est au moins un chariot de transfert (6) effectuant un mouvement de va-et-vient.
- Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de rotation (11) est raccordé de manière pivotante à une extrémité à un cadre (15), et que, à l'autre extrémité d'un cadre rotatif est monté un dispositif d'alimentation (18), son arbre de sortie étant pourvu d'une roue porteuse (19) qui est supportée pendant la rotation sur une bague (20).
