Definitions

  • the invention relates to the field of opening opening controls. More specifically, the invention proposes an opening command with motorized deployment.
  • the invention also relates to an opening with an opening control, the handle of which is flush with the external surface of the opening.
  • the invention also relates to a motor vehicle provided with an exterior opening opening control.
  • a handle for controlling the opening of a motor vehicle door may be of the flush type.
  • a handle has an exterior surface at the exterior surface of the door, so that it does not show a grip. It must be previously released, or deployed, before it can be entered by a user. This outward pivoting movement is driven by a motor controlling the outlet and storage of the handle.
  • the document WO2012 / 021782 A2 discloses a handle for a vehicle door. In the retracted position, the handle is flush with the exterior surface of the door. It is driven by a motor between a stowed position and an extended position where a user can manipulate it in order to open the corresponding door.
  • a drive mechanism connects the handle to the motor.
  • the mechanism includes a connecting rod and a spring. It compresses when the motor causes the handle to deploy, but the handle remains locked in the retracted position. This precaution has the advantage of not damaging the engine despite possible blockage of the handle by frost.
  • the document GB2506350 discloses a vehicle door handle arrangement comprising a handle that can be moved between a stowed position and a deployed position by a drive mechanism following a force applied to the handle, said force being detected by a sensor.
  • the force can be applied in a direction to push the handle into the stowed position, the drive mechanism then moving the handle to the deployed position.
  • the force can also be applied in one direction to push the handle into the deployed position, the drive mechanism moving the handle into the stowed position.
  • the security of such a solution is limited. Indeed during the closing movement, the handle can trap the user's fingers. Motor force can injure a finger when pinching it. This generates a fear of the user, hence an anxiety-provoking effect detrimental to the perceived quality of the vehicle.
  • the invention aims to solve at least one of the problems posed by the prior art.
  • the invention also aims to improve the security of a motorized handle for opening.
  • the invention relates to a simple, robust and compact solution.
  • the subject of the invention is an assembly for opening the window, in particular for a vehicle door, the assembly comprising: a support; a handle movable in a direction of deployment and movable in a direction of retraction relative to the support; an actuator with a housing and a first movable part capable of driving the handle in the direction of deployment; remarkable in that the actuator further comprises a second movable part which is adapted to deploy the handle via the first part when the actuator is supplied with energy, and a one-way coupling system which is arranged in the housing and which is configured to couple the second part to the first part when the second part moves so as to drive the handle in the direction of deployment.
  • the invention also relates to a vehicle opening comprising an assembly, remarkable in that the assembly is in accordance with the invention, optionally the opening and the handle comprise pivot axes which are substantially parallel.
  • the invention also relates to a vehicle, in particular a motor vehicle, comprising an opening with an opening opening control assembly, characterized in that the assembly conforms to the invention.
  • the handle comprises a first external surface with a contour
  • the opening comprises a second external surface which is tangent to the first surface over the entire contour
  • each object of the invention is also applicable to the other objects of the invention.
  • each object of the invention can be combined with the other objects.
  • the invention improves the security of an opening control handle of a motor vehicle door.
  • the position of the handle is decoupled from the internal configuration of the actuator when the latter initiates the retraction movement.
  • the invention offers a compact assembly since the one-way coupling system is brought closer to the source of the movement.
  • the coupling system and the damping means can be integrated in the same ring forming a connection between the moving parts.
  • reliability, mass and rigidity are optimized because the number of moving parts and the mobile interfaces are rationalized.
  • assembly, inspection, and supply costs decrease.
  • the handle retraction torque becomes lower than the opening torque thanks to the one-way coupling system. Also, the retraction movement of the handle may be slower, smoother than that of deployment. This eliminates the anxiety-inducing effect despite rapid deployment. In addition, the decoupling allows the handle to be pulled further to unlock the door; without forcing on the actuator.
  • the figure 1 represents an opening 1 provided with a pivoting handle 4.
  • the opening 1 can be a opening 1 of a vehicle (not shown), in particular of a motor vehicle. However, other applications are possible.
  • the opening 1 may correspond to a door for a passenger, or even to a trunk flap.
  • a window can translate into the opening 1, and possibly sweep the handle 4.
  • the handle 4 is that of an opening control of the opening, for example an external control.
  • the opening control may include a device for locking and unlocking (not shown) the opening, which is controlled by the actuation of the handle 4.
  • the control can engage with a keeper (not shown) secured to the body of the vehicle.
  • the handle is an interior control handle, that is to say arranged in the passenger compartment of the vehicle.
  • the handle 4 can be integrated into the outer surface 6 of the opening 1. Its outline 5 follows the outer surface 6. A constant clearance separates the handle 4 from the outer surface 6 of the opening all along the outline 5. Thus , the continuity of the outer surface 6 is generally preserved and the presence of the handle 4 is more discreet. This improves the perceived quality.
  • the figure 2 represents a section of the opening 1 and of the handle 4 illustrated in figure 1 .
  • the cut is made along the axis 2-2 traced on the figure 1 .
  • the handle 4 is shown in solid lines when it is in the retracted position in the opening 1, or the rest position; and in dotted lines in the deployed position, or operational position, where the handle 4 projects relative to the outer surface 6 of the opening 1.
  • This deployed position can be a first deployed position.
  • the handle 4 can be moved into a second deployed position (shown in dashed lines) following manipulation by a user. This other movement may correspond to an unlocking movement of the associated opening 1.
  • the first deployed position can be between the second deployed position and the retracted position.
  • the outer surface 8 of the handle 4 is flush with the outer surface 6 of the opening 1.
  • This type of mounting is also designated by the Anglo-Saxon term "flush”.
  • the opening 1 has a pocket 10 housing the handle 4 in the retracted position.
  • the pocket can be formed by a stirrup (not shown) on which the handle 4 is movably mounted.
  • the stirrup can form a support for the handle 4 in order to link it to the opening 1.
  • the handle 4 can be completely disposed in the pocket 10 in the retracted position.
  • the periphery of the pocket 10 is tangent to the exterior surface of the handle over its entire perimeter.
  • the exterior surfaces may have surface continuity, so that the handle is integrated into the general exterior surface of the door. In the deployed position, the handle 4 projects relative to the opening 1.
  • the handle 4 may have a vertical pivot axis 12. This axis 12 can be parallel to that of the opening 1.
  • the handle 4 can be connected to the opening 1 using a set of connecting rods or levers, so that its instantaneous center of rotation describes a curve in the space. Since the handle 4 is integrated in the opening 1 so as to limit its grip from the outside when it is in the retracted position, an actuator 14 allows it to be taken out of its pocket 10 so that it can then be entered by a user.
  • the actuator 14 is advantageously rigidly linked to the opening 1 and housed in its thickness.
  • return means (not shown) are provided. They can be at the pivot axis 12. Alternatively, they can be at a distance. In this configuration, they can be hung on the sash and the handle.
  • the return means may include an elastic element, such as a spring.
  • the handle is a handle movable in translation.
  • the actuator takes out the handle by translating it perpendicular to the outer surface of the opening.
  • the unlocking movement of the opening can also be a translational movement.
  • the figure 3 shows an assembly for opening control of the opening according to a first embodiment of the invention.
  • the opening (not shown for the sake of clarity) and the associated elements may correspond to those described in relation to the Figures 1 and 2 .
  • the assembly is shown from the front, for example from inside the vehicle.
  • the actuator 14 can be electric. Alternatively, it can use another energy, such as compressed air.
  • the actuator 14 is movable in two directions, between at least two positions. In the deployment direction, it drives the handle 4 to its deployed position, where it itself occupies a deployed position. The actuator 14 can be moved in a direction of retraction which authorizes the retraction of the handle 4 in the opening.
  • the assembly includes a one-way coupling system 16, also called a one-way transmission system.
  • the system 16 may include a freewheel mechanism. This type of mechanism is well known to those skilled in the art.
  • the system 16 may include a mechanism with a pawl placed inside a ring gear. In one direction of rotation the pawl allows the rotation of the external crown, in the other direction the pawl abuts against the internal teeth of the toothed crown so as to stop the rotation.
  • the system 16 may include a mechanism with balls or rollers placed in a ramp hub. In one direction of rotation the balls or rollers come out of the ramps so as to block an external crown, in the other direction the crown is free to rotate.
  • the handle 4 and the actuator 14 can be connected using a pivoting lever 18.
  • This lever 18 is rigidly linked to the handle 4, it extends up to the plumb of the actuator 14, possibly up to the plumb of the center of the actuator 14; or the axis of rotation 12 of the handle 4 and of the actuator 14.
  • the actuator 14 comprises a first movable part 20 as well as a second movable part 22.
  • the first part 20 is integral with the handle 4 and follows the movements thereof, possibly via the optional lever 18.
  • the first part 20 is a part Release.
  • the second part 22 performs a movement.
  • the second part 22 is a conversion part which converts energy into movement.
  • the second part 22 is the driving part.
  • the power supply allows movement of the second part 22 in the direction of deployment, and possibly in the direction of retraction.
  • the moving parts (20; 22) may include angular stops acting in a direction of rotation.
  • the first part 20 and the second part 22 are separated. However, they are each engaged with the coupling system 16.
  • the coupling system 16 separates the moving parts (20; 22). It makes it possible to communicate a movement from the second part 22 to the first part 20 when the second part 22 moves in the direction of deployment to deploy the handle 4.
  • the coupling system 16 being one-way, when the second part 22 moves in the direction of retraction, it is released from the first part 20. So the movement of the handle is free from that of the second part 22.
  • the power supply controls the return of the second part 22 in a retraction position
  • the handle 4 can return to its retraction position more slowly, more gradually.
  • the coupling system 16 is capable of holding the handle 4 in a given position, in particular its deployed position, despite the action of the return means.
  • the actuator advantageously comprises a housing 24.
  • This housing 24 can be fixed to the structure of the opening which it equips. It can be joined to the stirrup of the handle 4.
  • the housing 24 can comprise a wall 26 defining a space in which the coupling system 16 and the second part 22 are arranged.
  • the first part 20 is partially housed in this space .
  • the wall 26, and possibly thanks to seals the space can be a sealed cavity.
  • Bearings such as bearings, can articulate the mobile parts (20; 22) relative to the wall 26.
  • damping means 28 are provided to slow the return of the handle 4. These damping means 28 are calibrated as a function of the mechanical action of the return means, and of the desired return time to reduce the anxiogenic effect linked to the handle 4.
  • the damping means 28 may comprise a braking fluid, for example a viscous fluid generating resistance during a relative rotation between the first part 20 and the second part 22. The fluid may be in contact with the pawl or the rollers of the coupling system 16.
  • the damping means 28 may include surfaces friction cooperating so as to oppose the relative rotation between the handle 4 and the actuator 14. It may be sets of rotor and stator discs, arranged in the manner of a embr cleaning. At least one of the friction surfaces can be a surface of the coupling system. Thus, it is possible to integrate the damping means 28 into the coupling system 16.
  • the damping means 28 can be engaged with the first part 20 and with the second part 22. Power supplies 30, for example these cables can pass through the wall 26. According to an alternative of the invention, the means of damping can be remote from the coupling system. They can be in contact with the first lever, and / or the handle.
  • the figure 4 shows a top view of the opening control assembly which is shown in figure 3 .
  • the lever 18 makes it possible to offset the handle 4 from the actuator 14, and in particular from the housing 24.
  • the handle 4 is shown in the retracted position using a solid line. In this position it is flush with the opening 1.
  • the deployed position of the handle 4 is traced using a dotted line.
  • the angle swept by the handle 4 thanks to the actuator 14 is greater than or equal to 10 °.
  • the figure 5 shows the assembly for opening control according to a second embodiment of the invention.
  • the opening (not shown for clarity) and the associated elements can correspond to those of the Figures 1 and 2 .
  • This figure 5 uses the numbering of the previous figures for identical or similar elements, the number being however incremented by 100. Specific numbers are used for the elements specific to this embodiment.
  • the actuator 114 can be linear.
  • the first mobile part 120 and the second mobile part 122 can move in translation. They can be telescopic. They can each slide relative to the housing 124. In particular, the first part 120 can enter and leave the housing 124.
  • the one-way coupling system 116 connects it selectively. When the second part 122 pushes the first part 120, the latter follows the movement. On the other hand, the first part 120 can be pulled further without the second part 122 following, and the second part 122 can return to the retracted position without the first part 120.
  • the first part 120 may include an end with a rack 132 cooperating with a rod 134 integral with the handle 104.
  • the end of the rod 134 may include a pinion 136 meshing with the rack 132 so that a translation of the first part 120 allows rotation of the handle 104. Consequently, a sliding of the second part 122 can cause a deployment movement of the handle 104.
  • the first movable part 120 may comprise a pusher driving in rotation a cam formed in place of the pinion.
  • the moving parts (120; 122) may include axial stops acting in a direction of translation. This allows training in the direction of deployment, and allows freedom of movement when the stops are at a distance.
  • figure 6 present in top view the assembly according to the second embodiment of the invention as presented in figure 5 .
  • Both the pinion 136 and the rack 132 are visible. They form the interface between the first part 120 and the handle 104.
  • the simultaneous translation of the second part 122 and the first part 120 allows the rotation of the handle 104, for example by an angle greater than or equal to 10 °. This allows it to be removed sufficiently from its opening for a user to handle it.
  • the two embodiments can be combined with one another.
  • the characteristics presented in one mode can apply to the other mode.
