  • the process involves aligning the portion C of bag B to the clamping mechanism 2, keeping it sealed by isolating the contents of the bag B from the outside environment, at a subsequent operating station, so that the containers A placed inside the bag B remain isolated from the outside environment even after the trimming.
  • the present invention solves the problems outlined above, by proposing an opening assembly 1 for bags housing containers for pharmaceutical use, preventing particles, in suspension and/or generated during the cutting step, from entering inside the bag B.
  • the opening assembly 1 guarantees the isolation of the contents of the bag B from the outside environment even after cutting the bag B.
  • the opening assembly 1 according to the invention is capable of guaranteeing the sterility of the containers transported in the nest inside the tub, sealed by a protective film, and segregated inside the bag B.
  • the opening assembly 1 according to the invention is relatively simple and practical to implement, and also entails contained costs: these features make the unit 1 an innovative and safe application.

Claims (10)

  1. Groupe de coupe pour sachets (B) de contenants (A) à usage pharmaceutique, comprenant au moins un organe de serrage (2) pour serrer une portion (C) dudit sachet (B) et au moins un élément de découpe (2a), dans lequel ledit organe de serrage (2) est configuré pour serrer entre elles des portions de feuilles opposées (E, F) dudit sachet (B), lesdites portions étant espacées par rapport à un bord terminal (D) du sachet, dans lequel ledit élément de découpe (2a) est conçu pour couper et séparer ledit bord terminal (D), qui dépasse des portions de feuilles opposées (E, F) du sachet (B), lesdites portions étant serrées l'une contre l'autre par ledit organe de serrage (2), caractérisé en ce que le groupe comprend en outre des organes de préhension (14) munis d'au moins une mâchoire de serrage (15) destinée à serrer ledit bord terminal (D) du sachet (B), le sachet (B) étant suspendu à ladite mâchoire (15) de l'organe de préhension (14).
  2. Groupe de coupe selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les organes de préhension (14) sont associés à un dispositif de transport (5).
  3. Groupe de coupe selon la revendication 2, dans lequel ledit dispositif de transport (5) comprend une section proximale (10) disposée dans une première zone (9) et une section distale (12) disposée dans une seconde zone (11), la première zone (9) présentant une classe de contamination et une pression ambiante supérieures à celles de la seconde zone (11).
  4. Groupe de coupe selon la revendication 2 ou 3, dans lequel ledit dispositif de transport (5) forme une boucle fermée et est entraîné par une unité de motorisation automatique pilotée par un processeur de commande et de gestion.
  5. Groupe de coupe selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ledit élément de découpe (2a) est disposé entre lesdits organes de préhension (14) et ledit organe de serrage (2), lorsque ledit bord terminal (D) est séparé des portions de feuilles opposées (E, F) serrées entre elles par ledit organe de serrage (2).
  6. Groupe de coupe pour sachets (B) de contenants (A) à usage pharmaceutique, comprenant au moins un organe de serrage (2) pour serrer une portion (C) dudit sachet (B) et au moins un élément de découpe (2a) dans lequel ledit organe de serrage (2) est configuré pour serrer entre elles des portions de feuilles opposées (E, F) dudit sachet (B), lesdites portions étant espacées par rapport à un bord terminal (D) du sachet, dans lequel ledit élément de découpe (2a) est conçu pour couper et séparer ledit bord terminal (D), qui dépasse des portions de feuilles opposées (E, F) du sachet (B), lesdites portions étant serrées l'une contre l'autre par ledit organe de serrage (2), caractérisé en ce que ledit organe de serrage (2) est solidaire d'une extrémité terminale (3) mobile d'un manipulateur (4), lequel manipulateur (4) est orientable entre au moins deux configurations d'extrémité, une première configuration dans laquelle le sachet (B) est prélevé à partir d'un dispositif de transport (5) pour le serrage desdites feuilles (E, F) opposées à l'aide dudit organe de serrage (2), et une seconde configuration dans laquelle le sachet (B) est amené à proximité d'une ouverture (6) formée dans une paroi de séparation (7) qui sépare une première zone (9) d'un compartiment (8) présentant une classe de contamination et une pression ambiante supérieures à celles de ladite première zone (9).
  7. Groupe de coupe selon la revendication 6, dans lequel ledit manipulateur (4) est de type robot anthropomorphe.
  8. Groupe de coupe selon la revendication 6, dans lequel, dans ladite première zone (9), est disposé au moins un diffuseur destiné à émettre un flux de gaz sur ladite section proximale (10) du dispositif de transport (5), ledit sachet (B) transporté le long de ladite section proximale (10) et ledit manipulateur (4) disposé dans ladite première zone (9).
  9. Groupe de coupe selon la revendication 8, dans lequel ledit flux de gaz est un flux laminaire.
  10. Procédé de découpe de sachets (B) de contenants (A) à usage pharmaceutique, comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    - disposer une portion (C) dudit sachet (B), espacée par rapport à un bord terminal (D), en alignement avec un organe de serrage (2) ;
    - serrer entre elles des portions de feuilles opposées (E, F) dudit sachet (B) à l'aide dudit organe de serrage (2);
    - couper et séparer, au moyen d'un élément de découpe (2a), ledit bord terminal (D) par rapport aux portions de feuilles opposées (E, F) dudit sachet (B) serrées entre elles par ledit organe de serrage (2),
    le procédé étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre l'étape consistant à:
    - aligner la portion du sachet (B) serrée par ledit organe de serrage (2) avec une station opératoire suivante,
    dans laquelle le serrage du sachet (B) à l'aide de l'organe de serrage (2) maintient lesdites portions de feuilles opposées (E, F) serrées entre elles, de sorte que les contenants (A) disposés à l'intérieur du sachet (B) restent isolés de l'environnement extérieur même après la découpe.
