- Switching contacts are simple sensors with which the opening or closing status of a window or door leaf can be recorded. For example, they are integrated in burglar alarm systems to indicate windows and doors that are not closed before arming and to signal the opening of a window or door leaf after arming. Such switching contacts are often formed by reed relays attached to the frame, which are operated by permanent magnets attached to the sash. Claims (8)
- Unité de contact à commutation (10) destinée à être montée au niveau d'une feuillure (22, 32) entre un bâti dormant (20) entre un vantail de fenêtre ou de porte (30), comprenant au moins :- un boîtier de base (11) pourvu de moyens de fixation (12) servant à la fixation au bâti dormant (20) ou au vantail (30) ;- un goujon de contact à commutation (14) conçu pour venir en appui contre le bâti dormant (20) ou le vantail (30), lequel est monté dans une cavité de guidage de goujon (11.3) dans le boîtier de base (11) de manière à pouvoir coulisser contre la force d'au moins un élément ressort,- un élément microcommutateur (15) électrique disposé dans le boîtier de base (11) et pourvu d'un élément d'actionnement (16) mobile par rapport à un boîtier de microcommutateur ;le goujon de contact à commutation (14) étant pourvu sur sa longueur, au moins dans la zone couverte par l'élément d'actionnement (16) de l'élément microcommutateur (15), d'au moins une portion de commutation (14.4) qui possède un diamètre modifié par rapport à une portion de base (14.2), au niveau de laquelle l'élément microcommutateur (15) peut commuter, et une transition conique étant formée entre la portion de base (14.2) et la portion de commutation (14.4) ;
caractérisée en ce que la direction d'actionnement (B) de l'élément d'actionnement (16) est orientée selon un angle entre 60° et 85° en biais par rapport à la direction de coulissement (V) du goujon de contact à commutation (14). - Unité de contact à commutation (10) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'élément d'actionnement est un poussoir de commutation pouvant coulisser dans le sens axial.
- Unité de contact à commutation (10) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'élément d'actionnement est une languette de commutation (16) qui peut pivoter autour d'un axe, l'axe de pivotement de la languette de commutation (16) étant disposé vers le côté de la portion de commutation (14.4) ayant le diamètre le plus grand et l'extrémité libre de la languette de commutation étant orientée vers la portion de base (14.2) .
- Unité de contact à commutation (10) selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que la languette de commutation (16) compressée contre la portion de commutation (14.4) est placée selon un angle de 0° à 15° par rapport à la direction de coulissement (V) et entre en contact frottant avec le goujon de contact à commutation (14).
- Unité de contact à commutation (10) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le boîtier de base (11) possède au niveau de son côté inférieur un profilé en crochet (11.1) destiné à venir en prise dans une rainure de parclose (23).
- Unité de contact à commutation (10) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que le boîtier de base (11) possède sur des côtés opposés respectivement une patte de fixation (12) destinée à accueillir une vis de fixation.
- Fenêtre ou porte (100) comprenant un vantail (30) pivotant par rapport à un bâti dormant (20), avec laquelle :- le bâti dormant (20) possède, au niveau du pourtour intérieur, une portion de profilé (21) saillante destinée à l'appui du vantail (30) et une feuillure (22) disposée à côté de celle-ci,- le vantail (30) possède, au niveau du pourtour intérieur, une portion de profilé (31) saillante destinée à l'appui d'une vitre ou d'un panneau et une feuillure (32) disposée à côté de celle-ci ainsi qu'un recouvrement de vantail (33) au niveau du pourtour extérieur ;- une zone de section transversale libre (40) est formée dans la zone de la feuillure (22, 32) à l'état fermé de la fenêtre ou de la porte,caractérisée en ce qu'au moins une unité de contact à commutation (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes est disposée dans la section transversale libre (40) sur la feuillure de bâti dormant (22), dont le goujon de contact à commutation (14) repose contre le recouvrement de vantail (33) à l'état fermé de la fenêtre ou de la porte.
- Fenêtre ou porte (100) selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que le bâti dormant (20) possède une rainure de parclose (24) dans la zone de la feuillure (22), au niveau de la transition vers une surface apparente intérieure (23), et en ce que le boîtier de base (11) vient en prise dans la rainure de parclose (23) avec un profilé en crochet (11.1) sur son côté inférieur.
