Claims (9)
- Conteneur à palette (10) pour le stockage et le transport de matières de remplissage liquides ou fluides notamment dangereuses, comprenant un récipient intérieur rigide à parois minces (12) en matière plastique thermoplastique, comprenant un cadre grillagé tubulaire (14) entourant étroitement le récipient intérieur en matière plastique (12) en tant qu'enveloppe de support, constitué de barres tubulaires verticales et horizontales (18, 20) soudées les unes aux autres, et comprenant une palette de fond rectangulaire (16), sur laquelle le récipient intérieur en matière plastique (12) repose et avec laquelle le cadre grillagé tubulaire (14) est relié de manière fixe, le récipient intérieur en matière plastique de forme cubique (12) comprenant deux parois latérales plus longues, une paroi arrière plus courte, une paroi avant plus courte, un plateau inférieur de récipient et un plateau supérieur (26) muni d'un embout de remplissage (30) agencé centralement, pouvant être fermé au moyen d'un couvercle à vis (28), deux traverses transversales en forme de barres tubulaires (32) s'étendant en haut dans le cadre grillagé tubulaire (14) latéralement à côté de l'embout de remplissage (30) du récipient intérieur en matière plastique (12), qui sont fixées sur les deux parois latérales plus longues du cadre grillagé tubulaire (14) et qui sont engagées en recouvrement au milieu par deux dispositifs de maintien (34) agencés sur le plateau supérieur (26), formés à partir de la matière plastique du récipient intérieur en matière plastique (12),

- Conteneur à palette selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la zone de raccordement comparativement longue (44) des dispositifs de maintien (34) est configurée sous forme environ deux fois plus longue que l'extrémité libre courte (42).
- Conteneur à palette selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les dispositifs de maintien (34) présentent au total une section transversale de forme rectangulaire, la hauteur étant d'environ 35 mm à 45 mm, la longueur étant d'environ 65 mm à 80 mm, et l'épaisseur étant d'environ 5 mm à 8 mm.
- Conteneur à palette selon la revendication 1, 2, 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité libre courte (42) présente une longueur d'environ 18 mm à 25 mm et une hauteur libre ou un écart du plateau supérieur (26) du récipient intérieur (12) d'environ 15 mm à 20 mm.
- Conteneur à palette selon la revendication 1, 2, 3, 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que la zone de raccordement (44) des dispositifs de maintien (34) est formée exclusivement dans la zone de transition (40) s'étendant en biais du plateau supérieur de récipient intérieur (26).
- Conteneur à palette selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6 précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les dispositifs de maintien (34) sont munis à leur extrémité libre (42) d'un petit bec (46) dirigé vers le bas.
- Conteneur à palette selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7 précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les deux bords extérieurs latéraux des dispositifs de maintien (34) sont munis d'un bourrelet de bord continu (48) .
- Conteneur à palette selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le bourrelet de bord (48) présente une largeur d'environ 3 mm et une hauteur d'environ 1 mm.
