Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de dosage dynamique de volumes des matières d'étanchéité et un procédé correspondant. Le dispositif selon l'invention comporte : deux récipients, pour des composants des matières d'étanchéité ; un premier dispositif d'entraînement, lequel est raccordé à deux dispositifs, à partir desquels, de chaque côté respectif, un des composants des matières d'étanchéité peut être transporté à partir de son récipient ; un dispositif de commande d'entraînement ; une unité de mélange, pour mélanger les composants des matières d'étanchéité transportés à partir des récipients, dotée d'une ouverture, destinée l'application de la matière d'étanchéité sur un composant ; ainsi que, en outre, un réservoir de compensation, doté d'un volume de compensation ; et un deuxième dispositif d'entraînement, lequel est raccordé à un piston, lequel s'étend dans le volume de compensation du réservoir d'expansion. Selon l'invention, le réservoir de compensation est raccordé à l'unité de mélange. Les premier et deuxième dispositifs d'entraînement peuvent être commandés ensemble, de manière dynamique, au moyen du dispositif de commande d'entraînement.
