Claims (9)
- Ein Palettenkasten bzw. eine Boxpalette (1) mit mindestens einer Basis (4) und einer gelenkigen Umfassung (5), wobei die Boxpalette (1) umwandelbar ist zwischen einer Ladekonfiguration, in der die Umfassung (5) entfaltet und auf der Basis (4) aufgerichtet wird, sodass ein Lagervolumen gebildet wird, und einer leeren Transportkonfiguration, in der die Umfassung (5) zusammengefaltet ist und flach auf der Basis (4) liegt;
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens eine Bodenplatte (10) umfasst, die gelenkig auf der Basis (4) ruht und geeignet ist, einen Keil zu bilden für einen sperrigen Gegenstand, wie einen Kraftfahrzeugsitz (2), der in den Stauraum zu laden ist, und dadurch, dass die Platte (10) eine Ablage (plateau) (11) und eine Umschlagklappe (12) umfasst, die mit der Ablage (11) um eine erste Faltlinie (13), die im Wesentlichen parallel zur Basis (4) verläuft, gelenkig verbunden ist, wobei diese Umschlagklappe (12) beweglich ist zwischen einer aufgeklappten Position, in der die Umschlagklappe (12) in einem vorbestimmten Winkel (A) von der Platte (10) winklig beabstandet ist, um den Keil für den Gegenstand zu bilden, und einer zusammengezogenen Position, in der die Umschlagklappe (12) parallel zur Ablage (11) ist, und wobei diese Umschlagklappe (12) in einer Aussparung (16) der Ablage (11) aufgenommen ist, wenn sie sich in ihrer zusammengezogenen Position befindet. - Die Boxpalette (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platte (10) um eine im Wesentlichen zur Basis (4) parallele zweite, dritte und/oder vierte Faltlinie (15, 23, 35) angelenkt ist.
- Die Boxpalette (1) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine Faltlinie (13, 15, 23, 35) durch lokales Zusammendrücken des Materials und/oder geringer Werden der Dicke der Platte (10) gebildet wird.
- Die Boxpalette (1) nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Platte (10) eine Sohle (14) aufweist, die mit der Ablage (11) um die zweite Faltlinie (15) herum im Wesentlichen parallel zur Basis (4) und gegenüber der Umschlagklappe (12) gelenkig verbunden ist, wobei die Sohle (14) an einer ersten Platte (8a) der Umfassung (5) und die Umschlagklappe (12) an einer zweiten Platte (8b) der Umfassung (5) anschlägt, wenn sich die Umschlagklappe (12) in der aufgeklappten Position befindet, wobei die erste Platte (8a) gegenüber der zweiten Platte (8b) liegt. - Die Boxpalette (1) nach irgendeinem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platte (10) mindestens eine Keilwand (21, 44, 48, 49) umfasst, die in Bezug auf die Platte (11) gelenkig gelagert oder an der Platte (11) angebracht ist.
- Die Boxpalette (1) nach irgendeinem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platte (10) mindestens einen Arm (50, 55, 56) umfasst, der um eine im Wesentlichen parallel zur Basis (4) verlaufende Achse drehbeweglich ist.
- Die Boxpalette (1) nach irgendeinem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen Deckel (6) umfasst.
- Die Boxpalette (1) nach irgendeinem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platte (10) Mittel (36) zum Halten der Umschlagklappe (12) und/oder der Sohle (14) und/oder der Keilwand (21, 44, 48, 49) umfasst.
- Die Boxpalette (1) nach irgendeinem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platte (10) mindestens eine elastische Verbindung (60) umfasst, die geeignet ist, den Gegenstand auf der Platte (10) zu fixieren.
