Claims (8)

  1. Collecteur de poussière (100) pour une meuleuse (200) équipée d'un prolongement de carter (210) pour la fixation du collecteur de poussière (100), comprenant un corps de collecteur (10) servant à recouvrir un côté d'une partie principale du disque de meulage (220), le collecteur de poussière (100) comportant un secteur de collecteur (20) qui peut coulisser dans le sens périphérique (U) du corps de collecteur (10) le long du corps de collecteur (10), qui est prévu pour recouvrir et dégager graduellement, au besoin, une partie restante du disque de meulage (220), et comprenant un raccord d'aspiration (40) permettant d'aspirer une matière, enlevée du substrat, hors du corps de collecteur (10),
    dans une surface (OK), tournée vers la meuleuse (200), du corps de collecteur (10), étant formée au moins une ouverture de passage (13), par laquelle de l'air ambiant (UL) peut s'écouler dans le corps de collecteur (10), une traverse (50) étant prévue entre le corps de collecteur (10) et le secteur de collecteur (20),
    caractérisé en ce que
    la traverse (50) comporte au moins une ouverture de traverse (55) par laquelle de l'air (L) peut s'écouler depuis la chambre de segment (25) dans la chambre principale (15).
  2. Collecteur de poussière (100) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture de passage (13) est agencée dans un segment semi-circulaire (HS), opposé au secteur de collecteur pouvant coulisser (20), du corps de collecteur (10).
  3. Collecteur de poussière (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une pluralité d'ouvertures de passage (13), de préférence au moins cinq ouvertures de passage (13), sont prévues.
  4. Collecteur de poussière (100) selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la distance (AB) entre deux ouvertures de passage voisines l'une de l'autre (13) est inférieure à l'extension la plus grande (GE) d'une ouverture de passage respective (13).
  5. Collecteur de poussière (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le collecteur de poussière (100) est équipé d'un rideau (30) s'étendant le long d'une périphérie (U) du corps de collecteur (10), pour l'étanchéification au moins en sections du corps de collecteur (10) vis-à-vis d'un substrat à usiner au moyen du disque de meulage (220), un rideau (30') étant également prévu dans le secteur de collecteur (20).
  6. Collecteur de poussière (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la traverse (50) sépare au moins partiellement une chambre principale (15) définie par le corps de collecteur (10) d'une chambre de segment (25), qui est définie par le secteur de collecteur (20).
  7. Collecteur de poussière (100) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une ouverture de secteur (23) est formée dans une surface (OF) du secteur de collecteur (20), par laquelle de l'air ambiant (UL) peut s'écouler dans la chambre de segment (25).
  8. Meuleuse (200) comprenant un prolongement de carter (210) et comprenant un collecteur de poussière (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le collecteur de poussière (100) est agencé ou destiné à être agencé sur le prolongement de carter (210).
