Claims (12)
- Capot antipoussière (100) pour une meuleuse (200) munie d'un col de transmission (210) pour la fixation du capot antipoussière (100), comprenant un corps de capot (10) pour recouvrir d'un côté une majeure partie d'un disque abrasif (220), le capot antipoussière (100) présentant un secteur de capot (20) pouvant être déplacé dans la direction périphérique (U) du corps de capot (10) le long du corps de capot (10), qui est prévu pour recouvrir et libérer graduellement au besoin une partie restante du disque abrasif (220), et comprenant un raccord d'aspiration (40) par le biais duquel une partie enlevée du subjectile peut être aspirée depuis le corps de capot (10), une membrure (50) étant prévue entre le corps de capot (10) et le secteur de capot (20), laquelle sépare une chambre principale (15) définie par le corps de capot (10) au moins en partie d'une chambre de segment (25) définie par le secteur de capot (20),
caractérisé en ce que la membrure (50) présente une ouverture de membrure (55) par le biais de laquelle de l'air (L) peut affluer depuis la chambre de segment (25) dans la chambre principale (15). - Capot antipoussière (100) selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que le raccord d'aspiration (40) est raccordé, par le biais d'un socle de raccordement (45) qui est orienté tangentiellement au disque abrasif (220), avec le corps de capot (10), et l'ouverture de membrure (55) est alignée avec le socle de raccordement (45). - Capot antipoussière (100) selon la revendication 2,
caractérisé en ce que la membrure (50) présente une longueur totale (GL) et seulement le tiers de la longueur totale (GL) le plus proche du socle de raccordement (45) présente une ou plusieurs ouvertures de membrure (55). - Capot antipoussière (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que dans une surface (OS) du secteur de capot (20) est réalisée une ouverture de secteur (23) par le biais de laquelle de l'air environnant (UL) peut affluer dans la chambre de segment (25).
- Capot antipoussière (100) selon la revendication 4,
caractérisé en ce que le secteur de capot (20) présente une longueur de secteur extérieure (SL) qui définit, à partir de l'axe de rotation (R) du disque abrasif (220), un secteur de cercle (KS), l'ouverture de secteur (23) étant située seulement dans le tiers du secteur de cercle (KS) qui présente au total la plus grande distance par rapport au socle de raccordement (45). - Capot antipoussière (100) selon la revendication 4 ou 5,
caractérisé en ce qu'une distance minimale (MA) entre l'ouverture de secteur (23) et l'axe de rotation (R) du disque abrasif (220) est supérieure à quatre cinquièmes du plus grand diamètre (GD) du corps de capot (10). - Capot antipoussière (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la membrure (50) s'étend verticalement dans la direction de l'axe de rotation (R) du disque abrasif (220).
- Capot antipoussière (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la membrure (50), lorsque le disque abrasif (220) est reçu dans le capot antipoussière (100), se trouve principalement sur le côté (ZS) du disque abrasif (220) tourné vers la meuleuse (200).
- Capot antipoussière (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la membrure (50) est fixe par rapport au corps de capot (10).
- Capot antipoussière (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une ouverture de passage (13) est réalisée dans une surface (OF) du corps de capot (10) tournée vers la meuleuse (200), par le biais de laquelle l'air environnant (UL) peut affluer dans le corps de capot (10).
- Capot antipoussière (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le capot antipoussière (100) est muni d'un rideau (30) s'étendant le long d'une périphérie (U) du corps de capot (10) pour étanchéifier au moins en partie le corps de capot (10) par rapport à un subjectile (UG) devant être usiné au moyen du disque abrasif (220), un rideau (30') étant également prévu dans le secteur de capot (20).
- Meuleuse (200) comprenant un col de transmission (210) et un capot antipoussière (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, le capot antipoussière (100) étant ou devant être disposé au niveau du col de transmission (210).
