Claims (8)
- Procédé de transformation d'une unité de rouleaux pour le traitement d'une nappe de matière fibreuse (2) à l'intérieur d'une machine à papier ou à carton, dans laquelle unité de rouleaux (1, 30) au moins deux rouleaux (3, 4) dont les paliers de rouleaux (5, 6) sont montés en position exacte sur des surfaces d'appui usinées (12) d'au moins un support (7) avec l'aide d'éléments d'ajustement (11) tels que par exemple des liaisons à rainures et languettes d'ajustement, sont amenés en contact avec la nappe de matière fibreuse (2) dans l'état de fonctionnement,
pour former une unité de rouleaux transformée (31) avec des éléments supplémentaires (8), qui exerce une autre fonction que l'unité de rouleaux (1, 30),- tout d'abord au moins un palier de rouleau (5, 6) étant espacé de sa surface d'appui usinée (12) au niveau du support (7),- ensuite un composant (10) étant posé et fixé sur la surface d'appui usinée (12), son côté d'appui (13) présentant, sur la surface d'appui, des évidements et/ou des rehaussements (16, 17) appropriés pour des éléments d'ajustement (11) et des éléments d'ajustement (11) pour le logement de palier (5, 6) étant également introduits sur son côté (14) opposé au côté d'appui,- et préalablement, simultanément ou ultérieurement, le palier de rouleau espacé (5, 6) étant positionné et fixé sur le côté (14) du composant (10) opposé au côté d'appui,- le composant (10), avant l'installation, ayant été muni de surfaces additionnelles usinées supplémentaires (15) sur lesquelles sont montés en position exacte les unités supplémentaires (8) nécessaires pour la nouvelle fonction. - Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les éléments d'ajustement (11) disposés sur le côté (14) opposé au côté d'appui sont introduits dans une position analogue à celle dans le cas de la surface d'appui (12) du support (7).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que le composant (10) présente une partie en forme de plaque (18).
- Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la partie en forme de plaque (18) est posée parallèlement à la surface d'appui usinée (12), en particulier horizontalement sur le support (7).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 et 4, caractérisé en ce qu'une plaque supplémentaire (19) notamment appliquée à angle droit est également prévue sur la partie en forme de plaque (18), laquelle est prévue pour la fixation des unités supplémentaires (8).
- Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la partie en forme de plaque (18) et la plaque supplémentaire (19) présentent une tôle de rigidification (20).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une partie des unités supplémentaires (8) sont fixées conjointement avec le composant (10) sur le support (7).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le procédé se rapporte à la transformation d'une presse à colle (30) en une presse à film (31).
