Objet de l'invention
[0001] La présente invention se rapporte au domaine des dispositifs de coiffure, et en particulier à celui des fers à lisser, comportant un dispositif d'humidification des mèches de cheveux.
Etat de la technique
[0002] Les fers à lisser, ou lisseurs, sont bien connus de l'homme du métier. La plupart des dispositifs pour mettre en forme et lisser les cheveux reposent sur le principe du passage des mèches de cheveux entre deux mâchoires comprenant des plaques chauffantes. Il a été proposé de vaporiser de l'eau sur les mèches lorsqu'elles sont chauffées afin d'améliorer l'effet de lissage, le temps de coiffage s'en trouve considérablement réduit.

[0020] La présente invention divulgue un dispositif de coiffure, et en particulier un fer à lisser 1 pour la mise en forme des cheveux.
[0021] Le dispositif tel que représenté à la Figure 1 comprend deux mâchoires 2 articulées entre une position ouverte et une position fermée permettant de pincer les mèches de cheveux. L'articulation peut se faire autour d'une charnière incorporant un ressort afin de maintenir les deux mâchoires 2 en position ouverte.
[0022] Les deux mâchoires 2 comprennent des plaques chauffantes 12 du côté interne des mâchoires, c'est-à-dire de manière à ce que les deux plaques 12 permettent de comprimer la mèche de cheveux en position fermée. Ces plaques peuvent être lisses, comme représenté sur les figures, ou bien comprendre des reliefs afin de donner des effets particuliers à la chevelure (ondulation, crêpage, ...). Les plaques 12 sont chauffées par des moyens électriques (résistances, plaques céramiques, ...).
[0023] La mâchoire 2 comporte une cartouche placée dans un évidement 5 prévu à cet effet et permettant de perturber le moins possible le profil longiligne du dispositif, comme illustré à la Figure 2. De préférence, la cartouche 3 est montée de manière amovible sur cette mâchoire 2. Un renfoncement 4 est prévu en face dans l'autre mâchoire, c'est-à-dire celle ne comportant pas la cartouche 3, pouvant accueillir la partie inférieure de la cartouche 3 lorsque les deux mâchoires sont en position fermée. Dans un dispositif plus performant de l'invention, tel que représenté par la Figure 7, il est envisageable d'équiper chacune des deux mâchoires 2 d'une cartouche 3 pour activer une brumisation simultanée sur les deux plaques chauffantes 12. D'autre part, l'utilisateur peut choisir d'activer la brumisation sur l'une ou l'autre plaque.
[0024] Comme illustré par les Figures 3 et 4, la cartouche 3 comporte un réservoir 6 pouvant contenir une certaine quantité de liquide, de préférence entre 10 et 20 ml. Le liquide contenu est généralement de l'eau mais d'autres types de liquide ou des additifs sont envisageables (huile d'argan, parfum, ...) en vue d'améliorer l'esthétique et la mise en forme du cheveu.
[0025] D'autre part, la cartouche 3 comporte une sonde ultrason 9, tel qu'un transducteur piézoélectrique ou un élément équivalent. La fixation du transducteur piézoélectrique dans la cartouche 3 est réalisée à l'aide d'une rainure 18 permettant de maintenir un anneau de fixation 13 qui, à son tour, permet de maintenir le transducteur 9 à travers une sortie 15 de la cartouche. Un joint, non représenté, permet le passage exclusif du liquide à brumiser à travers le transducteur 9.
[0026] Grâce au transducteur ultrasonique 9, le liquide situé dans le réservoir de la cartouche 4 va être transformé en une dispersion de fines gouttelettes pour former de la brume. La dispersion de gouttelettes va s'échapper par la sortie 15 de la cartouche pour passer à travers la cavité d'acheminement 16 de la plaque chauffante 12. L'évidement 5 comprenant la cartouche 3 est aménagé de manière à ce que la sortie 15 puisse déboucher sur la cavité d'acheminement 16, tel que représenté à la Figure 4.
[0027] Le transducteur 9 comprend en outre une ou plusieurs micro-perforations 14 permettant d'expulser les gouttelettes vers la cavité d'acheminement 16. La plaque chauffante 12 comporte des orifices d'expulsion 11 répartis sur sa surface, par lesquels les gouttelettes seront évacuées. De cette manière, la mèche de cheveux située entre les deux mâchoires est humidifiée par les microgouttelettes, comme illustré à la Figure 10.
[0028] La quantité, la taille et la répartition des orifices d'expulsion 11 diffèrent selon les réalisations de l'invention. Sur la figure 4, ceux-ci sont au nombre de quatre et alignées au centre de la plaque 12. Les Figures 11 et 12 représentent d'autres possibilités de réalisation d'orifices d'expulsion 11. Les orifices d'expulsion 11 de la Figure 12 s'agrandissent vers l'extrémité de la plaque opposée à l'articulation des mâchoires, pour uniformiser le débit des gouttelettes.
[0029] Le réservoir peut être rempli grâce à une ouverture comportant un bouchon 17 situé sur une entrée de la cartouche 3 au niveau du réservoir 6. L'ouverture est positionnée de préférence sous la cartouche 3 et ne peut être ouverte que lorsque la cartouche est enlevée de la mâchoire 3. Par ailleurs, la cartouche 4 est fixée à la mâchoire à l'aide d'un verrouillage 10 qui la libère de son évidement 5, comme illustré sur la Figure 4.
[0030] La cartouche 3 comprend en outre une ou plusieurs broches permettant l'alimentation électrique du transducteur 9. Les broches sont en communication avec un interrupteur d'activation du transducteur 9. Ainsi, lors du montage de la cartouche 3, les broches établissent le contact électrique. De cette manière, la production de brume est contrôlée par l'utilisateur à l'aide de l'interrupteur d'activation du transducteur 9.
[0031] Dans un mode préféré de l'invention représenté à la Figure 5, la cartouche 3 comprend un espace de transition 7, localisé entre la sortie 15 comprenant le transducteur 9 et le réservoir 6. Cet espace de transition 7 est en communication avec le réservoir 6 et comprend un élément absorbant 8, tel qu'une éponge ou un feutre, qui absorbe un certain volume de liquide provenant du réservoir 6. L'élément absorbant 8 permet de maintenir une humidité permanente à proximité du transducteur 9.
[0032] Dans un mode de réalisation avantageux, des moyens de réglage de fréquence et/ou d'amplitude du transducteur sont prévus afin que l'utilisateur puisse réguler la quantité de brume. De plus, un indicateur de l'intensité de la brume peut être prévu.
[0033] Un interrupteur activant les moyens de chauffage des plaques chauffantes 12 est prévu, ainsi qu'un témoin de l'état d'activation des moyens de chauffage. Un indicateur de la température des plaques chauffantes 12 peut aussi être prévu.
[0034] Dans un mode préféré de l'invention, un détecteur d'ouverture des mâchoires est prévu. Grâce à celui-ci, une économie d'énergie est réalisée car la production de brume s'arrêtera si les mâchoires restent ouvertes trop longtemps. De cette manière, si le laps de temps d'ouverture dépasse un certain seuil, l'alimentation des réceptacles 19 sera coupée.
[0035] De plus, le fer à lisser 1 de l'invention peut comprendre des moyens d'asservissement de l'intensité de brumisation à l'ouverture des mâchoires. Les moyens d'asservissement comprennent des moyens de détection du degré d'ouverture des mâchoires qui sont liés aux moyens de réglage de fréquence et/ou d'amplitude du transducteur. Ceci permet d'obtenir une brumisation performante, qui sera intensifiée avec la fermeture du fer à lisser 1, c'est-à-dire lorsque les cheveux y sont pincés. De cette manière, le fer à lisser permet une économie d'énergie lors de son utilisation.
[0036] Dans une forme de réalisation particulière de l'invention, le fer 1 comprend des moyens de sécurité permettant de ne pas dépasser un certain seuil de température, généralement de l'ordre de 230°C. [0037] Le fer de l'invention peut aussi comporter des moyens d'éclairage 19, tels que des LEDs, pour éclairer la brume sortant des plaques chauffantes, comme représenté à la Figure 2. Ce moyen d'éclairage 19 est positionné entre les mâchoires.
[0038] Une sonde de détection du niveau de remplissage peut se trouver au niveau du réservoir 6 afin de signaler, par un signal lumineux, sonore ou autre, l'absence de liquide dans le réservoir 6.
[0039] Selon une forme de réalisation particulière de l'invention, les mâchoires comprennent des peignes 20 sur leur contour, pouvant être de dimensions, hauteurs et formes différentes. Les peignes 20 peuvent être fournis pour différents usages. La figure 9 représente un fer à lisser 1 selon l'invention avec des peignes 20 détachables des mâchoires.
[0040] Le fer à lisser peut aussi comprendre des plaques de couverture 21 situées sur les faces externes des mâchoires 2 (Figure 4). Ces plaques sont lisses ou comportent des reliefs afin de donner une certaine forme aux cheveux enroulés autour du fer à lisser. Les plaques sont chauffées par conduction et/ou rayonnement.
[0041] Le transducteur à ultrasons 9 peut être désactivé à tout moment par l'intermédiaire de l'interrupteur d'activation du transducteur. Il peut aussi être activé sans que les moyens de chauffage des plaques chauffantes ne le soient. Lorsque la cartouche 4 est vide, ou bien si l'utilisateur désire y ajouter un agent, la cartouche 4 est enlevée par déverrouillage du verrou 10.

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
1. Dispositif de coiffure (1) comprenant deux mâchoires articulées (2), avec des plaques chauffantes (12), le dispositif comprenant au moins une cartouche (3) contenant un liquide en utilisation, ladite cartouche comprenant un transducteur ultrasonique (9) avec des micro-perforations (14) permettant de transformer, en utilisation, le liquide en une dispersion de gouttelettes, ladite au moins une cartouche (3) comportant une sortie (15) permettant d'acheminer ladite dispersion de gouttelettes à travers une cavité d'acheminement (16) située dans au moins une des plaques chauffantes vers des orifices d'expulsion (11).
2. Dispositif de coiffure (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit dispositif comprend des moyens de réglages de la fréquence et/ou de l'amplitude de vibration du transducteur.
3. Dispositif de coiffure selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit dispositif comprend des moyens d'asservissement de l'intensité du transducteur à l'ouverture des mâchoires, lesdits moyens d'asservissement comprenant des moyens de détection du degré d'ouverture des mâchoires liés aux moyens de réglage de la fréquence et/ou de l'amplitude de vibration du transducteur.

Dispositif de coiffure selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la cartouche (3) comprend un réservoir (6) et un espace de transition (7) reliant le transducteur (9) et le réservoir (6), ledit espace de transition (7) comportant un élément absorbant (8) permettant de maintenir une humidité permanente à proximité dudit transducteur (9).
5. Dispositif de coiffure selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la cartouche (3) comporte une rainure (18) dans laquelle un anneau de fixation (13) comportant le transducteur ultrasonique (9) est fixé.
6. Dispositif de coiffure selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que la cartouche (3) est montée de manière amovible dans un évidement de réception (5) prévu dans la mâchoire (2).
7. Dispositif de coiffure selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit dispositif comprend une sonde de détection du niveau de remplissage du réservoir (6).
8. Dispositif de coiffure selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit dispositif comprend des moyens d'éclairage de la dispersion de gouttelettes (19).
9. Dispositif de coiffure selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des plaques de couverture (30) en matériau conducteur sont fixées sur les mâchoires (2), celles-ci pouvant être chauffées, en utilisation, par au moins une des deux plaques chauffantes (2) par conduction et/ou rayonnement.
10. Dispositif de coiffure selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif comprend un indicateur de la température des plaques chauffantes.
11. Dispositif de coiffure selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les orifices d'expulsion (11) s'agrandissent vers l'extrémité du dispositif de coiffure (1) pour uniformiser le débit des gouttelettes.
12. Dispositif de coiffure selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que différents accessoires (20) peuvent être enfilés sur le contour des mâchoires (2).
