Claims (15)

  1. Applikatorvorrichtung (16; 50; 70; 80; 90; 100; 110) zum Auftragen eines kosmetischen Produkts auf Keratinmaterialien, insbesondere Keratinfasern wie beispielsweise Wimpern oder Augenbrauen, aufweisend:
    - einen Stiel (18), wobei der Stiel (18) ein erstes (18a) und ein zweites (18b) Ende aufweist, der Stiel (18) sich in einer Längsrichtung (X0) des Stiels (18) zwischen dem ersten und zweiten Ende (18a, 18b) des Stiels (18) erstreckt, der Stiel (18) steif ist,
    - ein Greifelement (20), wobei das Greifelement (20) sich an dem ersten Ende (18a) des Stiels (18) befindet,
    - ein Applikatorelement (22) in Nachbarschaft des zweiten Endes (18b) des Stiels (18), wobei das Applikatorelement (22) eine Längsrichtung (X1) des Applikatorelements (22) in Ruhe definiert, wobei das Applikatorelement (22) einen zum Auftragen des kosmetischen Produkts geeigneten Applikationsabschnitt (30) hat,
    - eine elastisch verformbare flexible Seele (34), wobei die Seele das Applikatorelement (22) mit dem Stiel (18) verbindet,
    in welcher:
    - die Seele (34) einen freien Abschnitt aufweist, der sich frei zwischen dem Stiel (18) und dem Applikationsabschnitt des Applikatorelements erstreckt, der freie Abschnitt der Seele (34) eine Länge von mindestens 2mm, bevorzugt mindestens 3mm, noch mehr bevorzugt mindestens 5mm hat, die Seele (34) eine maximale Biegung des Applikatorelements (22) bezüglich des Stiels (18) erlaubt, derart, dass ein maximaler Biegungswinkel (α) zwischen der Längsrichtung (X2) des gebogenen Applikatorelements (22) und der Längsrichtung (X1) des Applikatorelements (22) in Ruhe mindestens 1°, möglicherweise sogar mindestens 2°, bevorzugt mindestens 5°, noch mehr bevorzugt mindestens 10° ist, der maximale Biegungswinkel (α) bevorzugt höchstens 30°, noch mehr bevorzugt höchstens 20° ist, und
    - der Stiel (18) eine Aufnahme (52) hat, die sich in der Längsrichtung (X0) des Stiels (18) zwischen einem Boden (54) der Aufnahme (52) und einer Ausmündung (56) der Aufnahme (52) im Bereich des zweiten Endes (18b) des Stiels (18) erstreckt, der Applikationsabschnitt (30) des Applikatorelements (22) aus der Aufnahme (52) herausragt, die Seele (34) sich in der Aufnahme (52) mit einem transversalen Spiel erstreckt, der maximale Biegungswinkel (α) zwischen der Längsrichtung (X2) des gebogenen Applikatorelements (22) und der Längsrichtung (X1) des Applikatorelements (22) in Ruhe durch Anstoßen des Applikatorelements (22) oder der Seele (34) an einer Seitenwand (60) der Aufnahme (52) definiert ist.
  2. Applikatorvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, in welcher die Seele (34) einen Querschnitt hat, der Querschnitt der Seele (34) einen Durchmesser (d34) hat, der Stiel (18) einen Querschnitt hat, der Querschnitt des Stiels (18) einen Durchmesser (d18) hat, wobei der Durchmesser (d34) des Querschnitts der Seele (34) kleiner oder gleich, bevorzugt strikt kleiner, als der Durchmesser (d18) des Querschnitts des Stiels (18) ist.
  3. Applikatorvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, in welcher die Seele (34) in einer Bohrung (58) befestigt ist, die im Bereich des Bodens (54) der Aufnahme (52) ausmündet, wobei die Seele (34) bevorzugt in der Bohrung (58) eingespannt ist.
  4. Applikatorvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, in welcher die Aufnahme (52) röhrenförmig ist, wobei die Aufnahme eine Länge (l52), gemessen zwischen dem Boden (54) der Aufnahme (52) und der Ausmündung (56) der Aufnahme (52), und einen Durchmesser (d52), gemessen in einer zur Länge (l52) transversalen Ebene, hat, die Länge (l52) der Aufnahme (52) bevorzugt zwischen 2 und 10mm und/oder der Durchmesser (d52) der Aufnahme (52) bevorzugt zwischen 1 und 5mm ist.
  5. Applikatorvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, in welcher die Aufnahme (52) kegelstumpfförmig ist, wobei die Aufnahme eine Länge (l52) und einen maximalen Durchmesser (d52), gemessen in einer zur Länge (l52) transversalen Ebene, hat, die Länge (l52) der Aufnahme (52) bevorzugt zwischen 2 und 10mm und/oder der maximale Durchmesser (d52) der Aufnahme bevorzugt zwischen 1 und 5mm ist.
  6. Applikatorvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, in welcher die Seele (34) einen verdrillten Faden (84) aufweist, bevorzugt aus einem verdrillten Faden (84) besteht, wobei der Applikationsabschnitt (30) aus Haarbüscheln (82) gebildet ist, die von dem verdrillten Faden (84) eingeschnürt sind, in welcher bevorzugt die Seele (34) sich in einer Längsrichtung (X1) des Applikatorelements (22) in Ruhe erstreckt und die Haarbüschel (82) sich transversal zur Längsrichtung (X1) des Applikatorelements (22) in Ruhe erstrecken.
  7. Applikatorvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, in welcher die Haarbüschel (82) eine Längsposition an der Seele (34) und eine transversal zur Längsrichtung (X1) des Applikatorelements (22) gemessene Länge (l82) haben, wobei die Länge (l82) der Haarbüschel (82) eine Funktion der Längsposition an der Seele (34) ist, gegebenenfalls die Länge (l82) der Haarbüschel (82) insbesondere eine abnehmende Funktion zumindest an einem Abschnitt der Seele (34) ist, der sich außerhalb der Aufnahme (52) und der Bohrung (58) befindet.
  8. Applikatorvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, in welcher die Seele (34) einen behaarten, bevorzugt in der Aufnahme (52) aufgenommenen Abschnitt (86) hat, wobei der behaarte Abschnitt (86) sich von dem Applikationsabschnitt (30) des Applikatorelements (22) unterscheidet, der behaarte Abschnitt (86) insbesondere Haarbüschel aufweist, deren Länge kleiner als diejenige der Haarbüschel (82) des Applikationsabschnitts (30) ist, bevorzugt deren Länge derart ist, dass ein Spiel zwischen den Haarbüscheln des behaarten Abschnitts (86) und der oder den Wänden (60) der Aufnahme (52) des Stiels (18) bleibt.
  9. Applikatorvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, in welcher der Faden einen Durchmesser größer oder gleich 0,3mm, bevorzugt größer oder gleich 0,4mm und/oder kleiner oder gleich 0,7mm, bevorzugt kleiner oder gleich 0,6mm hat.
  10. Applikatorvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, in welcher das Applikatorelement (22) einen mit Zacken versehenen und/oder beflockten Applikationsabschnitt (30) hat, wobei das Applikatorelement (22) bevorzugt einen Basisabschnitt (32) hat, der an den Applikationsabschnitt (30) angrenzend ist, bevorzugt aus einem Stück mit dem Applikationsabschnitt (30) ist, der Basisabschnitt (32) bevorzugt in der Aufnahme (52) aufgenommen ist, noch mehr bevorzugt mit einem transversalen Spiel.
  11. Applikatorvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, in welcher das Applikatorelement (22), insbesondere der Applikationsabschnitt (30), aus einem weichen Material, insbesondere aus einem Kunststoff besteht.
  12. Applikatorvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, in welcher die Seele (34) aus einem Stück mit dem Stiel (18) oder dem Applikatorelement (22) ist.
  13. Applikatorvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, in welcher die Seele (34) separat von dem Stiel (18) und dem Applikatorelement (22) ist.
  14. Applikatorvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, in welcher die Seele (34) einen Durchmesser größer als 0,3mm, bevorzugt größer als 0,4mm hat und/oder die Seele (34) einen Durchmesser kleiner als 2,5mm, bevorzugt kleiner als 1,5mm, noch mehr bevorzugt kleiner als 0,7mm hat, am stärksten bevorzugt kleiner oder gleich 0,6mm hat.
  15. Vorrichtung (10) zum Verpacken und Auftragen eines kosmetischen Produkts (12), das auf Keratinmaterialien, insbesondere Keratinfasern wie beispielsweise Wimpern oder Augenbrauen, aufzutragen ist, aufweisend eine Applikatorvorrichtung (16; 50; 70; 80; 90; 100; 110) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche und einen Behälter (14), der vorgesehen ist, das aufzutragende Produkt (12) zu enthalten, wobei die Applikatorvorrichtung (16; 50; 70; 80; 90; 100) geeignet ist, an dem Behälter (14) befestigt zu werden, derart, dass das Applikatorelement (22) im Innern des Behälters (14) in Kontakt mit dem kosmetischen Produkt (12) aufgenommen ist, in welcher bevorzugt der Behälter (14) eine Öffnung (24) hat und das Greifelement (20) geeignet ist, an dem Behälter (14) befestigt zu werden, um die Öffnung (24) des Behälters (14) zu verschließen.
