Claims (11)
- Élément de retenue (2) pour une pince (1) destinée à saisir une bobine ou un tube de bobine (3), l'élément de retenue (2) présentant une paroi extérieure (12) et une paroi intérieure (4), et une membrane (5) pouvant être commandée de manière pneumatique étant disposée sur la paroi intérieure (4) comme élément de serrage permettant de saisir une bobine ou un tube de bobine (3), laquelle membrane peut être sollicitée par de l'air comprimé par l'intermédiaire d'un canal d'air,
caractérisé en ce que la membrane (5) est reliée par liaison de matière à un bord inférieur et à un bord supérieur de l'élément de retenue (2). - Élément de retenue (2) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de retenue (2) présente comme bord un épaulement (24) inférieur et/ou supérieur, et la membrane (5) est reliée par liaison de matière, de préférence soudée, vulcanisée ou collée, à l'épaulement (24) inférieur et/ou supérieur.
- Élément de retenue (2) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la membrane (5) est reliée par liaison de matière au bord inférieur ou à l'épaulement (24) inférieur de l'élément de retenue (2) et un élément de recouvrement (25) se trouve au niveau de l'extrémité supérieure de l'élément de retenue (2), élément de recouvrement autour duquel la membrane (5) est guidée.
- Élément de retenue (2) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de retenue (2) est fabriqué à partir d'un matériau absorbant le laser et la membrane (5) est fabriquée à partir d'un matériau perméable au laser.
- Élément de retenue (2) selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de retenue est fabriqué à partir d'un matériau absorbant le laser par un procédé de moulage par injection.
- Élément de retenue (2) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de retenue (2) est réalisé de manière cylindrique ou de manière à se rétrécir vers le haut.
- Élément de retenue (2) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le canal d'air (16, 29) est disposé latéralement sur la paroi extérieure (12) ou est guidé vers le haut sur la paroi extérieure (12).
- Pince (1) destinée à saisir une bobine ou un tube de bobine (3), comportant un élément de fixation (7), un élément de blocage et un élément de retenue (2) conformément à l'une des revendications 1 à 7, l'élément de retenue (2) étant disposé entre l'élément de blocage (11) et l'élément de fixation (7), et l'élément de blocage (11) entourant partiellement la paroi extérieure (12) de l'élément de retenue (2) et étant relié à l'élément de fixation (7).
- Pince (1) selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce qu'une rainure est formée sur l'élément de blocage (11) ainsi que sur l'élément de fixation (7), rainure dans laquelle l'épaulement (24) peut être inséré, et l'élément de recouvrement (25) forme, conjointement avec un bord supérieur (27) de l'élément de blocage (11) et un bord supérieur (28) de l'élément de fixation (7), une fixation supérieure de l'élément de retenue (2).
- Peigneur comprenant une barre de peigneur comportant au moins une pince (1) destinée à saisir une bobine ou un tube de bobine (3) selon l'une des revendications précédentes 8 à 9.
- Métier à filer à anneaux comportant un peigneur selon la revendication précédente.
