Claims (12)
- Procédé de fabrication d'un élément physique de sécurité ayant un motif (10) à effet spatial, comprenant les étapes :- mise à disposition d'un support (1),- mise à disposition d'au moins une couche de recouvrement (7, 8) transparente,- application d'une couche design (3) sur le support (1),- cependant que soit le support (1) présente une stabilité dimensionnelle à la chaleur plus faible que la couche de recouvrement (7), soit une couche de recouvrement (8) présente une stabilité dimensionnelle à la chaleur plus faible que le support (1),- cependant que la couche design (3) est déformable sous pression,- agencement d'une couche structurelle (5) transparente constituant le motif (10) entre support (1) et couche de recouvrement (7), cependant que la couche structurelle (5) présente une stabilité dimensionnelle à la chaleur supérieure ou similaire à celle du support (1) ou d'une couche de recouvrement (7, 8),- laminage du support (1) et des couches (3, 5, 7, 8) sous pression et à chaud, cependant quelors du laminage, la couche structurelle (5) est pressée dans le support (1) ou par-dessus le support (1) dans une couche de recouvrement (8), ce par quoi la couche design (3) est déformée en fonction du motif (10) constitué par la couche structurelle (5), et ce par quoi la couche structurelle (5) est remodelée de telle façon dans ses zones de bord (15) que, en coupe transversale, les surfaces (17, 18) de la couche structurelle (5) convergent tangentiellement, caractérisé en ce que l'épaisseur de la couche design (3) n'est pas du tout modifiée par la déformation ou ne l'est au plus que légèrement, c'est à dire d'au maximum 10 %.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le support (1) présente une stabilité dimensionnelle à la chaleur plus faible que la couche design (3), la couche de recouvrement (7) et la couche structurelle (5), et la couche structurelle (5) est agencée entre la couche design (3) et la couche de recouvrement (7), de telle sorte que, lors du laminage, la couche design (3) est pressée dans le support (1) par la couche structurelle (5), cependant que la couche structurelle (5) est remodelée en lentilles de telle façon dans ses zones de bord (15) que la surface (17), de la couche structurelle, tournée vers la couche de recouvrement (7) et la surface (18), de la couche structurelle, tournée vers la couche design convergent tangentiellement aux bords.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la couche design (3) est appliquée sur le côté opposé (6) du support (1) et une autre couche de recouvrement (8) est agencée par-dessus, cependant que l'autre couche de recouvrement (8) présente une stabilité dimensionnelle à la chaleur plus faible que la couche design (3), la couche de recouvrement (7), le support (1) et la couche structurelle (5), et la couche structurelle (5) est agencée entre le support (1) et la couche de recouvrement (7), de telle sorte que, lors du laminage, la couche design (3) et le support (1) sont pressés dans l'autre couche de recouvrement (8) par la couche structurelle (5), cependant que la couche structurelle (5) est déformée en lentilles de telle façon que la surface (17), de la couche structurelle (5), tournée vers la couche de recouvrement (8) et la surface (18), de la couche structurelle, tournée vers la couche design convergent tangentiellement dans leurs zones de bord (15).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la couche structurelle (5) est appliquée sous forme de couche de vernis sur la couche design (3) et/ou sur la couche de recouvrement (7).
- Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la couche de vernis (5) est durcie.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la couche design (3) est une encre métallique et/ou est appliquée sur le support (1) avant le laminage.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la surface (18), de la couche structurelle (5), tournée vers la couche design est inclinée vers le haut vers la surface (17) tournée vers la couche de recouvrement.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la couche design (3) a une épaisseur comprise entre 5 et 25 µm et/ou est appliquée sous forme d'au moins deux couches (13, 14) qui se différencient en une propriété de matériau.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la couche structurelle (5) a une épaisseur comprise entre 25 et 125 µm.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la couche de recouvrement (7, 8) a une épaisseur comprise entre 50 et 200 µm.
- Elément physique de sécurité portant un motif (10) à effet spatial, comprenant un support (1) sur lequel une couche design (3), une couche structurelle (5) transparente et une couche de recouvrement (7) transparente sont réalisées, cependant que la couche structurelle (5) ne recouvre que des parties de l'élément de sécurité et le motif (10) est constitué entièrement ou partiellement par la couche structurelle (5),cependant que la couche structurelle (5) est enfoncée dans le support (1) et est remodelée en lentilles à ses zones de bord (15), de telle façon que les surfaces de la couche structurelle (5) convergent tangentiellement dans les zones de bord (15), et, par la couche structurelle (5), aussi la couche design (3) est enfoncée dans le support (1), cependant que la couche design (3) est déformée en fonction du motif (10) dans la couche structurelle (5),caractérisé en ce que l'épaisseur de la couche design (3) dans les zones déformées est la même ou, à des écarts près n'excédant pas 10 %, presque la même que dans les autres zones.
- Elément de sécurité selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce qu'il est réalisé sous forme d'une carte en un format standardisé.
