Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a window or a door with a frame and a sliding sash.
  • loudspeakers or similar with an anti-sound field superimposed in such a way that it is reduced, b) the incident noise is measured using one or more microphones, c) the loudspeakers and microphones in the inner window frames and/or in the external window frame and/or in the masonry surrounding the window or a similar type of reveal, and d) the microphone signals are fed back to the loudspeakers via a controller (feedback arrangement).
  • a controller feedback arrangement
  • the invention has the task of realizing improved ventilation on sliding elements. According to a further development, the problem described above is then to be eliminated.
  • the invention solves this problem by the subject matter of claim 1. It also provides the method of claim 14.
  • a window or a door is created with a first sliding sash that is displaceably arranged in a window frame, wherein next to or in addition to the first sliding leaf, a second sliding leaf is provided, which has at least one opening integrated into the second sliding leaf for ventilation.
  • the second sliding sash is arranged in a storage compartment, from which it can be moved out of a closed position in the storage compartment into a ventilation position, in which the opening - in particular the through-opening transverse to the plane of the sash - can be traversed by air, and in that it can be moved into a closed position, so that the passage opening is closed.
  • the ventilation on sliding windows and doors is significantly simplified, since the sliding sash offers an integrated ventilation option.
  • This ventilation opening can advantageously be closed and opened again, in particular by moving the sliding sash.
  • the opening passes through the sliding leaf, preferably transversely to the main plane of the leaf (perpendicular to the sliding direction). It preferably has a cross section that can be used for ventilation, so that an adjoining room in a building can be ventilated to a significant extent.
  • the second sliding leaf has at least one device for active soundproofing—NC device—assigned to the at least one opening.
  • a facility with which in itself after the type of DE 100 52 093 but more generally at any opening on a window or a door, in particular at a through-opening, active soundproofing is achieved with the sound generator, microphone and controller described above is used in the claims and below as a device for active soundproofing and in short as an NC device (Noise-canceling device) called. It can have one or more microphones and one or more sound generators at the opening and one or more controllers in the sense of electronic control.
  • the task of ventilation and active soundproofing is no longer implemented at an interface between an immovable window frame and a movable casement frame, but the ventilation and active soundproofing are integrated in a second sliding wing provided in addition to the first sliding wing.
  • the second sliding sash is a complete sliding sash, ie a sash that can be moved into at least two positions on a window frame. Provision can be made for it to be attachable on its one, preferably vertical, side to be coupled to the first sliding leaf.
  • the at least one opening in the second sliding leaf is designed as a through-opening passing through the second sliding leaf perpendicular to the sliding direction, in particular as a ventilation gap and/or a ventilation channel.
  • the second sliding sash can be moved from a closed position, in which the opening is closed at least on one side, into a ventilation position, in which the opening is open. It is then advantageous if the sliding sash, in the closed position, moves into a screen which is provided at least on one side of the opening and which closes the opening at least on one side.
  • the receiving compartment closes the ventilation opening at both of its ends in the closed position.
  • the receiving compartment closes the ventilation opening at both of its ends in the closed position.
  • the second sliding sash - apart from the opening is also thermally insulated and passively soundproofed, in order to achieve the sound insulation on the one hand and the thermal insulation on the other - realized, for example, by a composite construction with or made of panels and heat and sound insulation strips to be further optimized in the area of this door element.
  • the second sliding wing can be detachably coupled to the first sliding wing in such a way that the first sliding wing and the second sliding wing can be moved together from the closed position into the ventilation position. This is particularly useful when the first and second sliding sash are in a common plane.
  • an opening of any size can be realized between the first and the second sliding leaf, which can be used, for example, as a passage.
  • the actual non-moving window frame can be closed or non-closed.

  • the second sliding leaf can be assigned a motor drive which acts on the second sliding leaf and which is designed to move the second sliding leaf by a motor. It can also be provided that the motorized drive is designed to move the second sliding leaf together with the first sliding leaf by a motor. This is advantageous in that a single drive in a simple way to moving two sliding panels. It can be provided that the electric motor drive is integrated into a window frame profile.
  • a switching device for releasing and closing the coupling between the first sliding leaf and the second sliding leaf can also be provided.
  • the switching device has at least one sensor, in particular a magnet switch, for detecting the position of one or more magnets, which can be moved by a switch-actuating element in order to generate different switch positions.
  • a movable handle in particular a rotatable handle, is provided on the first sliding wing as the switch-actuating element, with which the first sliding wing can optionally also be moved manually separately from the first sliding wing.
  • the handle is coupled to a locking bar, which has locking elements as coupling elements for locking and releasing the coupling.
  • a plurality of openings, in particular ventilation ducts, can also be provided on the second sliding sash, on which one or more of the features of the dependent claims can also be implemented.
  • a third switching state can be provided in which the window or the door is or is closed in a third switching state.
