Claims (1)

  1. Abdeckvorrichtung mit beweglichen Paneelen, insbesondere für eine Pergola, umfassend Haltemittel (10), Abdeckmittel (12) und Positionierungsmittel (14), wobei die Abdeckmittel (12) durch in der Höhe übereinanderliegende Paneele (22) ausgebildet sind, die gemäß einer in der Längsrichtung des Paneels ausgerichteten Biegungsachse gebogen sind und Seitenränder definieren, wobei Rinnen (19) seitlich unter den Seitenrändern der gebogenen Paneele (22) angeordnet sind und so den seitlichen Abfluss von Wasser gewährleisten, wobei die Positionierungsmittel (14) durch Gleitschienen (34), die mit den Paneelen fest verbunden sind und in einer einzigen Richtung ausgerichtet sind, und Rollen (20) ausgebildet sind, die mit den Haltemitteln (10) fest verbunden sind und die Gleitschienen (34) tragen, und wobei:
    die gebogenen Paneele umfassen:
    - Entweder
    ∘ ein bewegliches oberes Abschlusspaneel (28)
    ∘ ein festes unteres Abschlusspaneel (30),
    ∘ und mindestens ein bewegliches Zwischenpaneel (32),
    - oder
    ∘ ein festes oberes Abschlusspaneel (28)
    ∘ ein bewegliches unteres Abschlusspaneel (30),
    ∘ und mindestens ein bewegliches Zwischenpaneel (32),
    und wobei das obere Abschlusspaneel (28) eine horizontale Fläche (24) und zwei vertikale, nach unten ausgerichtete Flächen (26i) umfasst, das untere Abschlusspaneel (30) eine horizontale Fläche (24) und zwei vertikale, nach oben ausgerichtete Flächen (26s) umfasst und jedes bewegliche Zwischenpaneel (32) eine horizontale Fläche (24), eine vertikale, nach oben ausgerichtete Fläche (26s) und eine vertikale, nach unten ausgerichtete Fläche (26i) derart aufweist, dass die gebogenen Paneele (22) das darüber oder darunter positionierte gebogene Paneel durch die jeweiligen vertikalen Leisten (26i oder 26s) bei jeder Bewegung eines gebogenen Paneels um einen Abstand antreiben können, der größer als der Raum zwischen seinen zwei vertikalen Leisten ist.
