Claims (16)
- Système de fermeture par adhérence, composé de deux parties (2, 4) de fermeture par adhérence pouvant être reliées l'une à l'autre, pouvant être de nouveau dissociées et munies, respectivement, d'une multiplicité d'éléments adhérents (6) qui font saillie au-delà d'un support (12) et peuvent être mis en prise mutuelle apte à une nouvelle dissociation, en vis-à-vis les uns des autres dans une zone de liaison pouvant être prédéfinie, sachant que les éléments adhérents (6) de l'un des types reçoivent entre eux les éléments adhérents (20) de l'autre type dans une partie (4) de fermeture par adhérence, à l'intérieur de la zone de liaison, avec formation de bandes (22, 24), et sachant que l'une desdites parties (2, 4) de fermeture par adhérence est dotée d'éléments adhérents (6) d'un type seulement qui sont reliés l'intérieur de ladite zone de liaison, lorsque la venue en prise est instaurée, à des éléments adhérents (6) de ce type et à des éléments adhérents (20) d'un type supplémentaire sur la partie (4) de fermeture par adhérence respectivement autre, caractérisé par le fait
que l'élément adhérent (6) d'un type considéré est constitué d'une tige (10) qui fait saillie au-delà d'un support (12) susceptible d'être associé et qui est munie, à son extrémité libre, d'une tête (8) de type fongiforme ; et par le fait que l'élément adhérent (20) de l'autre type respectif consiste en une boucle ou en un maillon situé(e) sur ledit support (12) susceptible d'être associé. - Système de fermeture par adhérence selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que, lorsque les orientations en longueur et en largeur sont identiques sur le support (12), les bandes (22, 24) sont formées, en une succession alternée, par des éléments adhérents (6) de l'un des types et par ceux (20) de l'autre type.
- Système de fermeture par adhérence selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que la bande (22, 24) considérée présente, observée transversalement vis-à-vis de la direction longitudinale de son support (12), une longueur supérieure à sa largeur dans la direction longitudinale de ce support (12).
- Système de fermeture par adhérence selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le support (12) matérialise une pièce aplatie quadrangulaire qui reçoit deux bandes (22) d'éléments adhérents (6) de l'un des types, et une bande (24) d'éléments adhérents (20) de l'autre type.
- Système de fermeture par adhérence selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que tous les éléments adhérents (6, 20) de l'un et de l'autre type sont de réalisation géométriquement identique dans leur type considéré.
- Système de fermeture par adhérence selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que, concernant leur étendue axiale au-delà de la face supérieure du support (12), les éléments adhérents (6) de l'un des types, sur l'une (2) des parties de fermeture par adhérence, sont limitrophes d'un plan commun d'achèvement (26).
- Système de fermeture par adhérence selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que les éléments adhérents (20) du second type sur l'autre partie (4) de fermeture par adhérence se terminent, à partir de la face supérieure de leur support (12), à une distance pouvant être prédéfinie au-dessous d'un plan commun d'achèvement (27) que jouxtent les extrémités libres des éléments adhérents (6) de l'un des types, sur ladite autre partie (4) de fermeture par adhérence.
- Système de fermeture par adhérence selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que tant l'un, que l'autre (26) des plans d'achèvement s'étendent parallèlement à la face supérieure du support (12) susceptible d'être respectivement associé, et observent une même distance verticale vis-à-vis de la face supérieure de leur support.
- Système de fermeture par adhérence selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que les éléments adhérents (6) de l'un des types se dressent uniformément en des rangées et en des colonnes, sur leur support (12), et présentent un espacement mutuel identique tel que les éléments adhérents (6) de l'un des types sur une partie (2) de fermeture par adhérence s'engagent, par leurs têtes (8) de type fongiforme, entre les éléments adhérents (6) de l'un des types, sur l'autre partie (4) de fermeture par adhérence, et s'imbriquent avec les têtes (8) de type fongiforme de ces derniers, en formant la fermeture apte à une nouvelle dissociation.
- Système de fermeture par adhérence selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que les éléments adhérents (6) de l'un des types présentent, concernant au moins une bande (22), un profil d'implantation (18) arqué et notamment sinusoïdal.
- Système de fermeture par adhérence selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que, concernant au moins une bande (22), les éléments adhérents (6) de l'un des types présentent au moins un profil d'implantation désordonné.
- Système de fermeture par adhérence selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que les éléments adhérents (6) de l'un des types sont constitués d'un tissu (12) muni de boucles donnant naissance à des parties découpées formant tiges (10) dont les extrémités libres, chauffées, donnent naissance aux têtes (8) de type fongiforme sous l'effet de la tension interne de leur matière plastique ; et par le fait que la configuration en boucles ou en maillons dudit tissu est conservée pour former les éléments adhérents (20) de l'autre type.
- Système de fermeture par adhérence selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le tissu (12) constituant les éléments adhérents (6, 20) est revêtu et pourvu, en particulier, d'un revêtement en polyuréthane.
- Système de fermeture par adhérence selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le support (12), associé aux éléments adhérents (6) de l'un des types seulement, est constitué d'un profilé en matière plastique venu de moulage par injection ou d'extrusion.
- Système de fermeture par adhérence selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le support (12) considéré, de préférence le support (12) présentant aussi bien les éléments adhérents (6) de l'un des types, que ceux (20) du second type, est réalisé en plusieurs parties et est doté, en tant que support de base, d'un profilé (30) en matière plastique moulé par injection ou extrudé, auquel est collé le tissu (32) formant les éléments adhérents (6, 20) respectifs.
- Système de fermeture par adhérence selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le tissu (32) considéré, formant les éléments adhérents (6, 20), est collé au profilé (30) en matière plastique au moyen d'un adhésif polyuréthane (34) à réticulation liquide.
