Claims (8)
- Utilisation d'une pince (100) comme base de fixation pour un élément de porte ou de fenêtre dans une ouverture de mur (80), dans laquelle• la pince (100) comprend un premier bras (10), un deuxième bras (20) et un élément de liaison (30) entre ceux-ci et elle est formée d'une seule pièce ;• la longueur W de l'élément de liaison (30) est dimensionnée de façon à correspondre pour l'essentiel à l'épaisseur D d'une paroi au niveau de l'intrados, de l'appui ou du linteau ;• les angles α entre le premier bras (10) et l'élément de liaison (30) et l'angle β entre le deuxième bras (20) et l'élément de liaison (30) sont sensiblement de 90° et les premier et deuxième bras (10, 20) sont ainsi sensiblement parallèles l'un à l'autre ;• les régions du mur limitrophes de l'ouverture du mur forment, d'une part, une première face ou face antérieure (40), d'autre part une deuxième face ou face postérieure (50), et les parties du mur tournées vers l'ouverture du mur (80) formées par l'intrados, l'appui et le linteau sont appelés face intérieure (60) ; et• le premier bras (10) est fixé sur la face antérieure (40) et le deuxième bras (20) sur la face postérieure (50) et l'élément de liaison (30) repose sur la face intérieure,caractérisée en ce que le premier bras (10) présente une longueur L1 et le deuxième bras (20) une longueur L2 et L1 est différente de L2, de sorte que la transmission de la charge des extrémités des bras au mur se produit sur deux parties du mur différentes.
- Utilisation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les bras (10, 20) sont conçus pour reposer sur la face postérieure (40) et la face antérieure (50).
- Utilisation selon les revendications 1 à 2, caractérisée en ce que le plus court des deux bras (10, 20) est disposé sur la face postérieure (50).
- Utilisation selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que les bras (10, 20) et l'élément de liaison (30) sont conformés comme des éléments métalliques sensiblement droits et plats.
- Utilisation selon les revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de liaison (30) présente une ou plusieurs moulures (90) longitudinales.
- Utilisation selon les revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de fenêtre ou de porte est assemblé avec la pince (100, 100') au moyen de vis, de boulons ou de chevilles.
- Utilisation selon les revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de fenêtre ou de porte est assemblé avec la pince (100, 100') par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif d'ajustement qui comprend un élément de réglage permettant de changer la position du châssis de fenêtre ou de porte dans le plan du mur.
- Utilisation selon les revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de fenêtre ou de porte est assemblé avec la pince (100, 100') par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif d'ajustement qui comprend un élément de réglage permettant de changer la position du châssis de fenêtre ou de porte parallèlement au plan du mur.
