Claims (12)

  1. Dispositif de formation de foule (10) pour l'étiquetage sur des lisières (S1, S2) ou sur des tissus sur un métier à tisser (L), le dispositif de formation de foule comprenant :
    une ensouple (30) destinée à s'étendre sur le métier, parallèlement à son axe de trame (Y) ;
    au moins une mécanique jacquard (20), la mécanique jacquard comprenant :
    des crochets (202) pouvant être sélectionnés ;
    des moyens d'entraînement (208-214) pour déplacer les crochets pouvant être sélectionnés entre une position supérieure et une position inférieure, les moyens d'entraînement comprenant une poulie principale (214) ;
    un harnais (H) raccordé aux crochets ; et
    un support de harnais (203) pour ancrer le harnais ;
    un arbre principal (50) pour entraîner la poulie principale en rotation, l'arbre principal s'étendant parallèlement à l'ensouple (30) ; et
    un moteur (312) pour entraîner l'arbre principal,
    caractérisé en ce que :
    la mécanique jacquard (20) s'appuie, via au moins un foulard (218) ayant un faible coefficient de friction avec le matériau de l'ensouple (30), sur au moins une nervure de support (316) de l'ensouple (30) ;
    la poulie principale (214) est fixée en rotation avec l'arbre principal (50) et peut coulisser le long de cet arbre,
    l'arbre principal (50) et la poulie principale (214) sont cannelés avec des cannelures (504/2144, 506/2146) correspondantes,
    l'arbre principal est inséré dans un alésage central (2140) de la poulie principale,
    la mécanique jacquard (20) est prévue avec un mécanisme de blocage rapide (60) pour bloquer la mécanique jacquard le long de l'ensouple (30) et dans lequel la mécanique jacquard peut coulisser le long de l'ensouple lorsque le mécanisme de blocage rapide n'est pas actif, et
    le mécanisme de blocage rapide comprend une pince (72) mobile de manière réversible par rapport à un bâti (220) de la mécanique jacquard (20) entre une première position bloquée, dans laquelle l'ensouple (30) est pincée entre le foulard (218) et la pince, et une seconde position libérée, dans laquelle la pince ne freine pas un mouvement de coulissement de la mécanique jacquard le long de l'ensouple.
  2. Dispositif de formation de foule selon la revendication 1, dans lequel, dans sa première position, la pince (72) pousse une nervure de blocage (326) de l'ensouple (30) depuis le dessous.
  3. Dispositif de formation de foule selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le mécanisme de blocage rapide (60) comprend un excentrique (64) qui entraîne ou constitue la pince (72).
  4. Dispositif de formation de foule selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel un bras (72B, 72C) de la pince (72) est équipé d'un foulard élastique (74) qui est comprimé entre une surface longitudinale (328) de l'ensouple (30) et la pince lorsque la pince est dans sa première position bloquée.
  5. Dispositif de formation de foule selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la pince (72) se déplace verticalement par rapport au bâti (220) de la mécanique jacquard (20) entre sa première position bloquée et sa seconde position libérée.
  6. Dispositif de formation de foule selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la pince (72) est entraînée entre sa première position bloquée et sa seconde position libérée, et vice-versa, par un excentrique (64) monté, de manière rotative, sur la mécanique jacquard (20) et articulé dans un écrou (70) mobile dans une rainure horizontale (72A) de la pince.
  7. Dispositif de formation de foule selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la pince (72) est formée par un excentrique (64) monté, de manière rotative, sur la mécanique jacquard (20) et ayant une surface externe (64A) qui pousse sur l'ensouple (30) dans la première position bloquée de la pince et qui est séparé de l'ensouple par un interstice (G) dans la seconde position libérée.
  8. Dispositif de formation de foule selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'ensouple (30) comprend deux traverses (302, 304) et la mécanique jacquard (20) est montée entre ces traverses et s'appuie, via au moins un foulard (218), sur une nervure de support (316) de chaque traverse.
  9. Dispositif de formation de foule selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'ensouple (30) comprend au moins une traverse (302, 304) définissant une nervure de support (316) avec une surface longitudinale (318) qui reçoit le foulard (218) et dans lequel cette surface longitudinale forme, par rapport à un plan horizontal (P30), un angle (α) entre 0° et 45°, de préférence entre 10° et 30°.
  10. Dispositif de formation de foule selon la revendication 9, dans lequel la traverse (302, 304) définit également une nervure de blocage (326) avec une surface longitudinale (328) qui reçoit une pince (72) et dans lequel cette surface longitudinale forme, par rapport à un plan horizontal (P'30), un angle (β) entre 0° et 45°, de préférence entre 10° et 30°.
  11. Dispositif de formation de foule selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel l'ensouple (30) comprend une seule traverse (302), la mécanique jacquard (20) s'étend au-dessus et le long de deux côtés latéraux (302A, 302B) de la traverse et une pince (302) d'un mécanisme de blocage rapide (60) est positionnée au-dessous de la traverse.
  12. Procédé pour régler, le long du sens de la trame (Y, Y') d'un métier à tisser (L), la position d'au moins une mécanique jacquard (20) d'un dispositif de formation de foule (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins les étapes suivantes consistant à :
    a) libérer le mécanisme de blocage rapide (60) ;
    b) faire coulisser la mécanique jacquard le long de l'ensouple (30), tout en maintenant la poulie principale (214) fixée en rotation avec l'arbre principal (50) ; et
    c) commuter le mécanisme de blocage rapide (60) dans une configuration appliquée, dans laquelle il bloque la mécanique jacquard (20) sur l'ensouple (30).
