Claims (12)

  1. Appareil de cuisson (1), en particulier plaque de cuisson, plus particulièrement plaque à induction, comportant une unité de commande, cette unité de commande comprenant :
    - au moins un dispositif d'entrée/sortie (UI) pour l'entrée d'instructions de commande et pour la visualisation d'informations, particulièrement des informations d'état, au moins une partie de ce dispositif d'entrée/sortie étant tactile et/ou étant formé comme un écran tactile, et
    - au moins un élément de commande (S1, S2, S3, S4) comprenant une pluralité d'éléments de commutation tactiles positionnés dans une disposition en ligne droite, cet élément de commande étant adapté de façon à attribuer un niveau de puissance à une charge électrique en fonction de l'élément de commutation activé, cet élément de commande (S1, S2, S3, S4) étant de préférence une barre coulissante,
    caractérisé en ce que
    au moins une première fonction spéciale, en particulier un premier programme de fonctionnement spécial, qui est un programme de cuisson pour l'appareil de cuisson (1), peut être attribuée à au moins un premier de la pluralité d'éléments de commutation, le dispositif d'entrée/sortie (UI) comportant en outre une touche de sélection (13, 15), qui est adaptée de façon à fournir la sélection de l'au moins une fonction spéciale, un premier élément d'indication (25, 27, 29, 31, 33, 35, 37), en particulier un premier élément de symbole indiquant l'au moins une première fonction spéciale, étant attribué à l'au moins un premier élément de commutation, et le premier élément d'indication (25, 27, 29, 31, 33, 35, 37) étant disposé à côté de l'au moins un premier élément de commutation.
  2. Appareil de cuisson selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'affichage du premier élément d'indication (25, 27, 29, 31, 33, 35, 37) dépend de l'actionnement de la touche de sélection (13, 15).
  3. Appareil de cuisson selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'un deuxième élément d'indication (25, 27, 29, 31, 33, 35, 37), en particulier un deuxième élément de symbole indiquant une deuxième fonction spéciale, est attribué à au moins un deuxième de la pluralité d'éléments de commutation, le premier et le deuxième élément d'indication (25, 27, 29, 31, 33, 35, 37) étant disposés de préférence sur une première ligne qui est en parallèle avec la disposition en ligne droite des éléments de commutation.
  4. Appareil de commutation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un élément particulier d'une pluralité d'éléments d'éclaircissement (21) est attribué à chacun de la pluralité d'éléments de commutation, la pluralité d'éléments de commutation (21) étant disposés de préférence sur une deuxième ligne qui est en parallèle avec la disposition en ligne droite des éléments de commutation, la première et la deuxième ligne en particulier étant disposées sur des côtés opposés de la disposition en ligne droite des éléments de commutation.
  5. Appareil de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant une première et une deuxième zone de cuisson (Z1, Z2, Z3, Z4), la première et la deuxième zone de cuisson (Z1, Z2, Z3, Z4) pouvant être actionnées par des premiers et deuxièmes éléments de commande respectifs (S1, S2, S3, S4), chacun de ces premiers et deuxièmes éléments de commande (S1, S2, S3, S4) comportant une pluralité d'éléments de commutation tactiles, les deux pluralités d'éléments de commutation tactiles étant positionnées dans des dispositions en ligne droite parallèles l'une à l'autre, un premier élément d'indication (25, 27, 29, 31, 33, 35, 37), en particulier un premier élément de symbole indiquant l'au moins une première fonction spéciale, étant attribué à la fois à au moins un premier élément de commutation du premier élément de commande (S1, S2, S3, S4) et à au moins un premier élément de commutation du deuxième élément de commande (S1, S2, S3, S4).
  6. Procédé pour commander un appareil de cuisson (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, qui est actionné par un élément de commande (S1, S2, S3, S4) comportant une pluralité d'éléments de commutation tactiles, de préférence une barre coulissante, lequel élément de commande (S1, S2, S3, S4) attribue un niveau de puissance à une charge électrique, de préférence à un élément de chauffage électrique, en fonction de l'élément de commutation activé, caractérisé en ce que au moins une première fonction spéciale, qui est un premier programme de fonctionnement spécial, est attribuée à au moins un premier de la pluralité d'éléments de commutation lors de l'activation d'au moins une touche de sélection (13, 15) disposée sur le dispositif d'entrée/sortie (UI), et l'au moins une première fonction spéciale est activée en actionnant l'au moins premier des éléments de commutation, lors de l'activation de l'au moins un programme de fonctionnement spécial, l'appareil s'échauffant dans une phase d'échauffement jusqu'à ce qu'une température d'ébullition ou de friture soit atteinte, et, après l'échauffement, une phase de mijotage étant exécutée.
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que, lors de l'actionnement de la touche de sélection (13, 15), la fonction d'attribution de niveau de puissance est désactivée et la prévision de sélection d'une fonction spéciale est activée.
  8. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce qu'un élément particulier d'une pluralité d'éléments d'éclaircissement (21) est attribué à chacun de la pluralité d'éléments de commutation et, lors de l'actionnement de la touche de sélection (13, 15), l'élément d'éclaircissement (21) attribué à un élément de commutation, qui est affecté avec une fonction spéciale, est mis en circuit.
  9. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisé en ce que, lors de l'activation d'une fonction spéciale par suite de sa sélection, la pluralité d'éléments d'éclaircissement (21) s'allument successivement selon une augmentation d'une valeur de paramètre, en particulier d'une valeur de température, ou selon une séquence de programme.
  10. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'une durée de temps dédiée de préférence modifiable est déterminée pour l'au moins une fonction spéciale, en particulier le premier programme de fonctionnement spécial, ladite durée de temps dédiée étant affichée sur une unité d'affichage de temps (Tl, T2, T3, T4), qui est disposée sur le dispositif d'entrée/sortie (UI), lors de la sélection de l'au moins une fonction spéciale.
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que l'unité d'affichage de temps (Tl, T2, T3, T4) affiche le temps résiduel réel pendant la séquence du programme et/ou le dispositif d'entrée/sortie (UI) affiche, après la phase d'échauffement, le niveau de puissance attribué.
  12. Procédé selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que la valeur de temps de l'unité d'affichage de temps (Tl, T2, T3, T4) et le niveau de puissance de la fonction spéciale sont réglables.
